피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 미국 코네티컷 호텔

My mate and I stayed here for three days because of a conference at CCSU. It was the closest hotel to the university (＜15min walk), so I would rate that as a 5/5 (all other hotels were like 40 minutes by bus). The room should not be expected to be super clean. The mattress, kitchen, tables, etc., were clean, but there were stains on the walls. There are no kitchenware, cups, or anything, so you'll have to bring your own or purchase at a grocery store. Also, they only provide 1 really small shampoo bottle (not even a bottle, it's actually a lipstick size) for the entire stay so bring your own or buy at a grocery store. Laundry and Dryer costs $3.25 each load. We forgot about our laundry and picked them up like 2 hrs after the completion, and found our clothes just sitting on a table. But I guess thats on us... There is a machine to purchase detergent and softener for about $1 (I think). The closest grocery store is about a 5 min walk, and the store is pretty big, so if you ever need anything, you can just go there to get it. The walls are very thin between rooms, I could hear what people next door were talking, especially at night. Kids screaming and shouting in the hallway sometimes but I got used to it so that wasn't a huge deal. Towels are provided only once, but you can bring them to the front every day to get a clean one. The check-out process is easy, just leave the room key inside the room and leave. Overall if you are not living here for a really long time this place is sufficient. You get fridge, TV, beds, shower, sink, etc., so all the things I mentioned above won't be a huge problem.

I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

My first night at the hotel was fantastic, setting a positive tone for my stay. The second night brought a few challenges—minimal bathroom ventilation, a louder air conditioner, and some trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. However, the hotel staff were attentive and promptly offered me a new room, which resolved these issues and provided a much smoother experience. I took advantage of the fitness center, though navigating the new treadmills was a bit tricky since they weren’t pre-programmed. While the pool closure was disappointing, the hotel acknowledged my concerns and generously offered me a complimentary dinner with a drink. On the third night, I accidentally left my car keys behind when heading out in the morning. Upon returning, my key card didn’t work, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Later, I relaxed in my room, appreciating the view despite a minor inconvenience with a broken curtain rod. Once again, the hotel addressed my concerns with care, granting me a complimentary night and a refund as a gesture of goodwill. While the hotel has room for improvement with its facilities, the staff truly stood out with their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine efforts to ensure my comfort. Their dedication turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that left me feeling valued. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

4층에서 17층으로 옮긴 이유는 4층의 소음이 에어컨 덕트에서 나는 공명 소음이었기 때문입니다. 에어컨을 꺼도 소음이 줄어들지 않았고, 오히려 심장이 두근거릴 정도로 불편했습니다. 사실 1층에 체크인했을 때도 소음이 들리긴 했지만, 4층은 저주파 소음처럼 훨씬 더 시끄러웠습니다. 17층으로 옮긴 후에는 바깥 소음이 견딜 수 없을 정도로 심해서 마치 길거리에서 자는 것 같았습니다. 호텔 서비스는 좋았지만, 시설은 변경할 수 없었습니다. 소음에 민감하신 분이라면 이 호텔은 적합하지 않을 것 같습니다. 루프탑 다이닝 공간은 분위기가 좋고 주변에 식당도 많지만, 도시의 치안이 평균 수준이라 밤에는 외출하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.

하트포드 외곽에 위치한 길을 따라 미국 시골 풍경을 즐길 수 있습니다. 길가에는 절묘한 주거용 건물이 있으며 잔디는 깔끔하게 손질되어 매우 아름답습니다. 호텔 객실은 매우 넓고 아침 식사는 매우 훌륭하며 서비스는 매우 친절하고 정중합니다. 목조 건물의 구조는 방음이 약간 나쁘고, 상층의 주민들의 발자취가 더 강하면 다음 층에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 여전히 매우 만족합니다. 팁, 아침 식사는 풍부하고 오트밀은 중국인의 위장과 일치하며 베이글 버터는 매우 좋아합니다.

자신의 차가 있고, 미리 먹고 마시는 생필품을 사면 아주 좋을 것입니다. 집에 살고 싶은 느낌에 적합하며 간이 주방이 있고 욕실이 습식과 건식으로 구분되어 있습니다. 에어컨 온도는 제어 가능하고 침구는 편안합니다. 호텔 로비와 같은 부속 장비는 없으며 간단한 아침 식사가 제공됩니다. 일반 미국식 가족 조식과 거의 같습니다. 커피 우유 계란, 뜨거운 오트밀... 즉, 일용품과 수하물을 구입하면 편안하게 ”집에서”살 수 있습니다. 따라서 체크인 전에 타겟으로 가십시오. 근처에서 공부하는 어린이에게 적합합니다. 오래 머물 것입니다. 기억하십시오! 자신의 차를 가져와야합니다.

위치가 약간 떨어져 있지만 운전하는 경우 큰 차이가 없으며 방이 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 시설이 비교적 오래되었으며 아침 식사가 비교적 간단하며 전반적으로 좋은 경험입니다.

Stayed just for night but loved it. We stayed in King room and it was big. The indoor pool was great thing too. Free parking outside the hotel and within hotel grounds was excellent. And just a 10-15 min drive to Mystic and Groton. A great stay for the price.

호텔 객실과 주차장이 매우 넓어서 어른이 소파에서 잘 수 있을 것 같습니다. 위치도 예일대 캠퍼스와 가까워서 출입이 편리합니다. 다만 체크인할 때 1층에 온수가 나온다고 했는데, 사용할 수 없었습니다.
