I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you.

위생 상태도 아주 좋고, 공항과도 아주 가깝고, 서비스 마인드도 아주 좋고, 레스토랑 음식도 맛있어요. 다음에 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳이에요. 사실 수바에 두 번째 방문인데, 두 번 다 가격 대비 만족스럽고 믿음직스러웠어요.

Super fantastic 5 star hotel right next to the gateway of India. The service is impeccable and the staff are very attentive and helpful. We booked a half board room which meant we got breakfast and dinner and complimentary drinks in the bar for 90 minutes. Considering the prices of a dish/beverage going half board was definitely a better option. Great clean poolside with clean beds. All the staff are incredible, always checking on you making sure your stay is perfect. They have shops and everything you need all within the hotel. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcoming and everywhere in the hotel smells amazing. We were so happy that we extended our stay another night and they let us keep the same room. 100% will be returning.

Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. SSib16저는 최근에 JW Marriott Juhu에 머물렀는데, 처음부터 끝까지 정말 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 체크인 절차에 대해 전적으로 만족하지는 못했습니다. 다른 손님을 위한 방이 배정되었지만, 처리가 된 직후에 처리해 주었습니다.
제 숙박을 정말 특별하게 만들어 준 세 명의 직원을 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 프런트 오피스 매니저인 Abhishek 씨, 하우스키핑 부서의 Rushikesh 씨, 그리고 이그제큐티브 라운지의 Vinmesh 씨입니다.
하우스키핑 부서의 Rushikesh 씨는 세부 사항에 대한 주의와 제 방이 항상 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 잘 유지되도록 하는 데 헌신한 점에서 특별한 인정을 받을 만합니다. 그는 제가 한 특별 요청을 충족시키기 위해 끊임없이 최선을 다했고, 그의 따뜻하고 친절한 태도 덕분에 저는 손님으로서 진정으로 소중하게 여겨지는 느낌을 받았습니다.

리리뷰어Stayed for 3 nights.Awesome experience! Reception was welcoming and the rooms were big (particularly as it is right outside the arrival area of T1 terminal). Ample potable water provided for a family of 4. Pitch dark functions were enabled for the curtains and the rooms were sound proof. Breakfast spread was adequate, and live counters were fabulous. Would love to have a few more options for fruits.
A special call out for supporting ‘divyang’’- what a lovely smile the young boy carried and we could interact in sign language. Thanks to TATA ethos!

The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.
