My stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah (Aug 19-22) was below expectations. The room shown on the website does not match reality at all. I specifically booked a Partial Haram View room as advertised, but I was placed in a room with no view whatsoever. This is misleading. The price per night is too high compared to the actual quality and service provided. There are many other hotels in Madinah at the same price range with much better quality, facilities, and service. I do not recommend staying here at all. Very disappointing experience.

숙박 기간 동안 몇 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 첫째, 발코니 유리문이 제대로 닫히지 않았습니다. 호텔 측에서 이미 이 문제를 알고 있었던 것 같습니다. 기술자가 와서 확인도 하지 않고 바로 고쳐주었기 때문입니다. 하지만 저는 두 번이나 전화를 해야 겨우 담당자가 왔습니다. 둘째, 서비스 품질이 가격에 비해 떨어졌습니다. 조식 공간도 매우 좁았습니다. 거의 만석이었는데 테이블 간 간격이 너무 좁아 불편했습니다. 또한, 호텔에서 정시 체크아웃을 요구하는 것은 이해하지만, 체크아웃 절차가 너무 서두르는 느낌이었습니다. 12시 15분과 12시 55분에 또 전화가 와서 체크아웃 시간을 재촉했습니다. 체크아웃 시간을 엄격하게 지킨다면 체크인도 마찬가지로 신속하게 처리해 줘야 하지 않을까요? 마지막으로, 체크인 시간이 일관성이 없었습니다. 트립닷컴 예약 확인서에는 체크인 시간이 오후 2시로 명시되어 있었는데, 호텔 측에서는 체크인이 오후 3시에만 가능하다고 알려왔습니다.

My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Amazing 7-Night Stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah I had an amazing 7-night stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment of my 7 nights here, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madinah. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A 5* hotel close to Masjid Nabawi. Two towers. Easy access to the Mosque. We were given an accessible room. Very spacious. Kitchenette in the room with coffee machine, fridge and sink. Highly recommended.

It was pleasant stay over all , check in was super quick , rooms were spacious and tidy , bathroom was nice and clean with all utilities, don’t forget to turn on heater switch before using warm water , break fast was plenty with buffet including hot and cold items, shuttle service was provided with timings set but Madina Masjid wasn’t that far so could walk 10-15 minutes, staff was very welcoming and helpful, never had complaints during my trip , would definitely stay again on my next trip .

방 크기는 반얀트리에 비해 작아서 프라이빗함이나 웅장함은 덜했지만, 시설은 모두 괜찮았고 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 침구도 좋았고요. 엘울라 지역은 파리가 정말 많아서 어쩔 수 없네요. 수시로 엄청 많이 나타나는데, 호텔에서 좀 더 관리해주면 좋겠습니다.

크라운 플라자 호텔 마디나에 세 번째 묵었습니다. 음식 종류와 선택지가 훨씬 더 다양해졌습니다. 리셉션도 개선되었지만, 체크아웃할 때 시스템이 다운되어 체크아웃 절차가 지연되는 것 같았습니다. 위치: 기도원 근처에 있어서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 이곳에 묵는 것을 좋아합니다.

I stayed at Novotel Yanbu and had an overall average experience. The rooms were okay (3/5) and met basic expectations. Cleanliness (2.5/5) and bathrooms (2.5/5) were slightly below average and could use better maintenance. There was a noticeable, unusual smell in both the rooms and the lobby, which did affect comfort at times. The location is the biggest advantage (8/10) — being close to the Corniche makes it ideal for night-time strolls and relaxing walks by the sea. Overall, the hotel is acceptable mainly because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness, bathroom upkeep, and odor control would make the stay more comfortable.
