서비스는 훌륭합니다. 리셉션에서 도어맨까지 모든 직원은 매우 도움이되고 깨끗하며 흠이없는 방이지만 같은 가격의 다른 호텔에 비해 편의 시설은 너무 만족스럽지 않습니다. 위치는 310번 게이트(남자 게이트) 근처에 완벽하며, 버기 카트를 타고 취바까지 조금 걸어가면 나바위 여자 게이트 근처에 선물 가게보다 저렴한 가격으로 무료로 쇼핑할 수 있는 선물 가게가 많이 있습니다.

숙박 기간 동안 몇 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 첫째, 발코니 유리문이 제대로 닫히지 않았습니다. 호텔 측에서 이미 이 문제를 알고 있었던 것 같습니다. 기술자가 와서 확인도 하지 않고 바로 고쳐주었기 때문입니다. 하지만 저는 두 번이나 전화를 해야 겨우 담당자가 왔습니다. 둘째, 서비스 품질이 가격에 비해 떨어졌습니다. 조식 공간도 매우 좁았습니다. 거의 만석이었는데 테이블 간 간격이 너무 좁아 불편했습니다. 또한, 호텔에서 정시 체크아웃을 요구하는 것은 이해하지만, 체크아웃 절차가 너무 서두르는 느낌이었습니다. 12시 15분과 12시 55분에 또 전화가 와서 체크아웃 시간을 재촉했습니다. 체크아웃 시간을 엄격하게 지킨다면 체크인도 마찬가지로 신속하게 처리해 줘야 하지 않을까요? 마지막으로, 체크인 시간이 일관성이 없었습니다. 트립닷컴 예약 확인서에는 체크인 시간이 오후 2시로 명시되어 있었는데, 호텔 측에서는 체크인이 오후 3시에만 가능하다고 알려왔습니다.

My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

이곳은 Masjid e Nabwi가 불과 3분 거리에 있어서 이상적인 위치입니다. 근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있고 거의 모든 곳에서 맛있는 음식을 제공합니다. 객실은 꽤 넓지만 조명이 너무 어둡습니다. 또한 제 객실의 전화기가 작동하지 않았는데 나중에 호텔 직원이 고쳐주었습니다. 킹 사이즈 매트리스는 편안하지 않았고 교체해야 할 것 같습니다. 또한 제대로 작동하지 않는 기존 냉장고를 새 것으로 교체하거나 찬장에서 꺼내면 도움이 될 것입니다. 전반적으로 Masjid e Nabwi에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 것이 제 주요 목표였기 때문에 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

masjidil nabawi에 정말 가까운 호텔은 2-3 분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 방은 적당한 크기이지만 편안한 물건을 갖추고 있습니다. 아침 식사 메뉴도 좋았지 만 약간 지루했습니다. 매일 특정 식사에 대해 같은 메뉴를 요리했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다.

The hotel is not too close to the Nabawi Mosque, but there are shuttle buses ready for every prayer time. Also, we found, an Indonesia's convinience store only minutes walk from the hotel which is provides food and other things from Indonesia....

방 크기는 반얀트리에 비해 작아서 프라이빗함이나 웅장함은 덜했지만, 시설은 모두 괜찮았고 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 침구도 좋았고요. 엘울라 지역은 파리가 정말 많아서 어쩔 수 없네요. 수시로 엄청 많이 나타나는데, 호텔에서 좀 더 관리해주면 좋겠습니다.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Jayden Hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Al Haram and one of the closest hotels to Rawdah. Because of this, I was able to go for all five daily prayers easily. The reception staff, especially Masara, was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The bellboy, Nazmul, and the rest of the staff were also kind and very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Madinah.

크라운 플라자 호텔 마디나에 세 번째 묵었습니다. 음식 종류와 선택지가 훨씬 더 다양해졌습니다. 리셉션도 개선되었지만, 체크아웃할 때 시스템이 다운되어 체크아웃 절차가 지연되는 것 같았습니다. 위치: 기도원 근처에 있어서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 이곳에 묵는 것을 좋아합니다.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the overall stay very relaxing. One of the biggest advantages is its location—it’s conveniently close to the airport and the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, which makes travel and transfers extremely easy. It’s also directly connected to a shopping mall, which is a great added convenience. While it’s not right next to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, it’s about a 15-minute drive, and the hotel provides shuttle service that makes getting there quite easy. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is calm and بعيد from the busy central area, which is perfect if you’re looking for a more peaceful stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended, especially for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and easy access to transportation.
