We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah. This stay was especially meaningful to us as we got married in Madinah during our visit, making it a very special part of our journey together. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our experience even better. We will always remember our stay here as part of such a beautiful chapter of our lives. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and families visiting Madinah.

숙박 기간 동안 몇 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 첫째, 발코니 유리문이 제대로 닫히지 않았습니다. 호텔 측에서 이미 이 문제를 알고 있었던 것 같습니다. 기술자가 와서 확인도 하지 않고 바로 고쳐주었기 때문입니다. 하지만 저는 두 번이나 전화를 해야 겨우 담당자가 왔습니다. 둘째, 서비스 품질이 가격에 비해 떨어졌습니다. 조식 공간도 매우 좁았습니다. 거의 만석이었는데 테이블 간 간격이 너무 좁아 불편했습니다. 또한, 호텔에서 정시 체크아웃을 요구하는 것은 이해하지만, 체크아웃 절차가 너무 서두르는 느낌이었습니다. 12시 15분과 12시 55분에 또 전화가 와서 체크아웃 시간을 재촉했습니다. 체크아웃 시간을 엄격하게 지킨다면 체크인도 마찬가지로 신속하게 처리해 줘야 하지 않을까요? 마지막으로, 체크인 시간이 일관성이 없었습니다. 트립닷컴 예약 확인서에는 체크인 시간이 오후 2시로 명시되어 있었는데, 호텔 측에서는 체크인이 오후 3시에만 가능하다고 알려왔습니다.

The hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on trip with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment of my 7 nights here, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madinah. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A 5* hotel close to Masjid Nabawi. Two towers. Easy access to the Mosque. We were given an accessible room. Very spacious. Kitchenette in the room with coffee machine, fridge and sink. Highly recommended.

I found the hotel good value for money . The room was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were well equipped with enough materials . And the staffs were very helpful About 15 minutes walk to the haram plus the buses were punctual most of the time

방 크기는 반얀트리에 비해 작아서 프라이빗함이나 웅장함은 덜했지만, 시설은 모두 괜찮았고 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 침구도 좋았고요. 엘울라 지역은 파리가 정말 많아서 어쩔 수 없네요. 수시로 엄청 많이 나타나는데, 호텔에서 좀 더 관리해주면 좋겠습니다.

The stay was exceptional, starting with Mr. Mahmoud at the lobby , the reception, the IHG officer Gehan was so cooperative and helpful. The breakfast buffet and the executive lounge was so nice and plenty of food variety. Thanks a lot Crown Plaza staff .

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the overall stay very relaxing. One of the biggest advantages is its location—it’s conveniently close to the airport and the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, which makes travel and transfers extremely easy. It’s also directly connected to a shopping mall, which is a great added convenience. While it’s not right next to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, it’s about a 15-minute drive, and the hotel provides shuttle service that makes getting there quite easy. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is calm and بعيد from the busy central area, which is perfect if you’re looking for a more peaceful stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended, especially for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and easy access to transportation.

The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit. One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.
