Very nice, good located hotel closeby walmart & co. / try the local pizza company just downstairs right from the entrance. Room was clean, front desk friendly and helpful :-)

Perfect getaway with my bestie! The hotel is gorgeous and you can tell the owners really care about the hotel and its appearance. The attention to detail is marvelous. It is reminiscent of a luxurious 1920s hotel. Think old Hollywood charm, but with all modern amenities. Free and ample parking. I stay exclusively in the Blennerhassett hotel when visiting Parkersburg. We called down to the restaurant to have brunch delivered to the room and also had dinner on the patio while a bluegrass band played. The food was hit or miss but the service was excellent and prices reasonable. Scott was our waiter and he was incredibly charming. Very sweet and made us laugh. This hotel rivals Omni hotels I have stayed in that are 3x the price. The gift shop has a self checkout option which was perfect for grabbing a last minute souvenir. The room and linens were so clean and cozy and the robes so luxurious that we decided to forego our morning plans to lounge around in the room. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel and have already booked my next stay when I’ll be attending the Blennerhassett by candlelight event. There are also tons of events hosted by the hotel. I intend to bring my girlfriends and my mama to the womens getaway weekend in April. The hotel is more than accommodations when visiting, it’s worth traveling just to visit the hotel. 10/10

We stayed here after a football game in Morgantown. We tried to check in before the game, but since the other team stayed there the night before we were unable to due their late check-out. it was sort of annoying, but there was nothing the staff could really do. For their part, the staff were super nice, and we were able to change for the game in the hotel bathrooms which were very clean. The room was also very clean, but the cleaning staff left a cleaning rag on the bathroom floor. The bed was super comfortable. The room plenty big, and the bathroom was okay. Good water pressure. The breakfast was nothing special. It was just a regular buffet-style breakfast with a waffle maker, muffins, a few hot items, etc. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were kinda dry, and the eggs and Canadian bacon were not very good. The hotel is old, but you wouldn’t notice so much if the ceilings in the halls weren’t so short. They keep it up well, and they have replaced all the carpets. I would stay here again.

The convenience of staying right at the ****** was the best part of the stay. It was great to walk right up to our room after a fun night without having to go outside. But other than that it was just ok. The staff checking us in looked tired and worn down. They were clearly used to checking in people who stay at ******s often but this was new to us. When I said it was our first time here I would have appreciated some info about breakfast and maybe an offer for a players card. Some staff were new so learning the job is understandable, but it just looked like it had been a really long day. The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The ****** was a lot of fun. Breakfast the next am was pretty basic, cereal oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The host arranging it all was lovely and helpful. He found earl gray tea for me when I asked. It was a fun overnight at an ok hotel. Glad we gave it a try.

Good enough. The linens were clean, the floor was clean. The hotel was renovated a few years ago, and I would have to say the whatever contractor they hired did a shoddy job. There were lots of rough edges. It’s fitting that this hotel is in a college town because the work done to the room evokes the classic Morgantown “landlord special.” That said, we booked the handicap accessible room because my dad has mobility issues, and it was very well equipped for his needs. It had a full walk-in shower with stability bars, non-slip surfaces, and a shower chair. It was also located on the first floor right by a side door which made it so much easier for him to get to and from the car. The breakfast was really good by continental breakfast standards. We really enjoyed the warm cinnamon rolls. We didn’t use the office, gym, or pool, but they seemed fine. We would stay here again.

롬은 현대적이고 편안한 침대가 있지만 매우 얇은 벽과 천장으로 인해 그다지 유쾌하지 않은 밤을 보냈습니다. 위의 남자가 우리 방에서 걷는 것처럼 너무 시끄 럽습니다. 또한 우리는 방 번호를 가지고있었습니다. 103 그리고 밤새도록 엘리베이터에서 소음이있었습니다. 슬픈 것은 우리가 좋은 방을 갖고 싶었고 평소보다 더 많은 비용을 지불하기로 동의했지만 약간 더럽고 사용 된 것처럼 보였습니다. 손 비누(우리가 요청했을 때 얻은 것), 냉장고에 남겨진 음식, 거울에 명백한 반점, 상태 및 로션 없음(둘 다 비어 있음), 화장실 옆에 최악의 건조 오줌 반점이 없었습니다. 손 비누를 달라고 해서 남은 음식에 대해 이야기했지만 나머지는 짜증나거나 아침에 알아차렸습니다. 가격보다 청소로 더 잘해야 합니다.

A cute place for a family holiday get together. However, be sure to stay in the updated wings of the building as (for the price) the chalets are awful...so run down looking, masked with some kind of air fresher (that smelled awful), bed was uncomfortable, and you couldn't turn down the heat - we had the heat set at 64 and it felt like it was over 80 degrees, so we ended up having to use the air conditioner (and the weather was below 32 degrees outside 😦). Breakfast buffet food was horrible. The Christmas lights drive was fun (after you got through a half hour or so line to get through the entrance - there should have been separate lines for those who stayed on site and had a paid entrance pass so that there is no waiting in line for those who had to pay at the entrance.
