강력 추천합니다! 체크인 시 객실 업그레이드를 받았습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 넓고 멋진 수영장과 훌륭한 피트니스 센터도 있습니다. 청소 직원들도 정말 훌륭해서 객실 청소를 포함한 모든 것이 매우 깨끗했습니다. 손수건과 목욕 타월에서 좋은 냄새가 났습니다. 호텔은 조금 외진 곳에 있지만, 넓은 케프 지역을 돌아다니려면 어차피 툭툭이나 렌트 스쿠터가 필요하니 크게 문제될 것은 없습니다.

호텔 환경은 매우 좋지만 청소 및 관리가 다소 부실합니다. 공용 구역의 낙엽과 나뭇가지를 제때 치워야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 텅 빈 것처럼 보입니다. 서양 관광객이 더 많습니다.

수영장이 훌륭해서 수영하기에 아주 좋은 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 위치가 시내에서 조금 멀긴 하지만 호텔 자체의 문제는 아닙니다. 켑 시내는 구역이 나뉘어져 있어서 시내 중심가에서 그리 멀지 않습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 객실은 넓고 현대적입니다. 욕실 세면대 위와 침실 책상 위에 조명을 추가하면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Knai Bang Chatt was truly impressive. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. Although the property has been around for many years, it has been very well maintained, with so much care and character in every corner. The staff were excellent and made the stay even more memorable. From the first day, they kindly showed us around the resort, explained its history, and assisted us with everything we needed. Even late at night, they still made sure to escort us safely back to our room, which was very thoughtful. Although the resort is not directly on the beach, staying here felt like being in a quiet, private world away from everything. The atmosphere was calm, charming, and deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend Knai Bang Chatt to anyone visiting Kep. It is the kind of place everyone should experience at least once.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

A magical and unforgettable stay! ★ We spent an incredible night at Serene Vita Kep to celebrate my partner's birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in room Mountain View 7-the design is gorgeous, sleek, and beautifully thought out. The absolute highlight has to be the setting. The view from the pool is simply breathtaking, offering a unique panorama blending both the mountains and the sea. It's the ultimate spot to just unwind and completely unplug. Special shoutout to the breakfast as well, which was excellent and delicious. A huge thank you to the team for making this moment so special. We will definitely be back!

우리는 친절하게 환영 받았고 매우 쉽게 체크인했습니다. 방갈로는 꽤 넓고 약간 덥지만 우리는 모바일 팬이 충분했습니다. 우리는 밤에도 접근 가능한 수영장 바로 앞에 있었기 때문에 잠자리에 들기 전에 상쾌하게하기 위해 마지막 수영을했습니다. 방갈로 사이의 초목은 멋지고 편안한 분위기를 조성했습니다.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

위치는 좋습니다. 해변과 가깝지만 해변 바로 위는 아닙니다. 직원들이 불친절해서 제 친구들(성인 2명, 아이 1명)에게 엑스트라 베드 추가 요금을 청구했는데, 제 친구들은 3인용 객실을 예약했는데 침대가 하나뿐이었습니다(제 방과 똑같은데 가격이 더 비쌌습니다). 1층 객실에는 수영장 바로 옆에 작은 테라스가 있습니다. 하지만 청소하는 사람이 없습니다. 수영장 자체는 정말 좋습니다. 조식은 정말 형편없습니다. 추천하지 않습니다.
