But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel
Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call
Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃

RRuan BeukesWe stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites.
The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had.
Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had.
The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start.
There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke.
Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.
익익명 사용자It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

MMaestraViajarI stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

체크인이 좋지 않았습니다. 영어를 거의 하지 못하고 우리가 만든 모든 음료에 대해 신용 카드(직불 카드 아님)를 요구하는 접수원. 거의 새벽 4시가 되었는데, 그 시간에 이런 문제를 논의해야 한다는 것이 매우 짜증났습니다. 우리는 단지 자고 싶었습니다.
방은 처음에는 깨끗해 보였지만 관리가 매우 소홀했습니다(사진 및 동영상 첨부). 우리는 바퀴벌레 몇 마리를 죽여야 했고 욕실에는 물과 접촉하는 전기 케이블이 있었습니다!!!
밤 11시에 방에 정전이 되어 리셉션으로 내려가야 했습니다. 우리에게 방을 바꿔주는 대신 기술자가 도착하여 문제를 해결할 때까지 기다려야 했습니다.
최악의 경우: 호텔 웨이터가 우리 돈을 지키려고 했습니다. 그가 그것을 돌려주기로 동의할 때까지 우리는 그에게 몇 번이나 말해야 했습니다. 래디슨 호텔에서는 이런 일이 일어날 수 없습니다.
우리는 이메일로 Radisson에 연락할 수 있었지만 그들은 우리에게 해결책이나 사과를 제공하지 않았습니다.
중요한 측면: Radisson 호텔은 다른 상태에 있습니다. 델리를 방문할 때마다 통행료를 지불해야 합니다.
아침 식사가 반복됩니다. 우리는 어느 날 밤 뷔페(1인당 €50)를 먹어보고 싶었지만 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 오로지 인도 음식이었어요. 우리는 웨이터가 우리에게 맞는 요리(매운 요리는 아님)를 준비할 수 있도록 여러 번 대화를 시도했지만 영어를 거의 하지 못하기 때문에 불가능했습니다.
우리는 이 Radisson으로 돌아가지 않을 것이며 추천하지도 않을 것입니다.
리리뷰어인테리어가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 복도나 방에 많은 회화가 장식되어 있어, 무갈 시대의 옛 좋은 분위기를 느낄 수 있습니다. 방의 패브릭도 페르시아조로 세련되었습니다. 화장실의 어메니티나 티슈 페이퍼가 들어간 옷감은, 팔고 있다면 사고 싶을 정도로 좋았습니다. 세부까지 빼놓을 수 없는 디자인이었다고 느꼈습니다.
단지, 저녁 식사와 아침 식사를 붙였습니다만, 2회 모두 같은 뷔페 레스토랑이라면, taj다움은 그다지 없게 유감이었습니다. 레스토랑은, 어쨌든 가족 동반이 많은 탓인지, 항상 가야가야바타바타하고 있어 스마트함이 부족하고, 일반적인 호텔로 격하된 느낌은 있었습니다. 관광 명소 때문에 어쩔 수 없을지도 모릅니다만, taj는 어디까지나 taj에서 있어 주었으면 좋겠습니다.
