우리가받은 서비스 보안과 발렛은 매우 좋았습니다 프론트 데스크는 두 번째 방문에도 불구하고 환영하지 않고 친절하지 않은 표시에 미치지 못했습니다. 이미 가족 구성원을 위해 방을 한 개 더 예약한 후에도 체크인했습니다. 비록 객실은 하루 전에 모두 같은 이름으로 예약되었지만 체크 아웃하는 동안 벨 보이가 제공되지 않았습니다. 아침 식사 중 레스토랑 서비스는 매우 좋았고 모든 직원은 매우 달콤하고 매우 친절했습니다. 하우스 키핑도 매우 좋았고 도움이되었지만 방 번호의 베개에 얼룩이있었습니다. 606. 룸 서비스는 좋았습니다

깨끗하고 위치가 좋습니다. 친절하고 반응이 좋은 직원. 편의 시설은 오래되고 구식처럼 보이며 (샤워 아래에 서 있지 않으면 샤워 손잡이 위치에 액세스 할 수 없음) 욕실이 잠겨 열 수없는 불행한 사건이 있었고 오전 2시 타입이었습니다. 직원은 5-7 분 안에 와서 고쳤지 만 시간을 고려할 때 무서웠습니다.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍

Good room & good service only have to clearly remind them to clean the room. Left room key at reception but room was not cleaned, was cleaned later when asked. Overall good experience.

I stayed here for a long time. The rooms are nice and spacious, but the cockroaches are going to make you feel a little conscious. The building offers a wide range of products, like shopping and theaters, so one can enjoy their time without any hassle. The property is located in the center of the tezpur market area, and hence you will get things in just a 100-meter area distance. The food in the restaurant is only vegetarian and a bit expensive, but the taste is too good. One thing: if you have booked an autorickshaw to reach there, then you shouldn't because the road is accessible to cars and motorcycles only.

Nice service and ambience . Easy check in process. Staff was nice and understanding . There were mosquitos in the entrance hall and near pool So much . Otherwise very comfortable stay . It’s bit outside city but airport is near . I love concierge service . I live valet service.

The complimentary breakfast was very limited. Not much options. Also they are giving 2 500ml water bottles complimentary, which is very less as compared to room charges & charging for every bottle of water. At-least 2l of water should be complimentary at rooms.
