The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, bright, and wonderfully quiet. The breakfast was outstanding!! Since we stayed over Christmas, they offered a buffet instead of à la carte, but the food was of high quality with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was excellent—very central, just a 3-minute walk from the central station and with a tram station conveniently located right across the street. We would definitely book the hotel again if we plan to visit Szczecin again!

자동차로만 갈 수 있습니다. 접수 원은 따뜻하고 전문적인 태도로 처음부터 아주 좋은 인상을주었습니다. 호텔은 새롭고 (냄새를 맡을 수 있음), L'occitane을 사용하는 편의 시설입니다. 샤워 실 디자인은 실용적이지 않으며 화장실을 쉽게 침수하고 샤워를 조심스럽게합니다. 레스토랑 직원은 전문적이지 않으며 뷔페 바는 손님에게 뷔페가 문을 닫는다는 것을 알리지 않고 오후 19시에 정리됩니다. 일부 손님도 여전히 식사를 하고 있습니다(성수기가 아니라 손님이 많지 않은 것을 이해하지만 모든 음식은 오후 19시 20분 이전에 정리됩니다) 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박입니다. 작은 아기가 있는 가족에게도 적합합니다.

This is a 5-star hotel as soon as we walked into the hotel we could feel it. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When I reported that the fridge in our room was not working, it was changed straight away. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town centre with walking distance. I would stay again on my next visit to Szczecin. 👍

Zum Anfang war es Personal sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Wir hatten dann eine Beschwerde weil einer hochzeitsfeier zwei Zimmer neben uns war und es wirklich extrem laut war da wurde uns gesagt dass dies bis 4 Uhr morgens geht. Ich fragte wegen einem neuen Zimmer und das der Krach und die lauter Musik unerträglich ist da wo du gesagt nein es gibt kein anderes Zimmer! Ich habe dann bei trip.com angerufen und habe mich beschwert diese haben dann im Hotel angerufen und uns hat ganz unfreundlich eine Dame der Rezeption angerufen auf dem Zimmer und gesagt wir sollen beide andere Zimmer los los... Im Endeffekt ist der Kunde da wirklich nur eine Wanze.. Mitarbeiter meist nur Handy in der Hand . Eine Frage hat und sie das Handy wegpacken müssen ziehen Sie sofort eine Fresse . Im Grunde nach war das Hotel sauber aber Personal war unfreundlich auch im Restaurant....

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Lage sehr gut, dies ist unser 3. Aufenthalt dort. Zimmer, Ausblick, Frühstück,… alles wirklich prima. Einzige Verbesserungswünsche meinerseits: Am Frühstücksbuffet kann man sich sehr leckere Rührei/Omlette zubereiten lassen. Wenn’s schnell gehen soll, gibts sich fertiges Rührei. Hier ist die Qualität leider nicht frisch zubereitet. Es schmeckt nach „Tütenrührei“ das ist schade. Es gibt ein riesen Spaßbad für Familien (Zugang über den Keller) und einen Dachpool mitsamt Sauna und Whirlpool. Insbesondere, da es für Familien das große Spaßbad gibt, wäre im Wellnessbereich/ Dachpool ein Zugang ab 16 wünschenswert.

호텔은 깨끗하고 서비스도 괜찮습니다... 다만 청소하시는 분들이 테이블 닦는 데 좀 더 신경을 써주시면 좋겠습니다. 손님들은 음료 얼룩이 남아 있어도 알아채지 못하는 경우가 많으니까요. 안타깝게도 이틀 동안 테이블이 닦여 있지 않았습니다. 하지만 그렇다고 호텔 평점이 떨어지는 건 아닙니다. 개선이 필요한 부분일 뿐입니다. 객실은 현대적이고 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있어 짧은 휴가를 보내기에 충분합니다! 그 외에도 호텔 직원 모두 친절하고 훌륭합니다. 조식도 맛있습니다. 수영장, 사우나, 헬스장도 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 직원들도 정말 친절합니다!!! 전반적으로 만족스러웠고 이 호텔을 추천합니다 :)

요즘 좋은 곳 찾기가 쉽지 않네요. 이 3성급 호텔은 4성급으로 승부해도 손색이 없을 만큼 훌륭합니다. 직원들도 친절하고, 객실도 깨끗했어요. 전반적으로 아주 청결한 곳이었습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요.

Ibis는 Shicheqing의 중심에 두 곳이있는 것 같습니다. 기차역과 더 가깝고 주변에 상업 지구가 있으며 걸어서 갈 수 있으며 환경은 괜찮지 만 방에 주전자가 없으며 물을 마시고 복도로 가야합니다. 정수기

Polecam serdecznie ;) czysty i świetny hotel przepyszne jedzenie i świetne spa !

W Hamptonie byliśmy już po raz drugi, zaliczyliśmy tym razem powrót po około 8 latach. Hotel jest dobrze utrzymany, choć w niektórych elementach widać już po nim upływ czasu, np siedzisko krzesła, czy fugi i silikony są nieco zużyte, jednak są to jedynie drobne niedogodności. Ogólnie jest czysto i pachnąco, śniadanie eleganckie z dużym wyborem jedzenia, do kawy jest nawet słodzik, co w wielu hotelach niby oczywiste, ale nie jest standardem. Hotel troszkę oddalony od dzielnicy nadmorskiej, ale nie na tyle daleko żeby nie zrobić sobie przyjemnego spaceru. Dwa minusy - dość drogi parking ( obok na parkingu miejskim parkowalem samochód czterokrotnie taniej), i brak choćby mini lodówki na napoje w pokoju. Obsługa bez zastrzeżeń. Dużo kanałów w TV i Netflix zadziałał na nim bez problemu. Następnym razem kiedy wpadniemy na weekend do Świnoujścia będziemy znowu tutaj spali ;)
