피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 영국 워릭셔 호텔

우리는 2-night 가족 숙박 가족 스위트와 클래식 룸을 위해 두 개의 방을 예약했습니다. 호텔의 편의 시설과 위치는 훌륭했으며 근처에 많은 식당이 있습니다. 내 아들은 여행 중에 몸이 좋지 않았고 그가 쉬고 회복하기에 좋은 숙박이 정말 위안이 됩니다. 우리는 호텔에서 저녁을 먹었고 음식은 훌륭했습니다! 제공되는 아침 식사도 좋았습니다. 우리는 영국식 아침 식사, 스크램블 에그 및 연어를 선택한 뜨거운 요리를 좋아합니다 👍! 매우 아늑하고 편안하며 즐거운 경험!

Thank you to the staff in the restaurant as they accommodated our request with our food. Comfy bed. Enjoyed relaxing time in the pool. The lady who checked us in Polina was lovely and nice.

1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice. 2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage. 3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices. 4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

We booked in and my son and daughter were upgraded as they had just finished their exams. We had the dog and our room was good in the way the door opened into large green area and you could sit outside. It was busy in the eve as there was a prom on and another function and the service was slow in the restaurant. I spoke to the supervisor at reception and explained the issues we had and she could not be more helpful - we were offered drinks and lunch as a sorry which was a great gesture. We would definitely return.

Delightful hotel, with kind attentive staff. For us it was a bit of a surprise as we were just looking for a stop off on a long journey. We’ll definitely return.

설정은 명소를 방문하기에 매우 좋으며 호텔은 아름다운 역사적인 건물입니다. 현대적인 스파는 사용하기 좋았지 만 우리는 방이 매우 기본적이라는 것을 알았고 방에 뜨거운 음료 메이커가 없다는 것에 매우 실망했습니다. 우리는 방 비용에 아침 식사가 포함되어 있었고 우리는 그것에 매우 실망했습니다. 모든 것이 기름진 물 속에서 수영하고 있었고 검은 푸딩과 감자 로스티가 너무 익어서 식사를 끝내지 못했습니다. 주차장은 1박에 7파운드이지만 사전에 이를 알리지 않았습니다. 우리는 아마 다시 머물 것이지만 건물의 오래된 부분에 있는 방으로 업그레이드하고 조리된 아침 식사를 하지 않을 것입니다.

這家酒店各方面基本符合希爾頓標準，説幾個特別的地方：第一，位置便利，離火車站很近，步行可達，步行可達莎士比亞出生地那條街，有一家Morrison超市也很近；酒店四個方向都有行人可以進出的小門，google map可能不是很準確。第二，Junior Suite 其實就是一個大房間，沙發可以改成沙發床，沒什麼套間的感覺，但是沙發床挺大的。那個沙發的靠墊被工作人員鋪成沙發床的時候是被墊在地上的，如果進門以後要坐沙發，還是先拍打拍打吧，感覺不是特別乾淨。這家酒店不提供牙刷之類的，管前台要也沒有，需要自己準備。第三，前台服務人員，入住那天是位女服務員，服務較差，早餐地點和時間也沒有主動説，加床也遲遲沒有安排，從房間打電話半天也沒人接，我用手機從外線撥才匆忙接起來，告訴她我還以為是房間電話壞了。後來一天的男服務員服務就很熱情，告訴我們火車票的使用，還有去火車站便捷的小門，還有一位男服務員看我們有小朋友，還多給了幾瓶水和曲奇，所以還是信任希爾頓的服務的，衹是希望加強對所有員工的培訓

Rooms are very clean, satisfied with the cleaning services they gave. We’re glad that they served a complimentary drinks and some cookies that we enjoyed! Small things but brightens up our mood from too much exhaustion from a day trip and arriving at midnight in the hotel. Thank you for a nice place to stay in!

The hotel is generally good and the staff are attentive, but we would suggest avoiding the restaurant.  The hotel doesn't warrant a 4* with areas showing wear and tear such as water-damaged wood, mouldy seal in the bathroom, broken window locks, etc.  Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we were given a drinks voucher. After being advised our room was ready, we arrived at the room to find the maid still cleaning the room. The room included basic tea and coffee facilities and toiletries.  The pool/spa is limited and has a cold pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a gym.  We had booked into the restaurant for an evening meal, but when we arrived there was a table complaining about the food. They had sent their food back to the kitchen twice, and the staff were suggesting they send it back again. They walked out of the restaurant. Based on this, we thought we would order something that was pretty safe, so we ordered a burger and a chicken. However, the meat tasted cheap and of poor quality. The restaurant is charging gastro prices, but the quality is nothing better than Wetherspoons or worse. Again, the puddings were basic, with a vegan coconut ice cream that had an odd texture to it and a sticky toffee pudding that was no better than a cheap microwave pud. In our opinion, the staff were inappropriately dressed, with one waitress having such a short skirt that every time she moved you got to see more than you wanted. The bar staff were assisting in the restaurant, and one barman was dressed in hip-style jeans, which kept falling down. Although all very attentive and polite, it seemed that the hotel as a whole had very limited staff, with everyone just mucking in.  The breakfast was not much better than our evening meal. We arrived at 9.30am to find the milk, pastries, hot water, etc. had run dry. There was a selection of hot food, but once again the meat tasted cheap. The main waitress was incredibly young and either didn't communicate or spoke so incredibly quietly that you could not hear what she said.  At check out, we were not asked how our stay had been, and we felt that everything was done to avoid such communication.

서비스는 훌륭했습니다! 객실 할당에 오류가 있었고 예약 된 객실을 이용할 수 없었기 때문에 특별한 마일 스톤 생일을 축하하는 동안 훌륭했습니다. 트레블린 레스토랑에서의 저녁 식사는 우리가 채식주의 자 였기 때문에 기대 이상이었고 요리사가 준비한 채식 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 장식 자체는 상장 된 건물의 정통 외관에 추가되었지만 조금 피곤해 보였습니다. 우리 머무는 동안 더운 주말이었고 에어컨이 없었지만 밤에는 잠을 잘 때 약간의 차이가있는 작은 팬이 제공되었습니다. 정원은 약간의 유지 보수가 필요했고 분수가 작동한다면 사랑 스러웠을 것입니다. 전반적으로 우리는 우리의 체류를 즐겼으며 약간의 업그레이드와 보수 공사를 마친 후에 다시 올 것을 고대합니다.
