이 호텔은 넓고 편안한 객실, 커다란 침대, 크고 깨끗한 세면대와 샤워실을 갖춘 아주 좋은 곳입니다. 주요 도로변에 위치해 있어 비토리아 역사 지구에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있어 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 유일한 단점은 객실 방음이 형편없다는 것입니다. 복도와 다른 객실에서 일어나는 모든 소리가 다 들립니다. 게다가 저희는 엘리베이터 바로 옆 객실을 배정받아 소음이 더욱 심했습니다.
전반적으로 비토리아에서 짧게 머물기에 좋은 호텔입니다.

Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte.....

위치가 좋아서 걸어서 어디든 갈 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 따뜻하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다.
객실과 욕실은 넓었지만, 방 한가운데에 커다란 기둥이 있어서 불편했습니다. 엘리베이터 근처 복도 입구에 있는 방이라 가끔씩 시끄러웠습니다. 객실에 차나 커피 머신이 없어서 좀 기본적인 느낌이었습니다. 주변에 편의시설이 많아서 호텔 시설을 이용하지 않고 아침 식사를 먹으러 나갔습니다.
2박밖에 하지 않아서 굳이 이것저것 신경 쓸 필요는 없어 보였습니다. 하룻밤 묵기에는 괜찮았지만, 제가 본 바로는 오래 머물기에는 적합하지 않았습니다.

호텔은 잘 알려졌으며 강점은 방에있을 경우 위치, 침대의 편안함, 수건의 품질 및 욕실이었습니다. 나는 당신의 옵션 중 어느 것도 즐기지 않았으므로 그것에 대해 언급 할 수 없습니다.
결함에 관해서는 객실의 구조로 인해 이웃 객실의 대화가 들리고 명확하게 인식됩니다 (좋은 테이프가 그것을 해결합니다) 스파는 구식이며 업데이트하는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔은 매우 편안하고 반복 될 것입니다.하지만 이전에 제안했듯이 4-star 호텔은 세부 사항에 따라 정의됩니다.

예약할 때, 안뜰 쪽 방은 24시간 가동되는 기계 때문에 시끄럽다는 후기를 읽었습니다. 그래서 안뜰 쪽 창문이 아닌 바깥을 향한 창문이 있는 방을 원한다고 적어 두었습니다. 그런데 호텔에 도착하니 안뜰 쪽 창문이 있는 방을 배정받았습니다. 기계 소음과 진동 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없다고 말했더니, 프런트 직원이 와서 그 방은 전혀 소음이 없고 조용한 방이라고 했습니다. 마지못해 저를 거리 쪽 창문이 있는 방으로 옮겨주었습니다. 프런트 직원에게 묻고 싶습니다. 만약 5성급 호텔에 묵으면서 전망도 전혀 없는 안뜰 쪽 창문이 있는 방에 묵는다면, 왜 그런 방에 묵겠습니까?

우리는 빌바오에서 버스를 얻은 차가없는 곳에서 여기에 왔습니다. 수영장이있는 호텔을 쉽게 찾을 수 없으며 LaGuardia 안에 있으므로 완벽하게 작동했습니다. 4 성급은 아니지만 편안했고 수영장은 사랑 스럽습니다.

El sitio está en un polígono pero esta bastante bien. Todo bastante nuevo y limpio. Lo único q se oye todo de las habitaciones contiguas.

La habitación con vistas al río es impresionante. Es maravilloso poder disfrutar desde cerca del precioso puente de Vizcaya y la bonita ría en la cual se pueden divisar diferentes deportistas haciendo remo y también observar algunos barquitos navegando.
La habitación es pintoresca con detalles modernos y otros más clásicos. Lo que más me gusta como dije es el balcón con vistas a la ría y la comodidad de la cama.
Buena TV , dispone de mini bar y cafetera con dos cápsulas de cortesía y abajo en el hall del hotel existe un ascensor antiguo en el cual dispone de café, chocolate y otras bebidas también gratuitas las 24 horas del día.
Buena atención por parte de l@s emple@dos ya que siempre fueron amables y con buena predisposición además todo estaba limpio.
Cuanto pueda volveré me sentí muy a gusto con todo 😃👍🏽

마을의 전위적인 디자인 호텔은 놀랍고 편안합니다. 추천 스위트 룸 204호는 밝고 양쪽에 창이 있습니다. 넓은 테라스도 있습니다. 놀랍게도 호텔의 레스토랑은 이틀 밤 동안에도 약 12 가지 요리를 시도했습니다. 모든 것이 맛있습니다. 요리사 Javier가 손님을 위한 시식 메뉴를 기꺼이 마련해 드립니다.

리리뷰어It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details.
1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off).
2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV.
3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time.
And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT
3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?).
4) We get a fan to cool down.
5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective).
This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating.
P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea)
The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

리리뷰어En general sitio agradable y tranquilo, bien ubicado para ir a la policlínica y también para ir al centro gracias a la cercanía de la parada de autobús. Lo único estaría bien una renovación de las camas ya que se han quedado algo viejas y no son especialmente cómodas. Pero por lo demás un alojamiento recomendable.

Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.
Journey is abt 15-20mins.
Breakfast at the hotel was decent.
Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it.
Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel.
Good for people who drives as there is free parking available.

BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”**
Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room.
At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed.
However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded.
I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day.
Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better.
The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room.
While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests.
In the end, we ended up paying the €25.

리리뷰어사우나가 숙박에 포함되어 있다고 생각했기 때문에 호텔을 예약했습니다.
온라인으로 예약하면 추가 비용이 들지 않는다고 직원에게 말했더니, 스파의 일부라고 했습니다. 스파의 일부인 경우 언급하고 스파 섹션에 포함하지 않는 이유가 매우 혼란스럽습니다.
스파와 사우나는 같지 않으며 비용이 든다면 언급해야 합니다.
다른 것은 모두 훌륭했습니다. 또한 사우나에만 별도 비용이 없습니다! 헬스장과 사우나만 사용하고 싶었는데 스파는 없었습니다! 스파 없이 사우나를 예약할 수 있는 방법은 없었습니다.
하루에 20유로가 아니라 이용당 20유로인데, 특히 호텔에 이미 예약했고 객실 요금도 지불한 경우라면 엄청 비싼 것 같았습니다! 직원들은 다시 한번 융통성을 보이지 않았습니다. 사용하지 않을 것에 대해 비용을 지불하거나 사용하지 않는 것 중 하나였습니다!
결국 예약하지 않았어요. 스파를 이용하고 싶지 않았고, 사우나만 15분 이용하는 데 20유로라는 돈이 너무 많이 든다고 생각했거든요.

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

리리뷰어조용한 위치에 있어서 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 방에 이중창이 있어서 매일 밤 8시간 이상 푹 잘 수 있었고, 버스를 타면 시내까지 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다.
참고로 산세바스티안 공항을 오가는 택시 요금은 총 90유로였는데, 호텔이나 다른 호텔 측에서는 이에 대해 아무런 입장도 정할 수 없습니다.

리리뷰어호텔은 해변과 구시가지까지 도보로 약 30분 거리에 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 호텔 건물에는 작은 옥상 수영장과 자쿠지가 있습니다. 복도와 화장실에서 소리가 크게 들립니다. 방이 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다. 바닥이 더러웠습니다. 호텔에는 전기 자동차를 위한 무료 충전소가 있는 주차장이 있습니다. 하지만 주차장이 매우 좁습니다. 맛있고 다양한 아침 식사.

MM. SoA boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

리리뷰어La cama es un soniquete continuo no es demasiado pedir un colchón duro de calidad y que no suene al moverse,solo moverse para levantarte.
La habitación estaba muy fría según el termostato 19º a la llegada y fue poco a poco subiendo hasta los 24º al tercer día no es sano pasar frío en invierno ponemos la calefacción a 25º y en verano el aire a 19º.
Mal muy mal .
Por último tiene una terraza con servicio de bebidas y domingo a las 20:00 no había posibilidad de tomar un cocktail porque no tenía hierbabuena y faltaba café y no había posibilidad de algunas otras bebidas porque se habían agotado
Un desastre pedí un zumo de tomate y lo devolví porque era un tormento de picante
Es verdad que no nos cobraron ni el zumo ni el agua que sustituyó el zumo ni la cerveza de mi pareja.
Pero el servicio penoso. Son cinco estrellas de hotel.
