Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte.....

Hôtel très propre avec une chambre immense :) salle de bain propre et spacieuse . Très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du musée et du centre ville . Parking souterrain est un plus ( même si payant ) .

Mention spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel rencontré au sein de l’établissement qui est sympathique et professionnel, l’emplacement est super et les services proposés également (spa, variété du petit dej, horaire check in-out)

Le prix du parking qui pourrait être un petit peu réduit et l’insonorisation entre les chambres et couloirs.

산 마메스 경기장 바로 맞은편에 위치해 있어 경기를 관람하기에 최적의 장소입니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 객실은 작았지만 매우 깨끗했고 자연광이 잘 들어왔습니다. 아래층에 여러 레스토랑이 있어 식사가 편리했고, 길 건너편에 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있어 더욱 편리했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 이른 아침에 공항까지 가는 택시를 불러주는 것까지 도와주었습니다. 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다.

Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango.

얼마나 놀라운 호텔인지, 직원들은 가장 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 구시가지와의 근접성은 이곳을 꼭 묵어야 하는 위치에 있습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 옥상 수영장과 바는 환상적이었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 위치이며 앞으로 다시 머물 것입니다.

A great hotel to your stay in Donosti. The place is really modern and I love the style (simplicity and beauty at the same time). Everyone in the staff was really nice, and the breakfast has a lot of variety (I really appreciate the healthy choices). The bedroom was simple but very clean and quite big. I will come back again, no doubt

La atención nada más al llegar, muy amables las chicas de recepción,llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos indicaron que al estar limpia podríamos hacer el check in en ese momento. La habitación de lujo.

리리뷰어It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details.
1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off).
2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV.
3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time.
And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT
3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?).
4) We get a fan to cool down.
5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective).
This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating.
P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea)
The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.
Journey is abt 15-20mins.
Breakfast at the hotel was decent.
Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it.
Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel.
Good for people who drives as there is free parking available.

리리뷰어La estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado.
En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas.
El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales.
El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

리리뷰어조용한 위치에 있어서 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 방에 이중창이 있어서 매일 밤 8시간 이상 푹 잘 수 있었고, 버스를 타면 시내까지 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다.
참고로 산세바스티안 공항을 오가는 택시 요금은 총 90유로였는데, 호텔이나 다른 호텔 측에서는 이에 대해 아무런 입장도 정할 수 없습니다.

리리뷰어호텔은 해변과 구시가지까지 도보로 약 30분 거리에 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 호텔 건물에는 작은 옥상 수영장과 자쿠지가 있습니다. 복도와 화장실에서 소리가 크게 들립니다. 방이 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다. 바닥이 더러웠습니다. 호텔에는 전기 자동차를 위한 무료 충전소가 있는 주차장이 있습니다. 하지만 주차장이 매우 좁습니다. 맛있고 다양한 아침 식사.

WWHYhuwa예약할 때, 우리는 특별히 지하에 지하철이 있는 비교적 새로운 호텔을 찾았습니다. 경기를 보기 위해 산 마메 경기장까지 지하철로 세 정거장만 가면 되었습니다. 길 건너편에는 브리티시 팰리스 쇼핑몰이 있으며, 구시가지까지 도보로 불과 10분이 소요되어 매우 편리합니다. 호텔에는 주차장이 없으며, 공공 주차장은 도보로 10분 이상 거리에 있습니다. 주변에 레스토랑과 카페가 많아서 식사하기가 매우 편리합니다.
