'Great location. Staff are nice, especially the ladies at breakfeast and cleaning. Breakfeast could have more diversity, especially in terms of cheese abd breads. There is no fridge in the room. And the double bed is actually 2 single beds, which is very uncomfortable and dissapointing. Overall decent place.'

'Really good stay, very central and easy to get around. The spa and leisure facilities wasn’t the best, a lot of students so wasn’t very relaxing but the gym had good equipment and in the mornings it was great. Football was on which was an added bonus and food was pretty good. I would stay here again.'

'The location was convenient and the facilities were quite complete. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our original room was next to the elevator and was quite noisy, but they helped us change to another room quickly, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We found a very large spider in the room, which was unpleasant. The hotel also provides luggage storage service, but there was no dedicated storage area, so it did not feel very secure. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.'

'I’ll start by saying the location was perfect! right in the centre of town and close to transport links, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself could benefit from a refresh and some updates, as certain heating appliances were not fully reliable and only seemed to work once the outside temperature reached a certain level. That said, I found the staff helpful throughout my stay and overall I had a pleasant experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area in the future.'

'Park Plaza Nottingham is conveniently located in town centre, which was a plus for 2-day visit to our friend in town. I like the modern look of the hotel lobby, as well as the friendly hotel staff. Hotel room was reasonably spacious, but a little dated on the cons side. Moreover, it requires to walk up and down stairs for elevator access from the lobby, which caused a bit of inconvenience to people with limited mobility like my husband. Fortunately, the hotel staff were kind to carry our luggage, which was a tremendous help to us.'

'Medium. Even canceledl the second day booking the day before for urgency still couldn't get any refund. So the room will be perfectly available on the second day for anyone to take and the hotel still charged you full price. Towel in bathroom has brown stain on it. No idea what was that. Quite at night, breakfast is nice.'

'The entrance was so difficult to get to, with such a huge detour to walk around just to get to the entrance. The service and check-in was woeful, when we checked in late at night. The person at the desk didn't know how to check us in, and the other person who was supposed to know how to do the check-in was not around- and had to be called back down. Long wait to check in late that night, even though there was no other guest waiting. The car parking arrangement was terrible as well, and didn't work with their supposed online link up with the parking provider. Very average experience.'

'The service is very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Clean room and well maintained toilet. However: 1. Because it locate at city centre, it gets all kinds of annoying noises from the streets, all the way to 02:00 am. 2. Because the facility is old, the walls and windows are too thin, unable to lower down the noises from the streets and from other rooms. If someone walks heavily or talks loudly, your sleep will be affected.'
