미국 유타 소재 가족여행 호텔

2층건물의 1층에서 2박. 윗층의 발걸음 걸음에 우리 방은 천둥치는 듯 소음이 나고 전등까지 흔들리며 불안해서 무서웠음. 처음은 윗층 투숙자의 어린 아이때문이라 생각했는데 그것이 아니었고 시설자체가 윗층 소음에 취약하도록 지어졌던 것으로 확신함. 이틀 동안 윗층이 잠들기까지 소음과 진동에 잠들지 못했던 악몽같은 밤이었음. 첫날은 프론트에 조치를 요청했었지만 윗층에 안내도 하는것 같았지만 시설 자체의 하자에 따른 사유인지라 이후엔 포기했음. 숙박동은 deer lodge 였음.

1. 아침 일찍 호텔의 셀프 체크인 이메일을 받고 체크인을 눌렀는데, 오후에 솔트레이크시티에 도착하자마자 객실이 체크인 가능하다는 알림을 받았습니다. 예정된 체크인 시간보다 거의 2시간 정도 일찍 프론트에 여권을 보여줬는데, 열쇠를 받고 체크아웃할 때도 메일이 와서 아래층으로 내려가서 열쇠를 던졌습니다. 2. 주차는 공항에서 솔트팰리스 공영 지하주차장까지 직접 가서 P2 구역에 주차한 후 안쪽 코너에서 엘리베이터를 타고 가세요. 1층으로 올라가서 두 걸음 걸은 후 좌회전하여 호텔 로비 측면 입구로 들어갑니다. 전체 과정이 원활하고 요금은 1박에 20달러이며, 운전을 하지 않을 경우 신용카드 결제가 필요합니다. 이 방법을 선택하면 주차가 편리하고 비용도 절약됩니다. 3. 조식 뷔페는 1층 로비에서 제공됩니다. 주문과 뷔페를 합쳤음에도 불구하고 저희는 그 차이를 즐기지 않습니다. 우리는 언어를 이해하지 못합니다. 팁으로 10달러를 추가로 지불했습니다. 식사 없이 숙소를 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 1층 로비에 작은 상점이 있습니다. 아침 식사; 4. 객실 예약 시 필요한 전망 객실은 전망이 정말 좋습니다.

청결도에 대해서는 불평할 것이 없습니다. 1박만 머물렀고 청소는 보지 못했지만 방은 더럽지 않았고 조금 낡았을 뿐입니다. 환경은 정말 평균적입니다. 호텔 주변을 돌아다니면서 편의점도 보지 못했습니다. 근처에 문을 닫은 상점이 몇 군데 있고, 물 몇 병도 살 수 없습니다. 먹을 수 있는 유일한 방법은 아래층 스펜서(Spencer)인데 이곳의 새우는 특히 맛있고 신선합니다. 서비스는 기본적으로 정상적이며 특별히 좋거나 나쁜 것은 없습니다. 시설은 정말 보통 수준이고, 슬리퍼도 없고, 방에 있는 에어컨이 벽에 똑바로 서 있습니다. 켜면 소리가 최소 50데시벨이므로 밤에만 끌 수 있습니다. 솔직히 힐튼호텔이 이 사실을 미리 알았더라면 다른 브랜드를 예약했을텐데 힐튼호텔마다 물을 무료로 주지 않고 한병에 3달러인데 밖에서는 1달러 3달러 정도 하는 물이다. .

적당한 크기의 오래된 방입니다. 깨끗하지만 개조가 필요합니다. 아침 식사는 객실과 함께 제공되지만 오전 6시 30분부터 9시 30분까지 제공되며 평범합니다. 쇼핑과 레스토랑 옆에 위치가 좋습니다. TV에는 스트리밍 앱이 없습니다. 로비에서는 하루 종일 커피를 즐기실 수 있습니다. 무료 주차장.

호텔은 시내 중심에 위치해 있으며, 스트림 센터와 템플 스퀘어에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 하지만 이 호텔은 조식을 제공하지 않습니다. 1층에서 조식을 주문해야 합니다. 커피 한 잔은 20달러가 넘습니다. 호텔에는 공항행 버스가 없습니다. 직원들만 픽업한다고 합니다. 다른 호텔에는 공항 셔틀이 있는 걸 봤습니다. 또한, 자판기나 제빙기 근처에 있는 객실은 예약하지 마세요. 밤에 소음이 심해서 숙면에 방해가 될 수 있습니다.

자이언 국립공원 근처에 위치해 있어 편리합니다. 프런트 데스크를 포함한 호텔 시설은 비교적 새것입니다. 객실은 전형적인 미국 소도시 호텔처럼 기본적이지만 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 객실 크기는 적당한 편이며, 대부분의 호텔 객실이 비슷할 것으로 예상됩니다.

Everything was great. Only complaint is that the WiFi was not working properly.

The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.
