nice room, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was average.

La ubicación y la atención del personal muy buena, también la vista. Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, no hay tele en la suite y vimos un cienpies, el acceso a la suite es limitado, hay muchos escalones, super cansado. Le damos un 3.8 de 5, porque el precio, por lo que ofrece nos pareció muy bien.

크리스마스 이브에 멕시코 시티로가는 길에 바람이 불고 두 대의 큰 트럭이 뒤집혔습니다. 다행히도이 호텔을 서쪽으로 만났습니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 매우 편안합니다. 키 프론트 데스크 레이디는 매우 아름답고 따뜻합니다. 우아합니다. 나는 이런 종류의 여자를 좋아합니다. 나는 그녀가 나를 좋아할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 나와 함께 잡지 마라. 😂 저녁 스테이크도 좋다.

On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.

El personal es muy amable!! Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias!! Nosotras elegimos el desayuno incluido y estaba deliciosa la comida. Sin duda regresaría al hotel!! Ahí mismo encuentras tours para conocer las baías, las cascadas entre otras cosas, todo es muy accesible!! Fue un viaje de amigas que disfrutamos mucho!!

Loved the hotel's location. Facilities were great, and they also have parking inside the building ---a plus. The food was really good, especially the steaks, which were well-cooked! All the staff were great, very courteous and respectful.

That‘s a very very nice hotel! The rooms and the service are outstanding! It combines everything you need for an unbelievable stay in Puerto Escondido! When we go to P.E. We simply have to stay there! See you again soon my dear Hotel Santa Fe.
