중국 허난 소재 가족여행 호텔

두 번째 방문이었는데, 02년에 뤄양에 놀러 왔을 때 이곳에 묵었고 아주 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 이번에 다시 방문했을 때도 망설임 없이 이곳을 선택했습니다. 기차역/공항 픽업 및 드롭오프 서비스는 아이 둘을 데리고 짐이 많은 저에게 정말 완벽했어요. 객실 서비스는 정말 세심했습니다. 매일 무료 녹두탕과 과일을 주문해서 갈증도 해소하고 과일 배달 비용도 절약할 수 있었어요. 매일 무료 세탁 서비스도 제공해서 아이 바지에 기름이 묻었는데 직원분이 가져가서 아주 깨끗하게 세탁해주셨습니다. 아침 식사와 뷔페 저녁 식사는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사로 연어를 배불리 먹었고 수제 커피도 아주 맛있었습니다. 외출할 때 프런트 데스크에서 아이에게 물도 챙겨주시는 등 세심한 배려가 좋았습니다. 아, 뤄양궁 맥주 정말 맛있어요. 반했어요!

나는 매달 정저우 항구 지구에 여러 번 출장을 가고 매번 완진 호텔에 묵습니다. Shuanghehu 지하철역에서 나와 호수를 따라 곧 호텔에 도착했습니다. 1층 리셉션의 미녀들은 항상 너무 친절하고 정중했습니다. 내가 마련한 방은 매번 매우 만족했습니다. 호텔은 좋은 환경, 완벽한 시설, 편리한 교통, 깨끗하고 위생적이며 훌륭한 서비스를 갖추고 있습니다! !

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 룽먼 석굴 매표소 바로 옆이라 룽먼 고가거리에서 식사하기에도 편리했습니다. 저희는 차를 몰고 둥산호텔에 갔는데, 호텔에서 셔틀버스를 제공해 주었어요. 운전기사 장훙러 씨는 정말 친절했고, 짐도 옮겨주고 사진도 찍어주는 등 세심하게 배려해 주셨습니다. 프런트 직원 단단 씨도 매우 친절했는데, 제가 말린 옷을 프런트 데스크로 가져다주는 등 여러모로 배려심이 깊었어요. 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

정저우 JW 메리어트 호텔에 묵었는데 기대 이상이었어요! 호텔 중식당 음식은 정갈하고 맛도 좋아서 꼭 한번 드셔보시길 추천합니다. 호텔 자체가 도시의 랜드마크인데, 트윈 타워 모양이 눈길을 사로잡고 야경도 정말 멋져요. 위치도 아주 편리한데, 지하철역까지 도보로 몇 분밖에 안 걸리고, 에얼치 광장까지 5정거장이면 가서 쇼핑하고 먹거리 즐기기에도 아주 좋아요. 특히 호텔 서비스에 대해 칭찬하고 싶은데요. 제가 1~2주 전에 타오바오에서 물건을 좀 사서 호텔로 보냈는데, 프런트에서 친절하게 대신 받아주고 잘 보관해 줘서 체크인할 때 바로 받을 수 있어서 정말 편하고 좋았어요. 비즈니스 출장이든 가족 여행이든 모두 훌륭한 선택이고, 다음에 정저우에 오면 또 이곳에 묵을 거예요.

The location is amazing and up until the last few hours we were very satisfied with our stay. They gave a free upgrade to their newly refurbished 4th floor and that room really was awesome. We were not aware they cooked dinner well so we are out but should have dined at the Homestay. Breakfast was very simple but satisfying. They provide a transfer to Shaolin in a super nice car and plenty of free water to take with you during the day. So far so good. Now perhaps we are lost in translation but we indicated having a ride to our next stop charging between 260 and 380 through the didi app. Waaayyyy to expensive they said and offered to call a cab. The cab however was 445, a much higher rate. All rates included the toll. We asked about the type of car and were shown a luxury car. That car and that price were similar to didi premier so we said okay. Then they said it would take half an hour. We didn’t want that so said we would just go for the didi. They then said the taxi would be there faster. As you may guess; it was not. We ended up waiting well over half an hour and the taxi was a regular taxi. They ride was good, driver friendly etc but we felt a bit off about the way this went down. Again: could be lost in translation here so if you just arrange your own ride you will have an awesome stay with them. Ask for the nice room on floor 4! Picture is the view from our room.

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

정말 멋진 호텔이었어요! 스마트 홈 시스템이 설치된 넓은 객실(샤오두에게 부탁하는 대신 이제 어떻게 커튼을 직접 쳐야 할까요?)과 창밖으로 펼쳐지는 그림 같은 풍경, 그리고 운치 있는 주변 환경까지! 호텔 직원분들과 고양이들은 정말 최고였어요 🥰 차도 사주시고, 카페에서 수프와 함께 아침 식사도 시켜주시고, 관광 정보도 알려주셨어요. 위치도 최고였고, 지하철역과 버스 정류장도 가까웠고, 고성도 10분 거리에 있었어요. 다음에 뤄양에 간다면 꼭 여기에 묵을 거예요! 多谢你的款待！ 😊

호텔 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 교통편도 편리하고 전용 주차장도 있어요. 양 옆으로 대형 쇼핑몰 두 개가 있고, 앞쪽에는 카이위안 호수가 있어서 아침 운동하기 좋고, 뒤쪽에는 지하철역이 걸어서 3~5분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 서비스는 정말 세심합니다. 입구에서 직원분이 먼저 짐을 들어주시고, 프런트 직원분들은 친절하고 상냥합니다. 미리 전화로 필요한 것을 물어봐 주시고 방도 미리 잘 준비해주셨어요. 칭찬할 만합니다! 이 서비스 덕분에 2박을 연장했습니다. 방은 깨끗하게 정돈되어 있었고, 가족 여행객이나 출장객 모두에게 적합한 구조였습니다. 다음에도 뤄양 메리어트에 또 묵을 거예요.
