조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 미국 텍사스 호텔

객실은 깨끗했지만 온수가 나오지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원이 문제를 해결하려고 최선을 다했지만, 여러 번 방을 바꿔준 후에도 문제는 해결되지 않았습니다. 다행히 로비에는 온수가 나와서 중국 출장객과 관광객들이 이용하기에 편리했습니다. 조식은 간단하며, 계란 팬케이크를 직접 만들어 먹을 수 있습니다.

Excellent hotel for the price, with good breakfast. Very clean, great location

방이 엄청 커서 역시 텍사스답다는 생각이 들었어요. 주변에 먹을 만한 곳이 없었고, 날씨도 너무 더웠습니다. 밤에는 정전도 되었고요. 아침 식사는 꽤 괜찮았어요. 다른 어떤 호텔보다 유제품 종류가 가장 많았고, 냉장고에 초콜릿 우유도 있어서 놀랐습니다.

공항과 가깝고, 자정에는 도착층 밖 길가에서 셔틀버스가 정해진 장소에서 픽업해줍니다. 운전기사분은 매우 친절했고, 방은 깨끗했으며 주차는 무료였습니다. 투숙객 대부분은 비행기를 타기 위해 잠시 머무는 손님들이었고, 아침 식사는 6시부터 시작하며 커피, 과일, 주스, 빵 등이 제공됩니다. 가장 큰 단점은 에어컨이 너무 낡아서 소음이 심하다는 점입니다. 그냥 하룻밤 묵기에는 괜찮습니다.

Enjoyed the short stay here, services received was excellent.  I loved that it was conveniently located near the airport and there was shuttle to  transport to and from hotel, which made it extra convenient and they were on time, once reservations were made.  We were pleasantly impressed.

シャトルバスのピックアップを2回依頼したり、SNSでやり取りしても2時間来ませんでした。結局ホリデーインのドライバーの方が心配して声を掛けてくれて送ってくれました。空港まではちゃんと送ってくれました。シャトルバスサービスがあるから予約したのに残念でしたがお部屋は綺麗で朝食は良かったです。

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

房間比同價位的其他幾個酒店大，洗漱用品基本談不上，牙刷這些肯定米國都沒有的。服務還行，有班車接送需要預約。健身房也比其他酒店大東西多點。 旁邊有個 Denny's, 吃東西還算方便，後面有個加油站，裏面的小超市基本小東西都有。 反正米國的酒店200美金左右的真不能指望什麼。全球最差的就是米國酒店

상점이나 레스토랑, 마트 등이 가까워서 이용하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 침대도 넉넉했고, 방과 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 로비에 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 주차장도 넉넉해서 이용하기 좋았습니다. 주변이 조용해서 밤에도 편안히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 가족과 함께 맥알렌에 또 방문한다면 다음번에도 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.
