조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 미국 테네시 호텔

今回の滞在は本当に快適でした。 お部屋は写真以上に清潔で明るく、必要な設備がすべてそろっていたため、何不自由なく過ごせました。 ホストの方の対応も丁寧で、チェックインからチェックアウトまでスムーズでした。 立地も良く、周辺にはレストランやスーパーがあり大変便利でした。 またこのエリアに来る際は、ぜひ再度利用したいと思います。

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.

청소를 소홀히 하는 경우도 있고, 청소 후 수건을 갈아주지 않는 경우도 있어요. 한 번은 수건을 다 가져가고 하나만 남겨두기도 했어요... 프런트 데스크 직원들도 정말 이상했어요. 우버 이츠는 위층에 올라가는 걸 허용하지 않는데, 사실 누구나 마음대로 위층에 올라갈 수 있고 아무도 신경 쓰지 않아요. 우버 이츠가 프런트에 가서 물어보려고 하면 갑자기 위층에 올라가는 걸 허용하지 않는다고 하는 거예요... 무슨 말인지 모르겠네요...

간단한 주말 휴가를 위해 머물렀고 정말 즐겼습니다.

이 방은 낚시 여행을 하는 손자와 친구를 위해 예약되었습니다.

이른 비행은 여기에 머무르는 것이 너무 편리합니다. 호텔은 몇 분 동안 탑승권을 가지고 짐을 일찍 확인하고 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 조금 비싼 것 외에도 다른 모든 것은 여전히 𣎴 잘못되었습니다. 10 층의 풍경은 정말 아름답습니다!

All of the staff members were very pleasant, competent, and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and appeared to have been updated recently. Overall, I had an excellent experience.
