Was great hotel with fantastic location. Reception staff were friendly. Transportation from to alharam every 24 hrs are available. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Recommend for family and couples. Available with a great prices.

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located very close to the Haram. The cleanliness and overall quality of service were excellent. A special thank you to the reception team for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. They were extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, and they truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Jumeirah team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be happy to return again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and feels brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, it's just a short walk from Al Haram, which made everything so convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makkah!

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

I had a pleasant stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah during my visit for umrah in summer. The hotel enjoys an excellent location within the Abraj Al Bait complex and really convenient access to Masjid al-Haram and nearby amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and it is really ma great choice for pilgrims visiting the holy city.
