Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.

The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

The staff was brilliant from reception to house keeping everyone was so professional and ready to help. Every single person that I dealt with went the extra mile in providing the greatest service ever. I am so glad I stayed here. The breakfast menu was out of this world. Absolutely neat king Abdul aziz gate. As soon as you come out you can see Makkah. Will definitely recommend and will come and back and stay with them

환상적인 호텔. 매우 깨끗합니다(그리고 향기로운 로비). 우리는 Haram 전망이 있는 트윈 디럭스 룸을 가지고 있었습니다. 넓고 편안하며 플러시. 아침 식사도 좋은 시간(6:00~10:30)으로 견고했습니다. 우리는 금요일에 체크 아웃했고 그들은 Jummah salah 이후에 체크 아웃 할 수있었습니다. 호텔은 실제로 하람과 매우 가깝습니다. 온라인 리뷰에서 나는 확신하지 못했지만 실제로는 King Fahd Gate 79까지 도보로 몇 분 거리입니다. 하람에 들어가기 위해 시계탑 호텔보다 문에서 문으로 빠른 것 같습니다. 하람에서 호텔로 돌아오려면 성원을 빠져나오는 위치에 따라 조금 더 길고 약간의 오르막길로 인해(매우 까다로운 것은 없으며 노인이 아닌 것은 괜찮을 것입니다) 바쁜 시간에는 산책로가 혼잡합니다. 또는 호텔 정문에서 거리 수준까지 2분 이내에 운행하는 셔틀이 있습니다. 거기에서 에스컬레이터/리프트를 타고 하람까지 이동합니다. 적극 추천합니다. 여기의 유일한 단점은 욕실에 로션이 없으며 샤워 수압/온도가 그렇게 높지 않았습니다(매우 사소한 문제!)

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Haram, making it very convenient for prayers and daily activities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options every day. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Kaaba view from our room. It was truly a memorable and special experience that we will always cherish. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. The facilities and amenities are actually good, but the offer of the room type does not actually mathces the description and picture associated. When we pick kaaba view and we see that the picture associated is clear kaaba view, the perception is the room is clear kaaba view without obstruction. However, it's disappointing to find out that the view of the romm to the kaaba was actually obstructed by a crane. This should not happe
