ジャマエルフナ広場まで徒歩20弱で道もわかりやすく、最高のロケーションでした。チェックインの際にはミントティーとクッキーをいただき、その際に周辺観光地の説明もしてもらいました。部屋の中は清潔で過ごしやすく、ドライヤーや足拭きマットまで用意されていました。外出の際にはフナ広場までの行き方を途中まで案内してもらい、終始親切で丁寧なスタッフさんのホスピタリティに感動しました。強くお勧めします！

우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 편안한 침대를 갖춘 깨끗하고 멋진 방. 수영장 옆의 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 특히 문지기님이 친절했습니다! 체크인하는 데 시간이 오래 걸리기 때문에 약간 고통스러웠습니다(도착했을 때 직원 부족)… 심하게 쉬어야 했지만 20분 정도 기다려야 했습니다. 리프트가 많이 낡고 느리지만 다행히 손님이 많지 않아 부담은 없었습니다. 전반적으로 나는 그것이 좋은 가치의 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 우리는 돌아올 것이다!

The Savoy is a very nice place to stay. Not too far from the Medina, right next to a mall.
The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much for them to make sure you have a great stay.
We stayed at Movenpick last time we came but we both preferred here.
Breakfast was great with a huge selection of hot and cold food and drinks, fruits, etc.
Morocco is a beautiful country with beautiful people - it won’t be our last visit. We will be back!!

Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty.

Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал и это единственный плюс. Грязно в номере. Очень шумно, будто бы спали на улице. Дверь в туалет раздвижная и постоянно открывалась. Плесень в санузле.

매우 아름답고 전통적인 모로코 스타일입니다. 체크인하고 마라케시와 관광지의 지도를 제공합니다. 그러나 두 사람은 두 사람이고 우리는 남편과 아내와 8살 된 딸이며 우리는 더블룸에 살고 있음을 모두에게 상기시킵니다. 중국 그러나 모로코는 할 수 없습니다. 2인실에 3명이 살 수 없다고 하는데 트리플룸 업그레이드를 무료로 도와주셨어요. 아침 식사도 아주 훌륭합니다. 많지는 않지만 충분합니다. 계란후라이를 달라고 하시면 됩니다. 묻지 않으면 튀기지 않습니다. 뜨거운 우유도 그에게 물어봐야 합니다. 유일한 후회는 체크아웃할 때 가지 않았다는 것입니다. 나는 운전사에게 전화를 걸었다. 남편은 체크 아웃하는 방법을 몰랐습니다. 240 디르함을 지불하는 방법을 몰랐습니다. 우리는 수프와 감자 튀김의 처음 세 그릇에 왔습니다. 그렇게 비싸지 않을 것입니다. 그리고 나는 되돌아가서 청구서를 보기가 부끄럽습니다. 남편은 룸업그레이드비처럼 얼마를 내야할지 모르겠는데 1492년 1월 26일과 27일 2박을 해서 꽤 비싸게 느껴졌습니다. 이미

Great hotel! We’ve had such a wonderful stay, only thing is the rooms do look like they need a little renovation but other than that it was a brilliant hotel! The staff were all amazing, our rooms were always clean and we had such a beautiful view of the beach. Thank you to all the staff at Le Medina hotel, you have made our trip that much better 😊

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

MM456997****주변 환경과 건축은 매우 훌륭하지만, 서비스는 일반 호텔 수준이며, 그렇다고 해서 프리미엄을 정당화할 수는 없습니다. 예를 들어, 저와 제 친구는 다른 시간에 도착했지만, 호텔은 각 객실에 대해 무료 픽업 서비스를 한 번만 제공해주었습니다. 결국, 우리 객실 측에서 공항 픽업 서비스를 취소한 후에야 친구의 출발 택시 요금을 환불해 주겠다고 했습니다. 매우 번거로웠습니다. 1박에 2~3천 위안이 드는 중국 내 호텔은 모두 1인당 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 루앙프라방의 아만은 귀사와 같은 브랜드로, 투숙객이 호텔을 나서서 게임을 할 때마다 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 또한, 우리가 아침을 먹고 있을 때, 직원들이 우리 친구 중 다른 한 명에게 주스를 쏟았는데, 그들은 사과도 하지 않았고, 내 친구에게 묻은 주스와 바닥에 묻은 주스를 치우지도 않았습니다. 간단히 말해서, 여기의 서비스는 기대에 못 미쳐서 두 번째는 가지 않을 것 같아요.

MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

그러나 주소는 리야드의 실제 주소가 아닙니다. 나는 혼자 여행하고 있으며 친구들이 머물고있는 바로 옆에 있었기 때문에이 리야드 만 예약했습니다. 나는 그것이 trip.com에 명시된 실제 주소에서 4-5mins 도보라는 것을 도착했을 때만 알았습니다. 그것은 매우 오해의 소지가 있었고 올바른 주소를 업데이트해야합니다. 나는 이른 아침과 밤에 누군가가 나를 산책시키는 것을 선호하기 때문에 여러 번 나를 데려가기에 매우 좋은 직원들에게 경의를 표합니다. 물을 제공했으며 매우 도움이되고 친절했습니다.

익익명 사용자It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking.
There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice.
I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade.
The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though.
The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

DDenish RameshchandraMy stay at Sofitel was very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Service was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Service at the breakfast buffet and pools was a little slow due to how busy it was, but the staff were always trying their best and attentive.
The public areas were clean and well maintained, there was fast internet and the room facilities were clean and comfortable.

Shower gel and shampoo are very basic, sometimes no shampoo were provided. Breakfast is ok, but quite unpredictable - everyday there was lacking something new. Overall - nice value for money, but not really meets expectations from Novotel.

리리뷰어This was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.
