조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 말레이시아 조호르 호텔

공항서 차로 30분 거리. 인근 쇼핑몰 도보 10분으로 접근성 좋으나 바로 옆 대형 공사장은 소음 주의 해야합니다. 1층 로비 직원들은 매우 친절하며 체크인 시 주는 쿠키가 인상적입니다. 객실의 시설들은 다소 노후됐으나 청결함. 침구류 양호하고 수압도 만족스러우나, 샤워실 내 선반 부족과 전체적으로 어두운 조명, 체중계·방향제 부재는 아쉬움. 4성급 특유의 고급스러움보다는 깔끔한 노보텔 느낌입니다. 조식당 직원들은 친절하나 붐비는 시간대 메뉴 회전이 느려서 빈곳이 많습니다. 조식은 여유가 있다면 근처 카페 이용도 좋을듯 합니다. 출장용 할인가 예약하여 저는 충분히 만족스러웠습니다.

두 번째 방문입니다. 이번에도 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 세탁기를 사용해서 빨래할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 집에 돌아가면 씻을 필요가 없겠네요. 제 예약에는 라운지 이용이 포함되어 있었습니다. 라운지에서 보이는 풍경이 좋았습니다. 콜라, 펩시, 주스, 커피 음료, 간단한 크래커와 비스킷만 있었습니다. 라운지에 있었지만 직원이 없어서 그냥 들어가서 앉아서 마셨습니다. 직원이 없어서 탐욕스럽게 음료수를 잔뜩 가져가는 사람들을 많이 봤습니다. 게으르니까 헬스장이나 수영장은 가지 않았습니다. 방에 앉아서 TV를 보면서 침대에 누워 운동했습니다. 아래층에서 제공되는 아침 식사는 맛있고 푸짐했습니다. 배를 채우고 늦은 오후까지 잘 수 있었습니다. 저녁 식사 준비를 하고 일어났습니다.

This is our 4th staying here. We chowed this place because of the close location to Bukit Indah. We always had our dinner at the dinner right after check in. The next morning breakfast was similar. They didn’t served omelette so a little disappointed but the rest of the dish was ok ok. But anyway, we love to come back here because of free parking and close proximity to the mall.

여기에 묵는 건 처음이 아닌데, 이번엔 청소가 좀 덜 됐어요. 욕실 샤워하고 나면 물이 잘 안 빠지고, 아침 식사 시간에는 사람이 너무 많아서 줄이 길게 늘어서 있더라고요. 저와 가족들은 호텔 조식을 포기하고 아래층 쇼핑몰에서 먹었는데, 쇼핑몰에 먹을 데가 많아서 좋았어요. 1박 2일만 묵었는데, 전반적으로는 편리했고, 맛집, 영화, 숙박이 다 한곳에 있어서 좋았습니다.

흠잡을 데가 전혀 없어요. 제가 묵어본 호텔 아파트 중 단연 최고였습니다. 막내아들이 호텔을 떠나기 싫어할 정도였어요. 체크아웃 시간이 지났는데도 엘리베이터 로비로 뛰어가서 다시 방으로 돌아가고 싶다고 졸랐습니다. 가족 여행객에게 정말 좋은 곳이고, 조식도 괜찮았고, 객실도 훌륭했고, 수영장도 시원하고 좋았습니다. 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요.

직원들의 서비스가 훌륭했습니다! 경비원도 세심하게 배려해 주었고 주차장이 꽉 찼을 때 빈 주차장으로 안내해 주었습니다. 발코니에 젖은 수영복을 걸 수 있는 건조대가 있다면 좋을 듯합니다. 아침 식사는 다양해서 좋았습니다. 상점과 식당 근처에 있어서 편리합니다.

새 호텔인데, 로비 디자인이 세련되고 실용적입니다. 식사는 동급 호텔 중에서도 정교하고 풍부한 편입니다. 이그제큐티브 라운지는 공간이 넓고 분위기가 우아하며 세련되었고, 저녁 식사 메뉴도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 컨시어지 및 프론트 데스크 직원들은 친절하고 예의 발랐지만, 콜센터 직원의 서비스 수준은 개선이 필요합니다. 못 알아들었을 때 ”What?”이라고 큰 소리로 묻는데, 전혀 예의 바른 표현이 아니었습니다. 로비에 들어서서 체크인할 때까지는 매우 만족스러웠는데, 방으로 돌아와 다른 문의사항을 전화로 물어볼 때 이런 태도를 접하니 정말 실망스러웠습니다. 개선되기를 바랍니다. 다른 모든 면은 좋았고, 현재 조호바루에서 가장 좋은 호텔인 것 같으니 한번 묵어볼 가치가 있습니다.

방이 엄청 크진 않지만, 그렇다고 좁다고 느껴지지도 않았어요. 위생 상태도 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃도 빠르고 간편했어요. 호텔이 쇼핑몰과 연결되어 있어서 식사하거나 마사지, 미용실 이용하기 정말 편리했습니다. 다만 호텔 내 마사지는 별로였어요. 위생적이지도 않고, 90분 마사지인데 70분 만에 끝내는 등 시간을 속이더군요.

서비스가 좋았습니다. 객실에 금고는 없지만 카운터에 보관할 수 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 전망도 좋았습니다! KSL과 플라자 펠랑이 근처에 있습니다. 길 건너 아래층에는 야시장이 있고, 호셍키 완탕면 맛집도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 다음에 또 숙박할 의향이 있습니다!

Chance to experience first class suites on airplane with full king size bed without paying a premium. This is the place where you should go with family! Small hotel with 2x Boeing 747 cargo planes converted into suites. Each plane comes with 10 rooms and hotel building block has another 20+ rooms. With less than 50 rooms, you won’t experience over crowding like other hotels with 100+ rooms. Other words quiet and more privacy. Which gives you the premium feel. Not to mention the high end finishing in common areas and in room. 5 star quality hotel in a secluded area which you rarely can find. Other than the airplanes main attraction, the children water park playground pool was a blast for the children. They also have 4 different swimming pools located at ground floor and 3rd floor. Children pool, beach pool with real sea white sand, adult pool, and jacuzzi pool. Food option was very limited. 1 Japanese restaurant in hotel and 1 Chinese restaurant outside of hotel, walking distance a stone throw away. Each room comes with 2 pax complimentary Japanese Ala carte breakfast. Airplane suite rooms design is too low the ceiling to floor height. At 178 cms I need to bend my head 70% of the time. Knocked my head a dozen times due to low height ceiling. Unsuitable for 175 cms and above height. Is like walking in hobbiton house or some tight cramped cave. Take note for slightly above average height people. Definitely not for foreigners. Phone in room wasn’t working. Could call front desk and house keeping. Had to manually walk out to front desk to ask for assistance. 90% of hotel staff cannot speak English. Security guard, cleaners, and pool towel boy. You’ll definitely have a tough time if you cannot communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Only front desk staffs could speak English. Maybe their market cater for local Malaysians who speaks Bahasa only. Very poor directions. No signage at all for hotel and lobby. No hotel staff at lobby most of the time. They have 2 wings of lobby. A little confusing. All the Grab drivers got lost as it’s a new area. Use Chao Shan Lou restaurant as pick up and destination in Grab app. Check in was at 1st floor. You need to ask around and pray someone is at lobby to inform you. Don’t feel very welcome from first impression. Management ought to do something about this. Had bad experience with hotel cleaner at toilet in lobby area. Wet floor from washing toilets, the water flow out to common area outside of toilet. Both my wife and I slipped and almost fell. Very slippery fall hazard. Cleaner didn’t place wet floor signage at all when floors were still wet. On black marble tiles you cannot see the water. Management should look into their cleaning policies. This could have been very bad if it was an elderly who fell. Safety of guest must be the utmost priority. Plenty of parking around as all the shop houses within vicinity are still empty vacant.
