조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 모로코 마라케시-텐시프트-엘하우즈 호텔

체크인 당일 너무 늦게 도착해서 조용한 방을 원한다고 해서 가장 안쪽 코너로 안내받았습니다. 문에 들어서니 커튼이 빡빡하지 않아 더욱 기분이 나빴다. 방을 바꿔달라고 했어요. 다행히 방을 바꾸는 속도는 꽤 빨랐지만 2층 발코니에 블록이 있어서 조명이 전혀 좋지 않아서 아래층으로 방을 바꿨습니다. 세 끼는 조식이 10시에 끝나서 하루가 없었어요. 점심과 저녁은 비슷했고 먹을 것도 없었습니다. 생선구이 말고는 해산물이 하나도 안보였어요. 사진은 기만적이었습니다. 놀 곳이 꽤 많은데 미끄럼틀이 있는 다른 풀의 물은 차가워서 전시만 할 수 있다.

리셉션 직원은 약간 무례하고 전혀 친절하지 않았습니다. 우리는 큰 여행 가방을 가지고 도착했고 우리 차는 호텔 입구에 접근 할 수 없었습니다. 호텔은 우리를 돕기 위해 포터를 보냈지 만 트롤리에 가방을 들고 돌아온 후 반복적으로 추가 팁을 요청하여 우리를 불편하게 만들었습니다. 우리는 그의 도움을 요청하지 않았습니다. 호텔은 그것을 준비했고 우리가 서비스에 대해 지불 할 것으로 기대하는 것 같았습니다. 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 없어 유아와 유모차를 타고 층간 이동이 어려웠습니다. 또한 많은 손님이 그 지역을 걷고 있을 때 오전 9시경에 청소부가 로비를 걸레질하고 있었습니다. 불편을 피하기 위해 오전 7시와 같이 아침 일찍 할 수 있었습니다. 내가 그녀가 청소하고 있는 지역을 걸어야 할 때 그녀는 나에게 불쾌한 표정을 짓고 나를 환영받지 못하게 만들었습니다.

The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. 놀라운 호텔, 깨끗합니다. 거대한 객실, XL 침대, 큰 욕실. 새로 지어졌습니다. 직원이 당신을 위해 충분히 할 수 없습니다. 음식은 환상적입니다. 24시간 이용 가능한 음식. 가족과 커플에게 좋습니다. 시내에서 30 분 거리에 있지만 매시간 30 분마다 무료 셔틀 버스를 제공합니다. 매우 만족은 확실히 추천 할 것입니다

주변 환경과 건축은 매우 훌륭하지만, 서비스는 일반 호텔 수준이며, 그렇다고 해서 프리미엄을 정당화할 수는 없습니다. 예를 들어, 저와 제 친구는 다른 시간에 도착했지만, 호텔은 각 객실에 대해 무료 픽업 서비스를 한 번만 제공해주었습니다. 결국, 우리 객실 측에서 공항 픽업 서비스를 취소한 후에야 친구의 출발 택시 요금을 환불해 주겠다고 했습니다. 매우 번거로웠습니다. 1박에 2~3천 위안이 드는 중국 내 호텔은 모두 1인당 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 루앙프라방의 아만은 귀사와 같은 브랜드로, 투숙객이 호텔을 나서서 게임을 할 때마다 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 또한, 우리가 아침을 먹고 있을 때, 직원들이 우리 친구 중 다른 한 명에게 주스를 쏟았는데, 그들은 사과도 하지 않았고, 내 친구에게 묻은 주스와 바닥에 묻은 주스를 치우지도 않았습니다. 간단히 말해서, 여기의 서비스는 기대에 못 미쳐서 두 번째는 가지 않을 것 같아요.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return
