I don't think this is a 5 star hotel in any sense, 4 star max. Rooms are not clean and there is nothing much to praise about service.  having said that the view from the hotel is really nice and surrounding areas are also peaceful and fun to walk around

이 호텔의 유일한 장점은 전망입니다. 도시의 하수가 불과 100미터 떨어진 곳에 방류되기 때문에 면역력이 매우 강한 사람이 아니라면 바다에서 수영하는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 친절한 프런트 데스크 팀과 아침 식사 때 매우 친절했던 두 명의 흑인 여성을 제외한 대부분의 직원들은 매우 무례했습니다. 직원들 간의 소통은 종종 긴장감을 느끼게 했고, 아무 이유 없이 악화될 수 있었습니다. 질문을 하거나 합리적인 의견을 제시하는 것조차 적대적으로 받아들여졌습니다. 예를 들어, 오전 9시에 수영장 의자를 예약하고 오후까지 사용하지 않는 투숙객에 대해 문의했는데, 이런 일이 자주 발생했습니다. 수영장 웨이터는 ”고객이 원하는 대로 하세요”라고 무례하게 말하며 문제를 제기하기를 거부했습니다. 좌석 수가 매우 제한된 곳에서 이런 일이 어떻게 용납될 수 있을까요? 모든 고급 호텔은 이러한 관행을 금지하는 정책을 가지고 있습니다... 다른 사람들이 언급했듯이, 직원들은 투숙객을 일관성 있게 대하지 않습니다. 우리는 매니저에게 따뜻하게 맞이받은 한 커플을 따라 식당으로 들어갔지만, 지나가면서 인사를 했을 때 미소는 없고 차가운 눈빛만 받았습니다. 직원들의 행동은 5성급 호텔 수준에 크게 못 미쳤습니다.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Everything was very good. The staff are very friendly and polite. Cleanliness was excellent. My wife and I chose it for our honeymoon holiday and if we come to Montenegro again, this will definitely be the place we will prefer. Also thank you very much for the welcome gifts.

Хороший, чистый, уютный отель. Просторный номер с великолепным видом на залив. Очень вкусные европейские завтраки. Персонал приветливый. Есть бассейн (жалко только без подогрева) и сауна.
