Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Room was large, clean and had character. Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries, cakes and delicious coffee. Pool and garden were a lovely place to spend the afternoon. Hotel staff helped us call a taxi from the train station to get to the hotel.

급하게 예약한 이 호텔은 정말 기대 이상이었어요! 호텔 전체가 웅장한 저택 같아서 마치 시간 여행을 떠나 궁궐에 머무는 듯한 기분이었어요. 처음에는 정원이 있는 스위트룸을 예약했는데, 복층 구조라 불편해서 빌라 스위트룸으로 바꿨어요. 빌라 스위트룸은 꼭 예약하세요. 정말 아름답고 특별하답니다! 방을 바꾸는 데 100유로가 추가됐지만, 그만한 가치가 충분했어요!

호텔은 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 인터넷이 끔찍합니다. 직원들은 친절합니다. 나쁜 점은 모든 방에 애완 동물을 허용한다는 것입니다. 나는 심각한 알레르기가 있고 그들이 모든 방에 애완 동물을 허용한다는 것을 알았을 때 취소 할 시간이 없었습니다. 나는 밤에 가려웠다. 침대의 동물들은 알레르기인 벼룩과 모피 또는 털을 가질 수 있기 때문입니다. 나는 개와 고양이가 침대와 베개에서 잠을 자게 하는 것을 이해하지 못합니다. 동물은 사람처럼 목욕을 하지 않습니다. 그들은 침을 흘리고 누가 방에서 소변을 낼 수 있는지 알고 있습니다.

달콤한 것부터 샐러드까지 풍부하고 다양한 유럽식 아침 식사 나는 모든 것이 훌륭하다는 것을 알았습니다!
내 방은 정말 완벽했습니다. 뜨겁고 깨끗하며 소파와 매우 편안한 매트리스, 수건에서 변기 가락, 샤워 수갑에 이르기까지 필요한 모든 것이 있는 욕실.
청결, 고객 관리, 가용성은 모두 잘 관리된 위치에 있으며 도심과 Terme 공원에서 몇 걸음, Montecatini Alto의 케이블카에서 10분 거리에 있으며 다양한 주차 공간이 있습니다.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avevamo un pacchetto di tre giorni compreso di SPA, abbiamo aggiunto altri tre giorni....e poi che fai? Fatto due; aggiungiamo un altro giorno. La struttura si trova a circa un mezz'ora da Lucca, un'ora circa da Pisa e un'ora circa da Firenze. Viaggiando con il treno non hai nemmeno il problema di trovare parcheggio. Con tariffe tra le 5/7€ a corsa per persona. Il personale che ve lo dico a fare. Ad iniziare dalla reception, per finire per modo di dire agli addetti delle pulizie; accogliente, preparati, gentili. A dimenticavo, noi abbiamo preso anche il parcheggio privato, che dista circa 100/200 metri dalla struttura, al semplice costo di 6 o 8 € al giorno. Cancello con codice, per entrare e uscire liberamente. Poi siccome la struttura è situata al centro, bisogna passare per un varco controllato con telecamera. Siete passati e non vi siete accorti che era chiuso, non c'è nessun problema, comunicate alla reception la targa del mezzo e i dati del proprietario, e ci pensano loro a comunicare ai vigili.....Cosa volete di più....un amaro ”Lucano”... quello lo comprate al bar. Buone vacanze. P.S. noi ci torneremo di sicuro.

체크인 응대는 세심했지만, 직원분의 억양이 강해 의사소통에 약간 어려움이 있었습니다.
위치는 구시가지에서 도보로 다소 거리가 있었는데, 구시가지 내에서도 많이 걷게 되는 점을 고려하면 이동이 더욱 불편하게 느껴졌습니다.
방은 비교적 작은 편이었고, 중국 호텔 기준으로는 많이 좁게 느껴졌습니다.
특히 이탈리아 구시가지에서 캐리어를 끌고 다니는 것은 매우 힘든 일이며, 자칫 캐리어 바퀴가 망가질 수도 있습니다.

Nice old hotel. No frills but the room was spacious and clean. We had to park the car some 200-300 m away and walk. Located not too far from the historical center and SPA. There`s also a grocery and DM shop, very convenient. The host at the reception was really nice. Grazie!

酒店大堂和走廊照片如圖，佈置的很温馨。家庭套房房間大，空調製冷效果好，鑰匙很有特色，旋轉開門。早飯很豐盛，不過要走到古城中。另外，沒有燒水壺。沒有電梯，要自己爬樓。停車在路邊停車場，免費，安全。前台小哥會幫忙搬行李到2樓，贊！早晨起來陽台上風景很好，太陽正好曬到。

👍버스 정류장이 호텔 바로 앞에 있어서 시내 중심가로 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다.
👍조식은 전형적인 미국식에 이탈리아풍을 가미했습니다. 몇 가지 종류의 이탈리아 케이크와 파이가 제공됩니다.
👍호텔 근처에 피자집과 바가 있습니다.

리리뷰어Excelente ubicación, excelente, trato y servicio por todo el personal, especialmente por el recepcionista que está por las mañanas y que sabe hablar español. Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas.
Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

리리뷰어We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know.
First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe.
The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome.
However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting.
When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was.
In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound.
To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations.
A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages.
Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

리리뷰어피렌체에서 정말 만족한 호텔입니다! 방도 깨끗하고 침구에선 향이 솔솔 나고요. 침대도 정말 편안해 꿀잠잤습니다. 조식의 과일도 맛있었어요. 다만 욕실이 좀 좁긴 한데, 유럽은 대부분 그렇긴 하죠. 피렌체는 작은 도시라 저희는 호텔에서 도심까지 걸어다녔어요. 기차역에서도 도보 가능합니다!

JJ p t밤늦게 도착해서 기차역 뒤로 돌아가는 길이 어둡고 무섭다고 느껴졌는데 올림픽영향때문인지 곳곳에 경찰들이 포진해있어서 안심했고 다음날 밝은 날에 보니 트램도 다니는 나름 큰길이었더라구요. 몇일 다녀보니 위험한 길은 아니었어요
위치가 관광지와는 거리가 애매하여 좀 많이 걷기는 했어요.
그렇지만 모든 곳이 그렇듯 관광지가 가까우면 비용이 더 비싸지므로 가성비 따지면 괜찮았습니다.
시설은 깨끗하고 조식도 좋았습니다.

리리뷰어시설: 거의 전부 불평할 점들이었습니다. 1. 스탠다드룸 14제곱미터는 분명 과장된 수치입니다. 밀라노에서 묵었던 15제곱미터 호텔 방이 이곳보다 훨씬 넓었으니, 비교해보니 확연히 알 수 있었습니다. 2. 침대 옆 선반은 그냥 나무판이었습니다. 네, 제대로 보셨습니다. 선반도 아니고 그냥 나무판이라 휴대폰 두 개를 충전하기에도 너무 좁았습니다. 3. 전기 주전자 내부가 플라스틱으로 되어 있었고 고장 나 있었습니다. 다행히 저희는 항상 여분의 주전자를 가지고 다닙니다. 4. 방에서 청소 세제 냄새가 났고, 밤에 난방을 켜니 파이프 냄새도 났습니다. 5. 세면대 수도꼭지가 제대로 닫히지 않아 계속 물이 샜습니다.
환경: 기차역 가장 가까운 출구에서 도보 100미터, 길 건너 모퉁이를 돌면 바로 도착합니다. 위치는 정말 편리합니다. 특히 피렌체에 머물면서 기차를 타고 토스카나 지역의 다른 도시로 당일 여행을 계획하는 경우 매우 중요합니다.
서비스: 프런트 데스크 직원은 처음부터 계속해서 객실 업그레이드(22제곱미터의 슈페리어룸)를 추천했습니다. 정중하게 여러 번 거절하자 오후 3시 이후에야 체크인이 가능하다고 했고, 업그레이드하면 즉시 체크인할 수 있다고 했습니다. 그리고 가장 먼저 도시세 납부를 요구했습니다 (이것은 문제가 없지만, 로마, 베니스, 밀라노의 다른 호텔에서는 체크아웃할 때 지불했기 때문에 좀 이상했습니다). 하지만 아침 식사는 정말 훌륭했습니다! 로마 호텔에서 따뜻한 음식이 전혀 없는 아침 식사에 며칠 동안 시달린 후, 따뜻한 스크램블 에그, 베이컨, 볶은 채소를 먹을 수 있어서 정말 행복했습니다. 게다가 매일 아침 메뉴가 바뀌어서 5일 내내 먹어도 맛있었습니다.
