Reception staff was lovely and friendly, very helpful. The restaurant in the evening time, the food was excellent. The cleaning staff was excellent. The hotel was very relaxing and quiet. The morning breakfast lacked variety, food was quite cold only fault to the hotel.

Honestly, the breakfast is terrible. There is no any option just the eggs and cheese and I don’t eat that because I’m diabetic type one I requested at least smoked salmon and some Roca salads or some other options healthy options on the day. It was really not delicious at all other than that everything else is good. The gym is really smalland the room surface is not really easy to reach. I ordered yesterday at dinner salad. The price is €18 then they charge me €10 to bring it to my room which is crazy.

Excellent location and only about 3 minutes walk away from the Old town area. This hotel is very new and the rooms are spacious (for Europe standards) and very clean/modern. They have a nice bar area downstairs and the breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Its right on the waterfront so you get some great views of Split. There is also underground parking at a reasonable price per night.

The hotel is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of an old central building right in the middle of Split. About 30 minutes from airport but do note taxi can only drop you of nearby. Cost with Uber about €30 there is also bus. The rooms are clean, large and the service waste great. Lovely bed. The room has kettle and fridge which is helpful. Short walk from the harbour and sights which was nice in evening before sleep. Bed comfortable. Overall high standard feeling. Breakfast and meals can be had in surrounding area, do not lot of places wanted cash only which I found annoying and the costs of food and drink were much higher than expected. That is nothing to do with the hotel but worth mentioning as increased have been steep after introducing the Euro two years ago.

Stunning hotel at the door of the ancient Split. Delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect to rest after a day of discovery. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a immense bathroom. We really recommend this hotel.

This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. Our receptionist offered you ear plugs which you refused and you decided to check out on this evening. - I use these words cautiously - whoever informed you of this has lied to you. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

AAobfoodie좋은 위치, 멋진 전망, 깨끗한 객실과 멋진 가구! - 직원이 매우 부재했고 호텔과 객실에 들어가려면 열쇠가 필요했습니다. 우리는 객실에 열쇠를 잊어버렸고 저녁 식사 후 오후 11시경에 깨달았습니다. 직원들은 오전 3시까지 호텔에 있어야 하는데 아무도 없었습니다. 전화로만 연락해야 했지만 캐나다인이라 작동하는 전화가 없었습니다. 우리는 거의 밖에서 잤습니다. . 우리는 이웃 식당에서 도움을 받았습니다. - 직원이 오전 7시에 다시 일해야 했지만 우리는 체크아웃하지 않고 8시에 떠났는데도 아무도 없었습니다. - 제 딸이 우리 객실에서 EarPods를 도난당했습니다. Apple 앱으로 찾아서 정확히 어디에 있는지 확인할 수 있었습니다. 다시 호텔에 직원이 전혀 없어서 청소부가 도난당했다고 말할 수 없었습니다. 리리뷰어Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great. The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going. The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace. Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

리리뷰어호텔 위치가 저희 일행에게 완벽해서 2박 더 묵었습니다. 공용 공간도 넓고 객실도 넓었습니다. 그런데 엘리베이터 바로 옆방에 묵었는데, 옆방과 문이 있어서 전날 밤 옆방 소음이 꽤 거슬렸습니다! 그리고 조식은 그 정도 급의 호텔치고는 좀 실망스러웠습니다. 스플리트에 처음 왔을 때는 작은 4성급 호텔에 묵었는데, 조식이 훨씬 맛있었고 카푸치노도 맛있었습니다.

LLC678Good location in the palace area, but it could be very confused because the hotel has different annex which is couple minutes walk apart. And it could be difficult to find the location of the annex, for the one I stay in named Villa Donbric couldn’t be find in Google map. Besides, since we have couple of large luggages, we look for hotel with elevator but the annex I stayed didn’t facilitated one. (I am not sure the other annex has one or not) The room is smaller than I expected, it’s a bit messy when we open up two luggage together. Other than that, it’s a cozy place to stay with helpful staff. The breakfast is served and good, with different options of eggs. I suggest extra attention is better when booking the hotel about the location and concern with luggages. Or I will suggest booking their optional pick up service.

리리뷰어리바거리까지 걸어서 다녀올 수 있는 정도의 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 조그만 해변도 있어 산책하기에도 좋습니다. 숙소 창이 통유리여서 좋지만 시티뷰의 경우 앞 건물에 거주중인 시민들과 눈이 마주칠 수 있어 커텐을 가리고 있어야 합니다. 또한 주차의 경우 하루에 20유로로 호텔 앞에 위치한 지상 주차장에 주차하는 것이 더 저렴합니다.

리리뷰어Nice hotel, a short walk from the busy beachfront but a good 20 minute walk from the good side beaches to the right. Lovely and polite staff. Good breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby but mostly touristy. The old town is a good 40 minute walk but a short uber ride. Not many free parking spaces at the hotel, we used a spot in the hotel next door and there are a lot of paid parking options. If you love resorts and plan to go from the beach to a restaurant and back, this hotel is a great option. If you have a car and plan to explore, there are cheaper and quieter areas.
