Отель и номер понравился, чисто по индийским меркам, хорошее расположение для посещения храмов, персонал приветливый, разрешили оставить чемодан, когда я выселились из номера и пошла ещё посмотреть храмы. Рядом магазины и остановка автобуса. Рекомендую.

Enjoyed our stay in Accord. Rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Breakfast spread was not bad. Quite convenient to go t.nagar shopping, takes around 5 min from the hotel.

Amazing service in all senses. The food is amazing there. Do try if you visit salem. Highly recommended. The room-service and in-room dining is a hasslefree thing and we can just relax without any tension.

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

최고의 위치, 좋은 서비스 .... 지상 직원 Kumar와 Amar .... 좋은 사람들에 깊은 인상을 받았으며 영원히 우리의 기억 속에있을 것입니다 ... 그 직원을 다시 만나기 위해 머물 것입니다.
아내와 함께 머물렀고 그녀는 직원들에게 깊은 인상을 받았습니다..

The stay was comfortable and peaceful overall. The room was quiet, which I appreciated, and I slept well during my stay. The room itself was spacious and adequate for a restful stay.
However, I felt that the service could be improved, as it did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Another disappointment was during my stay extension. As an existing guest, I would have appreciated a better rate offered directly by the hotel, instead of having to go through the full online booking process again.
Breakfast is another area for improvement, both in terms of food quality and offering more local dishes rather than a largely Western spread.

리리뷰어The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.

리리뷰어The accommodation was good with a clear and neat room. Vary spacious with proper amenities, the hospitality was good speaking multiple languages like telugu, english, tamil and Hindi appreciable. It's near to asharam around 500m and 2 km from Raja gopuram. Highly recommended

VVijayakumar G AFirstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested).
To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration.
The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated.
The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake.
In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

리리뷰어위치는 좋았지만 방은 1박당 8,000원으로 요구한 만큼 가치가 없었습니다. 그것은 작았고 욕실에는 심지어 손수건도 없었습니다. 나는 여기에 머물거나 추천하지 않을 것입니다. 내 생각엔 Taj나 Leela가 돈에 더 나은 선택인 것 같아요!
또한 호텔의 시설도 너무 그렇습니다. 세금을 포함하면 4~5,000달러 또는 최대 6,000달러 이상의 요금이 실제로 보장되지 않습니다. 9.9k를 지불했는데 그만한 가치가 전혀 없다고 느꼈습니다!

Facilities are excellent, with everything needed.
Food at breakfast spread was sufficient and satisfying.
The control pad in the room was functioning well. Welcome titbits was a great way to start when I arrived. Coffee maker with pods was easy to operate and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the morning! Room was clean and with clean linen.
Bathroom was very clean. Shower pressure and heat was good. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was nice.
Newly renovated. Kindly maintain regularly to have the high standards, The Residency Towers!
Had a wonderful stay and a restful sleep throughout the night.

HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return.
Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted.
The second room had multiple functional problems:
* Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty.
* Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine.
* Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter.
Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols.
While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too.

리리뷰어We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

호텔 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있고 그 안에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 10-15분 동안 걷습니다. 인도의 도로는 걷기가 조금 어렵습니다. 사실 옆에 쥬스바가 있어서 평가된 음료와 물을 살 수 있어요
