그곳의 매니저는 매우 친절합니다. 11Am에서 체크 아웃하기로되어 있었지만 비상 전화가있어서 가방을 가져 가지 않고 아파트를 떠났고 물건이 아파트 전체에 어져있었습니다. 매니저가 전화를 걸어 짐을 정리하고 안전한 장소에 넣을 허가를 구했습니다. 늦게 돌아와서 불행히도 장소가 완전히 예약되었지만 관리자가 나를 위해 새로운 고급 아파트를 예약하여 나를 도왔습니다. 최악의 것은 그것이 비가 내리고 있었지만 그녀는 내 가방을 가져 오기 위해 비를 지나쳤습니다.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kumasi. The staff are very polite and helpful . The room was spacious and I truly had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was served in my room at no cost and the Management were helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The location is central to attractions in the city. Keep up the good work to the Management and staff of the hotel.

Nice hotel in the middle of the Cultural Centre of Kumasi. Lots of different artforms are shown and you can quietly look around. The hotel has many original elements en everything is there what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and there is a restaurant. In short: a good Ghanaian hotel.

The location is perfect and very close to the central business district. The place is very quiet which enables you have a great rest and peaceful mind to work on your business or tasks. I highly recommend

The rooms were neat with good electronics and beds. Staff were generally very good and made up for any errors made. The place was peaceful and devoid of city noise.

호텔 잘못으로 평소가격보다 싸게 객실을 예약했다고 대응이 너무 불친절했음~밤 10시에 체크인 하려는데 확인한다고 대기를 1시간 반 넘게 하게 만들어서 트립닷컴 고객센터까지 연결해서 열내니깐 잘못 인정하고 내가 예약한방으로 잡아줌~ 어째 다른 곳에 비해서 많이 싸다고는 생각했지만 홍보기간이나 그런거라 생각해서 예약했는데 직원들이 책임전가만 하고 매니져는 대응이 늦어서 짜증났음~ 엘리베이터가 없어서 4층까지 걸어다녀야함~
