조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 슈롭셔 호텔

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Specifically bad service via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen

Lion Quays is a very pleasant and relaxing place to spend time chilling out. We have stayed at the hotel several times. The rooms are very nice and they offer a lovely breakfast too. Staff are very obliging and I would recommend this place for a comfortable overnight stay.

Great location. Very simple room. Bathroom really small and not in good condition.

우리는 Shrewsbury에서 친구를 방문하기 위해 2 박 동안 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. 호텔은 순환 도로 근처에 있으므로 시내 중심에서 약간 떨어져 있지만 이것은 우리에게 문제가되지 않습니다. 우리는 차를 사용합니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 2인 1박에 70파운드만 지불했는데 가성비가 좋습니다. 방은 꽤 넓습니다. 우리는 특히 샤워를 좋아합니다. 칸막이 내부에 작은 벤치가있어 매우 편리합니다. 수압은 영국을 다시 위대하게 만들 수 있습니다. 뜨거운 물 온도도 환상적이었습니다. 나는 더 나은 침대가있는 다른 호텔에 머물렀지만 침대는 괜찮은 것을 알았습니다. 어쩐지 내가 좋아하는 것만큼 넓지 않다고 느꼈다. 매트리스는 괜찮 았고 나는 두 밤 동안 합리적으로 잘 잤습니다. 아침 식사는 평균 정도였습니다. 그러나 비용을 감안할 때 나는 전혀 불만이 없습니다.

슈루즈베리 학교 졸업식과 졸업생 무도회 때문에 마을 전체가 예약이 꽉 찼어요. 다행히 제가 좋아하는 지역 호텔에 스위트룸이 있었어요. 세 명이 묵을 방이 필요했는데, 호텔 직원들이 정말 친절하게 저희를 맞아주셨어요. 가족이 운영하는 호텔이라 배려하는 문화가 팽배해요. 직원들이 흔쾌히 응대해 주는 호텔이에요. 호텔 자체의 개성도 빼놓을 수 없죠. 12세기, 15세기, 17세기 건축 양식이 뒤섞여 블록 전체를 뒤덮는 정교한 미로 같은 객실들이 있어요. 매튜스 가족은 진정한 5성급 호텔 경험을 선사합니다. 새벽 1시에 체크인했는데, 야간 경비원이 셰리 한 잔을 권하기도 했어요. 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn. It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel.

호텔 주소에 주어진 우편 코드는 우리를 호텔로 안내하지 않았습니다. 부동산 안에 있었기 때문에 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 호텔은 도로와 가깝지 않습니다. 도로 입구의 간판은 그리 눈에 띄지 않습니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 건물은 인상적인 일부 로열티의 저택처럼 보입니다. 체크인은 매끄럽지 만 리프트가 없었으며 계단과 좁은 복도를 통해 무거운 짐을 두 번 올려 놓아야했습니다. 도움을주는 포터 나 자부심은 약간 성가신 것이 아니 었습니다. 아침 식사는 예상대로 표준 전체 영어 아침 식사였습니다. 호텔 주변의 잔디밭과 많은 큰 나무는 편안한 느낌을줍니다. 수영장과 체육관을 짓는 별도의 건물이 있습니다. 이 시설은 호텔 투숙객 전용이 아니었고 클럽에 가입하는 사람들에게 개방되어 있었습니다. 안타깝게도 숙박 당일 그곳에 사람이 많아서 그리워 하였습니다.

The hotel was good, and both the receptionist were so helpful and had a good sense of humour. They were always ready to help., The only downside was we missed on goring in the pool as the Ph levels were high on the day we wanted to use. The breakfast was fresh and very good too

훌륭한 위치에 있는 멋진 객실입니다. 근처의 Holiday Inn보다 더 잘 임명 된 것 같았습니다.
