조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 켄트 호텔

We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn in Sittingbourne. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout. Our room was comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous, professional and friendly considering we had our baby on board. They were always willing to assist which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient location with easy access to local amenities and transport links. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return. I highly recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travelers.

I originally booked with *********** at cost of £158 , as I use this app for train journeys, I looked for the same hotel and it was £118 As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay

돈 주고 묵은 곳치고는 괜찮았지만 다시는 묵지 않을 거예요. 복도 끝쪽에 방을 1층에 두었는데, 복도랑 방에서 냄새 때문에 멀미가 나서 옮겨달라고 부탁해야 했어요!! 무릎 인공관절 수술을 받은 지 얼마 안 돼서 지팡이를 짚고 걸어야 하는데, 솔직히 엘리베이터는 1층만 빼고는 다 고장 났어요.🥲 3층으로 옮겼는데 괜찮긴 했지만, 화장실 청소를 했는데 변기와 세면대에 똥이 있어서 🤮. 솔직히 말해서 이 호텔은 이제 대규모 자금 투입이나 철거가 필요하다고 할 수 있을까요? 전에 묵었던 호텔도 몇 년 동안 똑같은 가구 때문에 고생했잖아요? 솔직히 말해서, 거기 묵으면서 우울했어요 😢😢

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a clear sign on the front desk that there wont be any car park space available. They never told us they charge £12.50 for overnight parking. As we were travelling on a motorcycle, we found an unmarked space in a quiet unused corner of the hotel near the rear staff entrance, because the rain was really heavy and we have had to lug our panniers into the building. I found out later that the hotel charged me £12.50 for overnight parking. They claim that our bike was on their premises and they were entitled to charge us even though we weren’t given a proper car park space.

Friendly staff, easy checkin process and free parking. The rooms are a bit small and the chair doesn't fit under the desk which takes up more space in the room. The fitness and spa facilities is great and not chargeable extra, but there was no hot water in the showers and on Sunday the gym and pool was closed. The lobby cafe and restaurant is a great place to work from, though the food and drinks are a little pricey.

A return trip to this hotel a professional operation with genuine and helpful staff. The only drawback was the complimentary tray had fallen off its shelf so looked untidy on entering the room. Very apologetic and offered to put this right but really no trouble to pick the tray up ourselves. A good size twin room and great choice for breakfast. Enjoyable stay.

제가 가장 마음에 들었던 점은 방이 정말 깔끔하고 잘 관리되어 있었다는 점입니다. 다만 히터가 작동하지 않았고, 무료 조식 쿠폰이 있었지만, 아침 식사는 8시에만 제공되는데 7시 45분까지 나가야 해서 제공되지 않았습니다. (정식 요금을 내야 하니, 조식이 제공되기를 정말 바랐습니다!) 리셉션 직원은 친절하게도 작은 히터를 주었는데, 방을 따뜻하게 데워주지는 못했지만, 그래도 없는 것보다는 나았습니다. 그래도 청결함은 정말 칭찬할 만합니다. 채텀 역과 가깝고 우버도 이용할 수 있어서 이동 수단도 좋았습니다. 근처에 꽤 괜찮은 호텔들이 많았습니다.

훌륭한 숙박이었습니다. 강력 추천합니다! 호텔은 깨끗하고, 정돈되어 있고, 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 리셉션 직원은 객실 세부 정보, 아침 식사 시간 및 기타 필수 사항을 설명할 때 친절하고 명확했습니다. 불필요한 지연 없이 체크인과 체크아웃이 순조롭고 효율적이었습니다. 전반적으로 번거로움이 없고 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 편안한 숙박에 완벽합니다.

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)
