조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 켄트 호텔

”브리타니아 호텔 소유”라는 말이 딱 맞는 말이 아닙니다. 즉, 객실 상태가 좋지 않다는 뜻입니다. 이번에는 발코니 문에 잠금 장치가 전혀 없어서 발코니에서 들어올 수 있었습니다. 호텔 측에 방을 바꿔 달라고 계속 요구해야 했습니다. 새 난방기는 여전히 문제입니다. 몇 달이 지났지만, 방에는 안내문도 없고 보조 난방도 제공되지 않습니다. 또다시 리셉션 앞에는 객실이 너무 춥다고 불평하는 사람들이 줄을 서 있습니다. 추운 겨울에 추운 방에 들어가는 건 용납할 수 없습니다. 변명은 ”운영비가 너무 많이 든다”는 것입니다.

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

Stayed at the Hilton for one night to visit Canterbury and Dover white cliff, hotel located in the center of the town. Parking isn’t very convenient — you need to park at a nearby mall, £25 per night. To enter or exit, you need a secret code from the hotel, which changes daily. Breakfast and gym are as shown in the pictures. A simple and comfortable stay.

이틀 밤 동안 딸과 함께 반기 이상 여기에 머물기로 예약했습니다. 우리 둘에게 딱 맞는 아늑한 방이 있었습니다. 프론트 리셉션 직원은 정말 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 아침 식사는 사랑스러웠습니다. 그곳의 여성은 너무 친절했고 혼자였기 때문에 바빴지만 항상 웃고 있었습니다. 우리는 저녁 중 한 번 레스토랑에서 식사를 했습니다. 음식은 맛있었지만 그 층에서 난방이 작동하지 않아 방 전체가 추웠습니다. 바 / 레스토랑 직원은 정말 좋았습니다. 전반적으로, 우리는 멋진 숙박을했고 우리는이 호텔을 친구와 가족에게 추천 할 것입니다.

확실히 적극 권장합니다. 멀리 떨어져 있지만 편의 시설 근처에 있습니다(대형 Tesco, Mc Donald's 및 Uber의 다양한 다른 음식 옵션). 호텔 내에 레스토랑도 있습니다. 멋진 메뉴입니다.  호텔 자체는 주변에 흠이 없습니다(좋은 냄새가 납니다). 쉬운 체크인 및 체크아웃. 리셉션 직원은 매우 환영하고 도움이 되었습니다. 방은 예상보다 컸습니다. 전체에 스트링 WiFi 신호. 아침 식사는 맛있었습니다. 애완 동물 친화적 (애완 동물당 £ 30). 넓은 주차 공간이 있지만 무료는 아닙니다(객실에 포함되지 않는 한).

Excellent location. The room was great and comfortable given the price. Air conditioning was loud at times though.

good experience, staff are nice, close to the shopping outlet. but I would avoid the parking cause when I come back the other day, there is milk on the window, not sure if they are from the above

Great hotel as always. Service always good and the room is clean and tidy
