I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

My first night at the hotel was fantastic, setting a positive tone for my stay. The second night brought a few challenges—minimal bathroom ventilation, a louder air conditioner, and some trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. However, the hotel staff were attentive and promptly offered me a new room, which resolved these issues and provided a much smoother experience. I took advantage of the fitness center, though navigating the new treadmills was a bit tricky since they weren’t pre-programmed. While the pool closure was disappointing, the hotel acknowledged my concerns and generously offered me a complimentary dinner with a drink. On the third night, I accidentally left my car keys behind when heading out in the morning. Upon returning, my key card didn’t work, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Later, I relaxed in my room, appreciating the view despite a minor inconvenience with a broken curtain rod. Once again, the hotel addressed my concerns with care, granting me a complimentary night and a refund as a gesture of goodwill. While the hotel has room for improvement with its facilities, the staff truly stood out with their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine efforts to ensure my comfort. Their dedication turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that left me feeling valued. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

4층에서 17층으로 옮긴 이유는 4층의 소음이 에어컨 덕트에서 나는 공명 소음이었기 때문입니다. 에어컨을 꺼도 소음이 줄어들지 않았고, 오히려 심장이 두근거릴 정도로 불편했습니다. 사실 1층에 체크인했을 때도 소음이 들리긴 했지만, 4층은 저주파 소음처럼 훨씬 더 시끄러웠습니다. 17층으로 옮긴 후에는 바깥 소음이 견딜 수 없을 정도로 심해서 마치 길거리에서 자는 것 같았습니다. 호텔 서비스는 좋았지만, 시설은 변경할 수 없었습니다. 소음에 민감하신 분이라면 이 호텔은 적합하지 않을 것 같습니다. 루프탑 다이닝 공간은 분위기가 좋고 주변에 식당도 많지만, 도시의 치안이 평균 수준이라 밤에는 외출하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.

이 호텔은 조금 뒤에 있지만, 예일과 미술관까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. Pizza Haven은 3분 거리에 있고 매우 맛있습니다. 호텔 객실은 크고 로비는 매우 따뜻합니다. 우리가 도착했을 때, 아이들은 피곤했고, 프런트 데스크 직원이 하겐다즈를 주었습니다. 그들은 매우 친절했습니다! 객실에 전자레인지는 없지만 로비에 있고, 직원에게 끓인 물을 요청할 수도 있습니다.

첫 체크인, 신사는 매우 친절하고 친절했습니다. 방에 정착한 후 좋았습니다. 그러나 복도에서 일어나는 모든 것을들을 수 있었습니다. 더 많은 수건을 요청했을 때 직원이 부족하여 목욕 수건이 남지 않았습니다. 또한 청소 직원은 아침에 매우 시끄럽고 나를 깨웠습니다.

호텔은 조용하고 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 호텔에 이동식 의자나 보행자가 없기 때문에 엘리베이터 옆 (미리) 장애인 방을 요청했습니다. 내 방은 복도를 거의 끝까지 내려가는 것을 끝내었다. 즉, 필요할 때만 나왔다. 레스토랑, 커피 바, 아침 식사 또는 수영장을 즐기기에 충분히 가까웠으면 좋았을 텐데 모든 것이 너무 멀었습니다. *****는 불과 3 마일 떨어져 있었고, 그곳에서 스쿠터를 빌려 돌아 다녔습니다. 전반적으로 직원은 좋았고 방은 편안했고 샤워 실은 좋았습니다. 수하물과 수하물 카트를 도와주는 컨시어지가 없습니다. 이 리뷰는 장애인 여행자이기 때문에 약간의 낮은 등급만 있습니다. 내 능력이 문제가 아니라면 이 호텔은 충분할 것입니다.

조식 포함 객실을 예약했는데 아침에 식사할 때 먼저 커피와 과일을 달라고 했어요(과일은 별도 요금이 부과되었습니다). 웨이터가 메뉴판도 안 주고 괜찮다고 하더군요. 나는 그것이 균일한 아침 식사라고 생각했다. 결과적으로 다른 사람들의 아침 식사는 모두 배달되었지만 우리의 아침 식사는 배달되지 않았습니다. 드디어 프론트와 통화를 한 후 메뉴가 우리에게 전달되었습니다. 웨이터가 중국인에 대해 약간 차별적인 것 같아요.

나는 풍경을 좋아했다. 그것은 아름다운 위치였으며 숲속의 집 캐릭터는 외부에서 잘 발달되었습니다. 그래도 인테리어가 수준급은 못느끼더라구요. 나는 매우 소박한 느낌이 나는 멋진 집이었던 햇볕이 잘 드는쪽에 머물고 있었지만 인테리어는 매우 답답하고 구식이었습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 특히 그 호텔에 도착하는 데 긴 여행이 필요하기 때문에 조금 더 환영할 수 있었습니다. 예를 들어 아침 식사 상황이나 우리가 접근 할 수있는 곳 (예 : 수영)과 같은 위치의 편의 시설이 설명되어 있지 않으며 방 자체에는 거의 없었습니다. 그러나 그것은 멋진 장소입니다. 그들은 그것으로 할 수 있는 것이 훨씬 더 많습니다!

A very nice and chic hotel indeed. Good and quiet location, walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen counter and all the amenities needed. Another plus was the self serve laundry room.
