조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 영국 하트퍼드셔 호텔

Brilliant hotel for business trips, with clean rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds and great showers. The staff are super polite and welcoming. The hotel carpark is small with space for around 20 cars but there is use of the municiple car park next to it. It is within a 10-12 minute walk to supermarkets, restuarants and takeaways. Overall a great stay.

We (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!

우리는 8월 29일 1박 동안 The Ridings에서 예약했습니다. 위치는 놀랍고 매우 조용한 환경이지만 호텔이 보수 공사 중이고 정보를 받지 못한 것에 약간 실망했습니다. 호텔에 들어서자 바닥에 카펫이 없었고 맨손이었지만 바닥 상태가 좋지 않았고 천장이 내려와 모든 파이프워크 금속 튜브와 전선이 노출되었습니다. 그것은 단지 사치스러운 느낌을주지 않았습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했지만 카펫은 짚 카펫이었고 샤워 후 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 방에서 조명이 어떻게 작동하는지 알아내는 데 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 전화도 없었고 라디오는 트랜지스터 라디오였습니다. 우리는 침대와 아침 식사를 예약했지만 레스토랑에 갔을 때 우리는 지불하지 않았고 목록에 없었기 때문에 들었습니다. 나는 분명히 우리가 지불했다고 설명했고 그들은 우리가 지불했다고 말한 리셉션에 연락했습니다. 불행히도, 우리는 우리 뒤에 다른 사람들이 있었기 때문에 조금 당황했습니다. 우리가 방 안의 전단지를 읽을 때까지 그것이 보수 공사 중이라고 말했습니다. 나는 이것이 처음부터 지적되어야 할 것이라고 생각합니다. 전반적으로 위치는 훌륭하고 직원들은 친절하며 아침 식사는 좋았지 만 호텔은 실망했습니다. 결국 밤에는 저렴했습니다.  

배정받은 킹사이즈 침대가 싱글 침대 두 개를 붙여 놓은 형태여서 아쉬웠습니다. 다음 방문 시에는 매트리스가 하나로 된 침대였으면 합니다.

객실과 위치 모두 훌륭했습니다. 구시가지 중심까지 걸어서 10분 거리라 매우 편리했어요. 옆에 큰 경마장이 있고, 1층에는 바와 스테이크집이 있었어요. 특히 최상층에서 먹는 아침 식사가 정말 최고였습니다. 밖에서 파는 조식보다 훨씬 맛있고 품격 있었어요.

부활절 동안 6박을 묵었습니다. 도착은 최고는 아니었습니다. 오후 3시 체크인 시간에 맞춰 객실이 준비되지 않아 바에 앉아 기다려야 했습니다. 불편을 끼쳐드려도 무료 음료 제공도 없었습니다. 30분 후에야 객실이 준비되었습니다. 그런데 에어컨이 있다고 광고했지만 실제로는 에어컨이 없었습니다. 방은 더웠지만 리셉션에서 선풍기를 제공해 주었습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 특히 리셉션의 헬렌 씨가 선풍기를 수리해 주었습니다. 객실은 오래되어서 IHG 기준에 맞추려면 리모델링이 시급했습니다. 벽 페인트는 갈라져 있었고, 사람들이 캐리어 등으로 부딪힌 흔적이 벽에 남아 있었습니다. 그래도 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 조식은 HI Express 호텔에서 먹어본 것 중 최고였습니다. 아무리 붐빌 때라도 음식은 항상 채워져 있었습니다. 음식 종류도 다양하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 런던으로 가는 기차를 이용하기 정말 편리한 위치입니다. 역이 길 건너편에 있고 유스턴까지는 차로 25분 거리입니다. 호텔이 드디어 리모델링되면 훌륭한 HI 익스프레스 호텔이 될 것입니다.

For an overnight stop the hotel suited us just fine and the price suited our budget just fine. Taking the above 'measures' one at a time: Location: this really depends on the purpose of a travellers trip. For us it was ideal, just ia mere 10km south of where we need to be by 09.00 the next morning. Having said that, a description that it is located in a Motorway service area, at the most remote position would have helped. Our arrival was considerably hampered by direction from the A1M, some construction works, poor lighting and road markings around the parking area. It is worth noting that a car parking fee applies. Cleanliness: No complaints on this score. The bathroom arrangements are showing their age, but everything worked just fine. Servie: Check-in was straightforward with a very pleasant receptionist doing his best to make our arrival flawless. Facilities: The lack of hotel parking caught ne off-guard. You need to park in the public parking area of the Service Area. See also my comment on the bathrooms above.

Everything was lovely but the staff were not very friendly and we were not informed about the £200 pound deposit we needed to put down or that we would be locked out of our room at 11am Would definitely stay again, but it would have been nice to have a tiny bit more info and customer service

The hotel staff said that he couldnt find my booking although I provided my booking reference and voucher and request 15 pounds for Early check in and charged my account 51 pounds in total. Although I kept saying I booked via Trip.com and paid while I booked the hotel online. It was a prepaid booking. I am so disappointed that the hotel sent me the invoice & receipt on 14 March but I was told I would get the balance of receipt and I would be charged the early check in fee 15 pounds only, the accommodation fee after I checked out at 12pm on March 15. On March 15, when I was checking out, I checked with another staff who was on duty, he said the hotel didn’t charge my card, but the agency card, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on my bank statement I found that the hotel charged my card for all. And it was really disappointed because they didnt really dealed with my questions and my situation. I did double pay for the accommodation to Trip. Com and the Primier Inn Richmanworth.

좋은 호텔과 스탠스테드 공항과 가까운 훌륭한 위치. 호텔에서 공항까지 Uber를 이용할 수 있으며 £17를 지불했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 현대적입니다.
