Travelled to Cheltenham for business and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Polite and professional staff at reception during check-in and check-out, as well as in the restaurants.
Room including shower room were clean and well presented.
Would have preferred a chair to work at the desk instead of a stool - a minor point.
Didn't have time to use the pool etc.
Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the centre for more eating places.

이 호텔은 글로스터 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 대형 슈퍼마켓과 쇼핑 및 엔터테인먼트 단지 바로 옆에 있습니다. 시설은 접근성이 좋고 노인 친화적이지만, 다소 오래되었습니다. 많은 지역 어르신들이 이곳에서 식사하고, 음료를 마시며, 담소를 나누곤 했습니다. 직원들은 특히 어르신들에게 친절했습니다. 제 나이 많은 동행 중 한 분은 처음에는 호텔이 그저 그런 수준이라고 생각했지만, 3일 후에는 떠나고 싶어 하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 풍성했고, 일반적인 영국식 아침 식사였고, 심지어 손님들이 객실로 음식을 가져갈 수 있도록 짐 꾸리기 가방까지 세심하게 제공해 주었습니다. 주차는 호텔 옆 공영 주차장을 이용하시면 됩니다. 야간 주차 요금은 11.50파운드로 다소 비싸지만 런던보다는 저렴합니다. 주변 코츠월드 마을까지 한 시간 거리에 있어 교통이 편리합니다.

We stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

It was a good hotel, a bit basic, rooms (in the hall part of the hotel) need updating; not sure of the others. The restaurant good. The breakfast was good but a bit busy on one of the days.
The hotel facilities need attention. TV remote not working, the team couldn’t get it fixed easily; not ideal.

리리뷰어여기에 여러 번 머물렀고 일반적으로 옆집 beefeater에서 아침 식사 준비를 제외하고는 좋은 경험을했습니다.
이번에는 80대 친척들과 함께 도착하여 그날만 완공된 방을 찾아 전기가 없었습니다. 책상에는 한 사람만 있었고 12월 중순에는 바쁜 날이었습니다. 가난한 소녀는 두 방에서 전기를 작동시키기 위해 미친 듯이 튀겼습니다.
다른 층의 다른 방으로 우리를 옮기지만 다시 전기가 없습니다. 우리는 희망을 포기하기 시작했습니다. 다음날 젊은 친척의 장례식에 참석하면서 이미 기분이 낮았다. 그러나 90분 후 그녀는 마침내 조명 슬롯에 2개의 키 카드를 사용하여 우리에게 빛을 주었습니다. 말할 필요도 없이 우리는 모두 피곤하고 지쳤습니다. 그녀의 신용으로 그녀는 보상하기 위해 아침 식사 비용에 대한 환불을 제안했고 우리의 경험을 Premier Inn으로 돌려줄 때 객실 비용도 할인했습니다. 그래서 우리는 그것에 만족했고 일반적으로 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

리리뷰어The Mousetrap Inn proved to be an excellent choice for our recent getaway. The location is absolutely perfect – just a pleasant walk to the main town, giving us easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants while enjoying peaceful surroundings.
What truly made our stay memorable was the genuinely friendly staff. From check-in to checkout, every team member was welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything needed. Their local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire visit.
The included breakfast was a real highlight and exceptional value. Fresh, well-prepared options with plenty of variety kept us satisfied each morning before exploring. It's rare to find complimentary breakfast that actually exceeds expectations.
The inn maintains a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly matches its charming name. Clean, comfortable accommodations combined with the convenient location made it easy to enjoy both tranquil relaxation and vibrant town center activities.
Highly recommended for friendly service, great value, and ideal location.

JJWLoved staying at the Bell. Right opposite Tewkesbury Abbey, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Free parking is a real bonus here too and the location is close to the Severn Way walk, for walks down to Deerhurst and beyond.
Friendly , engaging , genuine, and sometimes fun, service and attention from all the staff made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast was so worth the price, and huge portions too! We also stayed for dinner one night ( had a great Indian at the Raj the second night) and were so nicely surprised. Being a ‘pub chain’ hotel you sometimes think the food might be quite bland and corporate but the chefs here know what they are doing. So happy with the food.
One or two minor grumbles might be the traffic noise, as our room was on the road ( so wore earplugs and fine) and the very soft bed, but meh, it was fine really.
We would more than likely stay again if passing through this way in the future.

리리뷰어We are a family of four and booked 2 junior suites and requested both on booking and during email correspondence prior to our arrival for double bed and twin bed configurations. On our arrival we were allocated rooms at opposite ends of the hotel, on different floors and with 2 double beds. Housekeeping had apparently gone home for the night despite arriving before 6pm and so this could not be corrected. The hotel had a beautiful open fireplace in the main bar which for some reason on a cold night in December wasn’t alight. We ate dinner in the hotel brasserie where a significant number of dishes on the menu were unavailable with no explanation from the staff when asked. At breakfast the following morning we were unable to order coffee as apparently this service is not available on weekends. Overall, despite a great location, this was a very disappointing stay.
