Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. the homestay owner was very kind and drove us to/from the bus station, helped us buy tickets on WeChat/in-person, explained possible hiking routes, and provided us with a convenient map that had interesting sights labelled. The route he recommended was very doable and scenic. The room was comfortable, and it was very relaxing to watch a movie with the projector after hiking. You can also purchase food here, which is convenient and tasty. I highly recommend this homestay for the very kind, experienced, and considerate advice of the owner who made our visit smooth and convenient.

방금 황산에서 내려왔어요! 바이윈 호텔 정말 강추합니다! 산 위에서 묵으니 너무 좋았어요. 새벽에 어둠 속에서 힘들게 산을 오르내리며 일출을 볼 필요가 없었어요 🌅 👉위치가 정말 최고예요! 광밍딩이랑 엄청 가까워서 아침에 이불 뒤집어쓰고 10분만 걸어가면 전망대에 도착해요. 일출 보고 바로 방으로 돌아와서 다시 잘 수 있으니, 이 경험 정말 최고예요! ✨방은 생각보다 좋았어요! 산이라서 시설이 많이 안 좋을 줄 알았는데, 깨끗하고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔어요. 다만 공간이 좀 좁아서 두 명이 큰 가방을 가져오면 비좁을 수 있어요. 💖서비스도 훌륭했어요! 프런트 데스크에서 등산 스틱을 먼저 챙겨주고, 길 안내도 도와줬어요. 식당 음식값이 비싸긴 하지만 양이 푸짐하고, 취궈위를 추천합니다! ⚠️주의사항: 방음이 잘 안 되는 편이라 아침에 옆방에서 짐 정리하는 소리가 들릴 수 있어요. 전망이 더 좋은 고층을 선택하는 것을 추천해요~ 전반적으로는 그냥 믿고 가세요! 일출을 보고 싶지만 너무 힘들고 싶지 않은 분들에게는 여기가 딱이에요!

Great hotel! The prettiest, greatest hotel in the area. We had a room with a balcony view to the mountains, so calming and relaxing. If you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, here’s the perfect place for you. The bathroom is very clean and hygenic, and the beds are also really comfy and fluffy. The owner is really hospitable, welcoming and friendly, he is really familiar with the area so he recommended us a lot of different places and good restaurants. He helped us during all our stay. It is true that the hotel is a little bit far away from the nearest town, but it is really worth it because at the end, it is not far away (15 min by car) from the nearest Huangshan entrance.
