매우 친절하고 도움이되는 직원이있는 매우 좋고 편리한 위치. 그러나 리셉션에서 화장지조차 요청해야하기 때문에 방은 필요한 것입니다. 나는 당신이 지불하는 것을 얻는다고 말하고 싶습니다.

1: 房間wifi信號很差，前兩天根本連不上wifi，房間手機信號也不好。
2: 空調遙控器壞了2次，中午開不了空調打電話前台等了半個小時才來人，而且是直接叫了個修理工來的，直接換了個新遙控器，晚上又用不了。
3: 房間非常奇怪 感覺很潮，被子枕頭都不乾爽，潮潮的。
4: 浴巾毛巾都是黃黃的，枕頭和被子也帶點黃色，感覺不太乾淨。
5: 前台説英語的都不是很熟練，我平台付完房費，過去還給我刷了一次房費，英語講不清，讓我刷卡我説是不是open credit，還説是給我刷了錢。後來打電話給我説給我刷錯錢了退回來的。
6: 員工倒是都很熱情，就是各方面感覺都差點意思，尤其是網不好對出差的非常避雷，郵件我都得去大堂發。

Very nice hotel, I rely on taxis to avoid driving in Barranquilla, driving is a different ballgame there. I had a hard time getting a cab to pick me up whenever I needed one, the waiting were too long.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Tienes restaurantes espectaculares alrededor. El personal es agradable y muy atento.
La maquinaria del gimnasio está muy vieja exceptuando la bicicleta y la elíptica.
Las habitaciones (al menos la que me tocó a mí). NO tenía ventilación ninguna. Y las cañerías del baño olían muy mal, esto hacía que la habitación oliera mal siempre.
También se detecta a simple vista humedad en las habitaciones.
Pero imagino que es debido a que ya lleva mucho tiempo y les hace falta una pequeña reforma.
El resto todo muy bien. Repetiré sin duda sobre todo por la ubicación 🔝🔝

Mi estadía en el Hotel Windsor fue excelente. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna y muy limpia. La cama supercómoda, lo que me aseguró un descanso perfecto.
La ubicación es ideal, cerca de buenos restaurantes y sitios de interés. Lo que más destaco es el personal, siempre muy amable y atento, haciéndote sentir bienvenido en todo momento.
Sin duda, es una gran opción en Barranquilla por su calidad, comodidad y buen servicio. ¡Volveré!

아침 식사가 좋고, 아침 식사를 위해 창밖의 경치를 즐길 수 있고, 개를 뛰고 산책 할 수 있으며 환경이 좋습니다. 유일한 실망은 늦게 설명 할 수없는 음악 소리가 났고, 세입자인지 외부인지 알 수없고 장시간 비행에 잠을 너무 졸리다는 것입니다.

AAngel M. D’ la RosaMy stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

XXicoFuimos con mi mujer por el carnaval y el hotel sin duda que te lleva de una a viver el carnaval de Barranquilla. Música y animación durante los desayunos, el personal con su maquillaje carnavalesco todo muy bien. Hotel limpo, personal simpático, lo único que podrían intentar mejorar sería el desayuno que no tiene mucha variedad. Para alguien que se quede más de dos noches (que fue lo que paso con nosotros) el desayuno es siempre igual. Pero sin duda que regressaríamos.

리리뷰어Check in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

FFredLovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.
