조식 포함 시설을 갖춘 칠레 코킴보 주 호텔

리뷰를 보고 이 호텔을 선택했지만 정말 실망했습니다. 첫째, 좋은 점입니다. 호텔은 La Serena 해변에 위치해 있으며 대부분의 객실에서 바다 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 둘째, 직원들은 제가 어댑터가 없었던 오래된 플러그 소켓만 가지고 있기 때문에 전기 어댑터를 빌려주는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 소나기는 정말 좋습니다. 이제 나쁜 점. 직원들은 별로 친절하지 않습니다. 그들은 직접 대면하는 것보다 WhatsApp을 통해 소통하는 것을 선호합니다. 진짜 ”미소에는 추가 비용이 든다”는 분위기가 있습니다. 체크인 시간은 오후 4시로 엄청나게 늦었습니다. 나는 세계를 여행했지만 이렇게 늦은 체크인을 경험한 적이 없습니다. 객실은 괜찮지만 기본적입니다. 조찬실은 정말 우울하고 코치 파티를 위해 설계된 것처럼 보입니다. 음식은 기본적이었고 마스크를 착용하지 않았다는 이유로 소리를 질렀습니다. 물론 아닙니다. 음식을 입에 넣기 위해서는 마스크를 벗어야 하기 때문입니다. 게다가 나는 밖에 앉아 있었다. 음식이 다시 번거로울 가치가 없었기 때문에 첫날 아침 이후에는 굳이 가지 않았습니다. 라 세레나(La Serena) 시내 중심가는 도보로 최소 30분 거리에 있습니다. 택시는 다소 신뢰할 수 없으며, 특히 버스 정류장에 가야 하는 경우 아침에 가장 먼저 이동해야 합니다. 여기 다시 머물겠습니까? 아니요.

My Aunt, Uncle, my Mom, and I spent 2 nights at the Enjoy in Coquimbo. My mom and I shared a Suite on top (12th) floor and my aunt & uncle had a room on the 3rd floor. First of all this is certainly NOT a 5 Star hotel! It might be the best place in Coquimbo / La Serena and it may have once been a decent resort, but it missed on SO MANY fronts that I don't know where to start!!! - The furniture (specially in the lobby and by the outdoor pool) is really worn out and needs replacing. The whole outdoor pool area needs a giant makeover! - We came back from dinner to find a huge line of cars of ****** goers stretching down the street trying to get into the parking lot (that was full). After waiting for a while, someone in my party got out and went to ask how we (as hotel guests) were supposed to park our cars. We were instructed to go into thru the exit driveway and then turn the car in an impossible way to get in front of the waiting cars and thru the garage entrance (needless to say, despite being an excellent driver, I ended up scratching the rental car on a pole as I maneuvered the SUV into the garage). - The service was REALLY awful! We asked the front desk to please call a taxi for us (me and my 83 year-old mom) and they handed us a piece of paper with the taxi company's phone number! - I fell asleep on Friday night around 11pm only to be awoken at 11:30 by a full-on OUTDOOR disco party directly across the street from the hotel. It was so loud that it made the windows shake and it went on until 5am! Luckily, it was quiet the following night or I would have lost my mind! - The ****** is really NOT worth it and crowd is super low-budget! - The little store was always closed, the place where you eat breakfast is a million miles away, the windows are all dirty, I could go on and on ... Don't stay here!

Friendly staff has adequate English language to provide services for foreigners. Breakfast was included in our rate and was an excellent spread. Room was well equipped and clean. The only complaint was the internet access in my room - not useable. My other colleagues had no issues - my room's location (at the end of the hall) may have been an issue. Please re- boot the router!

Pagué 132.000 por una noche, al ingresar a habitación (grande) faltaban pantuflas, hubo que llamar para que la llevasen, ofrecían cafetera y selección de té liberada, sólo habían 4 capsulas de café y nada de te, no reponen las capsulas y al indicarle al personal de recepción que no los había.... sólo las disculpas y nada mas. Ofrecían mayor cantidad de amenités por el precio pagado, sólo estaba con shampoo y bálsamo en cantidad (6 tubitos de cada uno). El televisor no funcionaba, hubo que llamar para que se dieran cuenta que faltaba control remoto del decodificador el cual sólo ofrecía unos 10 canales. El aire acondicionado no sólo funcionaba durante 30 segundos y luego se apagaba con error 438, se hablo con recepción y según ellos personal de mantención lo dejo operativo luego de nuestro reclamo, sin embargo seguía sin funcionar por lo que la habitación estaba calurosísima y no tiene personal de mantención en todo horario por lo que sólo se desasen en escusas y te dicen que te entienden perfectamente y que hablaran con la gerente para poder darte una respuesta que se traduce en nada. La experiencia también incluía acceso al SPA, en donde la piscina de hidromasaje no funcionaba bien, esta piscina es un cubo de hormigón sin vista al exterior en donde sólo 1 tirador de aire estaba operativo. Pésimo, además te hacen comprar un gorro para ingresar a piscina ya que nadie ti indica que debes llevar uno, tu lo compras pero nadie exige su uso por lo que los demás huéspedes no lo usan!!!. La experiencia también incluía un espumante de cortesía, te dejan el espumante TIBIO con un par de copas y un hielera sin hielo y cuando al personal de recepción se lo indicas ni si quiera tienen la deferencia de llevarte hielo. En realidad, no vale la pena el valor para lo que ofrecen, en Moteles me atienden mucho mejor y te hacen sentir que les importas como huésped. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA!!!!! lo único bueno el desayuno.

The only complaint was the internet access in my room - not useable. My other colleagues had no issues - my room's location (at the end of the hall) may have been an issue.
