포르투갈 마데이라 소재 비치 호텔

호텔은 해변과 가까우며, 우리 방은 발코니와 모든 것이 매우 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 깨끗해 보였습니다. 우리는 그것을 매우 좋아했고, 그것을 추천했고 우리는 돌아 가고있었습니다.

Wonderful experience and the best hotel during our stay in Madeira. Perfect price and value proposition with a staff who are really customers oriented and friendly. Smaller hotel what is never overcrowded. Nice charming design elements. Very good breakfast with selection of local cheeses and meat. Real juice would be the only needed improvement and some pastel de Nata for the breakfast would add to the mandatory Portuguese experience. Otherwise 100% perfect stay. Excellent swimming pool with sea water. Yes. The rooms are somewhat dated but super clean and comfortable. I didn't came here to see golden chandeliers so l was super satistied! Excellent location and direct sea access. What more could one look for??

Whilst arriving at the Don Pedro past midnight on the 22nd of June we were gasping for a cup of tea lovely kettle and cups in the room but no teabags upon asking at Reception no none available anyway just a suggestion it would be good to have a couple in the room for arrival, thank you

Hotel com muito mais potencial do que o aproveitado pela gestão do hotel. Facilmente teria condições para melhor servir os cliente e elevar o nível do mesmo. Não considero que seja um 4* mas sim 3*. Bastava melhorar a limpeza do mesmo (no nosso WC encontramos 2 baratas!!!), mobiliário/equipamentos da piscina e zonas comuns e acabamentos dos quartos, como portas e móveis. Teria potencial para até ser um 5* mas é realmente um 3*. Staff profissional, e resolveram todos os nossos problemas, mas mereciam tb melhores condições.

This was a very decent and affordable hotel — nothing fancy or luxurious, but it covers the basics quite well. It’s clean, efficient, and does the job for travelers looking for a simple place to stay. One of the best surprises was that if you’re lucky enough to get a room with ocean views, it really adds a lot of value to the overall experience. That said, there were some clear drawbacks. The room itself felt extremely tight, especially for two people with a couple of suitcases. There was very limited space to move around, which made things feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also quite small, and while functional, it lacked the comfort you’d hope for in a multi-day stay. One highlight was the balcony. Though the interior space was tight, the room had a good-sized balcony where we enjoyed golden hour and sunset views — that part was genuinely lovely and added a sense of openness and relaxation we didn’t get inside the room. The most significant downside for me was the parking situation. The hotel only has three official parking spots, which are always full. Given the area is busy and surrounded by in-demand places like grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and a laundromat, street parking is very limited and expensive. I had to park at a nearby garage, which cost 10 euros overnight. As for the rooftop, the amenities there weren’t particularly impressive — nothing that would stand out compared to more upscale hotels. But once again, the ocean and sunset views from the rooftop are stunning and give you a brief illusion of being at a five-star resort. All in all, this hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re not planning to spend too much time in the room. It’s a solid base for exploring the area, as long as you’re okay with a few compromises in comfort and convenience.

Очень разочаровал отель. Не понятно кто им дал 4 звезды. Из плюсов - красивый вид, в номере чисто (не считая муравьев которые везде), служащие отвечают на вопросы, неплохой завтрак, спорт зал оснащен выше всяких похвал, но использовать я его не могла, тк вентиляция полностью отсутствует и мне казалось можно потерять сознание уже после 10 мин в которые я ходила смотреть что есть. Минусы - в номере нет никаких удобств (только мыло), необходимый минимум полностью отсутствует и если пойти на ресепшен и попросить что-то отправят искать спортзал в котором можно взять тапки за 5 евро в сутки. В первую ночь не работал на охлаждение кондиционер, несмотря на январь было очень душно. По всему номеру муравьи, даже в холодильнике. Заселение - если приехать на машине на всегда занятую парковку перед отелем и поставить машину чтобы разгрузить вещи служащие вам не позволят, ни то что предложат помощь. Мне сказали я могу оставить машину только на 5 минут пока они оформляют бумаги, занести вещи в номер не дали и не предложили занести их служащим отеля пока я ищу парковку, сказали оставить вещи в лобби и идти парковать машину где смогу на платной парковке, дали схемку парковок в которой за секунду нельзя разобраться и сказали ближайшая парковка у магазина, где свободных мест не оказалось и пришлось кататься по району, про парковку с другой стороны отеля, где есть простой доступ сразу в отель к лифту персонал не проинформировал. Тч если решите тут остановиться справа от отеля вниз по улице есть как бесплатные, так и платные места (парковка дешевая)

O Porto Santo Hotel & Spa é uma escolha excelente para quem procura descanso e tranquilidade. Apesar de ser um hotel modesto, é extremamente confortável e acolhedor. Destaco especialmente a simpatia e disponibilidade do staff, que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. E o bar de praia? Simplesmente espetacular — perfeito para aproveitar o pôr do sol com uma bebida na mão. Recomendo!

Великолепный отель! Очень нам понравился отпуск в отеле. Это целый город! Здесь и набережная и несколько бассейнов. Питание - высший класс! Хочешь - шведский стол, хочешь в рестораны ходи, и даже кофейня своя, где очень вкусный кофе! Вечера мы проводили в баре - пили вкусные коктейли, танцевали. Рядом красивая тропа - мыс Сао Лоренцо. Есть шатл до города Фуншал, что очень удобно. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

A beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.
