Excellent hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff and great grounds/view. The experience there could be dramatically improved with just two small changes: 1. Poolside service - as it is, you have to get your own food and drink. Adding an app or call system would be awesome. A pool waiter/waitress would be amazing. 2. Better mattresses. They felt quite hard, like a budget mattress not appropriate to a nice hotel.

경치는 좋고 약간 편향되어 있으며 식사는 매우 불편하고 호텔 레스토랑은 나쁘지 않습니다. 아이들이 가는데 엑스트라베드가 없고 조식비 12유로 받았어요 이 5성급 호텔의 시설과 조식은 정말 부럽습니다 국내 3~4성급 수준이고 조식이 너무 별로입니다

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

設施：五星級酒店來説還是稍微欠缺一點，但是在島上也算不錯了，好消息是房費裏含有免費的spa，壞消息是很小，就兩個按摩沖擊點位，有兩個桑拿房，一個幹蒸一個濕蒸，也很小。如果不把spa放在酒店名字裏麪，這算是一個驚喜，但作為spa酒店就有點名過其實了。 我們住的房間玻璃從上到下裂了條縫，酒店寫了道歉信和送了免費紅酒，我以為是突發剛壞的，且房間都滿了沒有多餘房間，沒有辦法的緊急處理方法，我還覺得挺有誠意的。結果看到半年前其他客人的評論，原來玻璃早壞了。非常無語，壞了就修啊，拖了這麼久。 服務：服務員很好，都是五星級酒店應有的水平。

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

Absolutely beautiful twin room with ocean view! Rooms were very clean and wonderful breakfast!
