너무 만족해요. 방이 넓고 편해요. 수영장이 바다를 바라보고 있어 힐링이 되는 점이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 위층에는 작은 바도 있습니다. 해변에 가고 싶다면 188 타워가 단 12~15분 거리에 있습니다.

we stayed at junior suite comprises of 1 queen and super single bed. room was spacious but balcony not so clean. TV cannot change channel.good for short stay

방이 리뉴얼되고 있어 어메니티의 퀄리티도 좋고 좋은 향기의 비누도 마음에 들었습니다. 긴 비행 후 아침에 국내 항공편으로 콴탄 공항에 도착. 호텔에도 아침에 도착해 버렸습니다만, 얼리 체크인 할 수 있어, 정말로 살아났습니다. 도착, 전주에 국내편의 캔슬에 의해 체재 일정이 변경되었습니다만, 그것도 무료로 해 주셔서 도움이 되었습니다. 또, 커피를 좋아하는 우리 부부에게는 로비의 커피 서비스는 무엇보다 기쁜 서비스입니다❗ 방에서의 전망도 좋고 아침 식사도 맛있습니다.

우리는 마침내 서비스를 제공하기 전에 하우스키핑 서비스를 세 번이나 불러야 했습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 양호하지만, 수영장 물이 눈에 띄게 더럽고 쓰레기가 포함되어 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 OOTD 사진을 찍을 수 있는 그림 같은 장소가 많이 있습니다. 부드러운 백사장이 있는 해변도 아름답습니다. 주차장은 해변 샬레 전용으로 예약되어 있어 밤늦게 돌아올 때도 문제가 없었습니다. 리셉션 서비스도 매우 좋았고, 시간에 맞춰 방이 준비되어 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다.

Had a really enjoyable stay at Timur Bay with my friends! 🌊✨ The location is amazing — just a short walk to the beach, and the view from the room was super relaxing. We especially loved the peaceful vibe, perfect for a short getaway from the busy city. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for a group stay. Facilities were also a big plus — the swimming pool was nice, and there were plenty of areas to chill and take photos 📸 Overall, it’s a great place whether you’re coming with friends or family. Definitely worth it for the price, and I would come back again! 👍

컨시어지와 프런트 직원들의 서비스가 훌륭했습니다. 일찍 체크인할 수 있었고 무료로 바다 전망 객실로 업그레이드받았습니다. 다만 스위스 케어 핫라인은 항상 통화량이 많아 연결하려면 4~6번씩 전화를 걸어야 했습니다. 조식은 정말 맛있고 훌륭했습니다.

3박 결제하였으나 2박 투숙하고 친정아버지의 급작스런 별세소식에 1박은 포기하고 급히 귀국했고,, 이런 사정을 얘기하고 1박부분 환불을 부탁드려보았으나 짤없더군요,, 세계적인 체인호텔인 하얏트호텔인데,, 비록 임박한 1박을 취소했고,, 기존 호텔 정책은 이해하지만,, 이런 일생에 한번 있을까말까한 특별한 상황을 인도적 차원에서 해결해줄순 없었을지 아주 많이 실망스럽고 많이 아쉬웠습니다,, 사정을 얘기하니 예정되었던 다른 호텔은 흔쾌히 무료취소 해주더군요,, 하얏트도 그렇게 해주었다면 무한 감동이고 역시 이름값 하는구나 하고 기억에 많이 남을 숙박지가 되었었을텐데,,, 하얏트콴탄은 객실빼고는 식당이고 리셉션이고 다 야외와 접해있어서 건기인 7월말 날씨에 투숙했는데 너무 더워서 좀 힘들더군요,, 시설이나 바다와 접한 위치, 주변식당도 접근성이 좋아서 그런면에선 좋았습니다,, I paid for 3 nights, but after staying for 2 nights, I gave up on staying 1 night and returned home in a hurry due to the news of my father's sudden death. I tried to explain the situation and ask for a refund for one night, but there was no solution. Hyatt Hotel is a global hotel chain. Even though I canceled my impending one-night stay,, I understand the existing hotel policy,,, A special, once-in-a-lifetime situation like this Couldn’t it have been resolved on a humanitarian level? I was very disappointed and very disappointed,, When I told them about the situation, they happily canceled the other hotel I had planned on for free. He did it,, If Hyatt did the same, I would be extremely touched and think it lives up to its name. It must have been a memorable stay,,, At Hyatt Kuantan, except for the rooms, the restaurant and reception are all adjacent to the outdoors. I stayed at the end of July, which is the dry season, and it was so hot that it was a bit difficult. Facilities, location facing the sea, and nearby restaurants are also easily accessible. It was good in that respect,,

Me and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.

The location is lovely, boasting picturesque views, but unfortunately lacks a water filter. Despite following the provided instructions, locating the room with the post box proved challenging, though I eventually received assistance from the helpful security staff. The following day, the owner recommended several food establishments, yet none were open for breakfast, leading me to venture to an unfamiliar Mamak restaurant and endure an additional hour-long wait for my morning meal. While other aspects of the experience were satisfactory, I had hoped for a wider selection of specialty foods.

Very nice place to stay for families. Definitely our hot spot again whenever we come in to Kuantan again. The unit is so comfortable, nice view facing the pool, all the cooking and cutlery (basic one) comes in handy.
