너무 만족해요. 방이 넓고 편해요. 수영장이 바다를 바라보고 있어 힐링이 되는 점이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 위층에는 작은 바도 있습니다. 해변에 가고 싶다면 188 타워가 단 12~15분 거리에 있습니다.

3박 결제하였으나 2박 투숙하고 친정아버지의 급작스런 별세소식에 1박은 포기하고 급히 귀국했고,, 이런 사정을 얘기하고 1박부분 환불을 부탁드려보았으나 짤없더군요,, 세계적인 체인호텔인 하얏트호텔인데,, 비록 임박한 1박을 취소했고,, 기존 호텔 정책은 이해하지만,, 이런 일생에 한번 있을까말까한 특별한 상황을 인도적 차원에서 해결해줄순 없었을지 아주 많이 실망스럽고 많이 아쉬웠습니다,, 사정을 얘기하니 예정되었던 다른 호텔은 흔쾌히 무료취소 해주더군요,, 하얏트도 그렇게 해주었다면 무한 감동이고 역시 이름값 하는구나 하고 기억에 많이 남을 숙박지가 되었었을텐데,,, 하얏트콴탄은 객실빼고는 식당이고 리셉션이고 다 야외와 접해있어서 건기인 7월말 날씨에 투숙했는데 너무 더워서 좀 힘들더군요,, 시설이나 바다와 접한 위치, 주변식당도 접근성이 좋아서 그런면에선 좋았습니다,, I paid for 3 nights, but after staying for 2 nights, I gave up on staying 1 night and returned home in a hurry due to the news of my father's sudden death. It was good in that respect,,

The location is lovely, boasting picturesque views, but unfortunately lacks a water filter. Despite following the provided instructions, locating the room with the post box proved challenging, though I eventually received assistance from the helpful security staff. The following day, the owner recommended several food establishments, yet none were open for breakfast, leading me to venture to an unfamiliar Mamak restaurant and endure an additional hour-long wait for my morning meal. While other aspects of the experience were satisfactory, I had hoped for a wider selection of specialty foods.

가족 친화적인 시설: 미니 워터파크와 어린이 놀이터부터 넓은 키즈 클럽까지, 가족 단위 여행객에게 인기 있는 곳입니다. 깨끗하고 편안한 객실: 리모델링된 객실은 ”산뜻하고 깨끗하다”는 평을 받고 있으며, 특히 바다 전망 객실은 더욱 그렇습니다. 아름다운 해변 접근성: 투숙객들은 해변 바로 앞에 위치한 점을 좋아하며, 해변은 대체로 쾌적하고 깨끗하다고 ​​평가합니다.

The studio unit located at the lower level, easy access to car park, but still have to use stairs/lift to go to the designated parking at upper level. Check out during peak hours and not easy to get the lift access. The agent called and sent message to remind the check out time. Good and lucky they consider a little bit late check out due to the heavy traffic at lift as well as parking area. Overall the building/environment is ok, but the pool decks seems need an improvement.

출장이 잦은 저는 최근 AC Hotel Kuantan에 머물렀고 피드백을 공유하고 싶었습니다. 전반적으로 호텔에서의 경험은 긍정적이었습니다. 시설은 잘 관리되어 있었고, 직원들도 친절하고 협조적이었습니다. 그런데 객실 에어컨 시스템에 문제가 발생했습니다. 쾌적한 초기 온도에도 불구하고 몇 시간이 지나면 방이 따뜻해지기 시작하는 것을 느꼈습니다. 호텔 직원이 문제를 해결하고 조치를 취하는 데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 유지 관리 문제가 발생할 수 있다는 점을 이해하지만, 앞으로도 이러한 문제에 대한 대응 시간을 개선하여 고객이 지속적으로 편안한 숙박을 할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

아파트는 좋고 깨끗합니다. 수건, 냉장고, 조리기구가 완비되어 있습니다. 선택의 폭이 넓어 음식을 쉽게 구할 수 있습니다. 마을에서 멀지 않습니다.

I had terible experience stay under this management. Beds full of bugs, toilet were VERY dirty. Ask the management to clean up the unit but the management changed my room, after change room, same problem occur, toilet still dirty, FLUSH BROKEN, can't flush. Only bugs dissapear in the second unit. Please check carefully before you check in. I dont understand they actively open these unit for rental. you better check carefully ya. Aminities all A+ under the Timurbay, only this management were the main problem.

The exterior of the hotel appears quite old, but the rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained. The main highlight of this hotel is the mini water park and swimming pool, which are a big hit with the kids. They had a great time, making it a fun and enjoyable stay for families.
