Very nice and clean hotel. However, there were hiccups during check in. Check in time indicated is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm but was told that room not ready. Have to wait for 1 hour to get room allocation. So we brought the kids to the hotel’s playground and went back down to the reception 1 hour later only to be told to wait another 20minutes. After waiting for MORE THAN 20 minutes (with no staff at the reception at all) we went to enquire again. Was informed that we will be served next (after the current guest). So we waited again… in total, we waited about 2 hours just to get room keys. By then, our plans were all ruined due to the wait. We did not have time to explore Malacca Town as we have planned as it was a long weekend and we had to leave early the following day to avoid the traffic jam on the highway. All in all, the hotel is nice but the managing of the check in is terrible! 2 hours wasted just like that… if the reception staff informed us that it will take more than 2 hours to get the keys, perhaps we would not have waited at the hotel and proceed to town first. Hope to see improvement in this aspect

체크인 장소 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 매우 비밀스럽습니다. 찾는데 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 장소마다 체크인 장소가 다릅니다. 찾기가 너무 어려웠습니다. 주차장도 어두웠습니다. 결국, 외부에 주차하는 데 하루 RM20이 들었습니다. 객실 상태 나쁘지 않았습니다. 체크인할 때 TV 신호에 문제가 있어서 수리 중이라고 하더군요. 호텔에 있는 선풍기도 문제가 있어서 사용할 수 없었습니다. 에어컨.. 한밤중에 너무 더웠어요. 다른 건 다 괜찮았고 방도 깨끗했어요.

📍 위치 및 교통 호텔은 시내 중심부에 위치하여 지하철역과 여러 쇼핑몰까지 도보로 이동 가능하여 교통, 쇼핑, 식사 모두 매우 편리합니다. 주변에 명소가 많아 마리나 베이나 오차드 로드까지 이동하기 편리합니다. 🛏️ 객실 및 시설 저희가 묵었던 디럭스룸은 넓고 침구가 편안했으며 채광이 좋았습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 욕실 시설도 완벽했으며 비품도 훌륭했습니다. 호텔의 공용 공간과 어린이 시설도 잘 관리되어 있어 가족과 아이들 모두 만족했습니다.
