Very nice and clean hotel. However, there were hiccups during check in. Check in time indicated is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm but was told that room not ready. Have to wait for 1 hour to get room allocation. So we brought the kids to the hotel’s playground and went back down to the reception 1 hour later only to be told to wait another 20minutes. After waiting for MORE THAN 20 minutes (with no staff at the reception at all) we went to enquire again. Was informed that we will be served next (after the current guest). So we waited again… in total, we waited about 2 hours just to get room keys. By then, our plans were all ruined due to the wait. We did not have time to explore Malacca Town as we have planned as it was a long weekend and we had to leave early the following day to avoid the traffic jam on the highway. All in all, the hotel is nice but the managing of the check in is terrible! 2 hours wasted just like that… if the reception staff informed us that it will take more than 2 hours to get the keys, perhaps we would not have waited at the hotel and proceed to town first. Hope to see improvement in this aspect

좋음: 수영장이 굉장하고, 욕조가 있는 변기, 채널이 많은 훌륭한 스마트 TV 보통: 트윈 침대가 하나로 합쳐졌고, 그 사이에 공간이 있고(제가 합치지 않음), 차나 설탕이 제공되지 않고, 마실 병이 두 개뿐이고, 샤워 젤이 리필되지 않고, 병이 비어 있고, 요청했을 때 주인이 제가 카운터에서 가져오라고 했지만(제가 하지 않음), 변기가 깨끗하지 않고, 샤워실에 곰팡이가 생겼습니다. 나쁨: 모든 입장은 RM6을 내야 합니다.

방은 깨끗하고 위생적이었으며, 침구류도 편안했습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 주변에 장사가 잘 안 되는 듯한 가게들이 많았다는 점입니다. 하지만 이 부분을 제외하면 호텔 자체는 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

호텔은 주거 지역 가장자리로 간주되는 야채 시장 맞은편에 있습니다. 기본적으로 서비스가 없습니다. 체크인 시 언어 장벽으로 인해 셀프 서비스 체크인 및 체크아웃이 어렵습니다. 상사에게 전화해서 우편함과 비슷한 캐비닛을 열어달라고 부탁해야 합니다. 숙소상태는 상당히 깨끗하고 위생적이며, 에어컨과 선풍기도 강력하고, 목욕물도 넉넉하고, 수건과 이불도 깨끗합니다. 치약, 칫솔, 슬리퍼도 없습니다. 하지만 정말 저렴하고 비용 효율적입니다! !

좋은 위치, 관광 명소의 중심 위치, 주차장 로비의 엘리베이터는 찾기 쉽지 않습니다 😂, 호텔 아침 식사 위치가 좋고, 태양과 풍경이 있으며, 자율 주행에 매우 적합합니다. 레스토랑 꼭대기에는 전망대가 있습니다. 도시 전체의 아름다운 전망

The stay was really worth the price! The house is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with various amenities. The sea view is absolutely beautiful. it made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The host also provided 4 extra mattresses, which was very helpful since we came as a big group. The air conditioning in every room was cold and worked perfectly, making it very comfortable to sleep. Everything promised in the listing was provided, and all the facilities were in good condition. The location is also strategic, easy to find food and close to many attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a vacation with family or friends while taking in the gorgeous sea view. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and the comfortable home. God willing, we’ll choose this place again next time!
