Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Les différents espaces piscines sont top. Parcours mini golf , billard, beach volley, vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche du centre, à 5mins à pieds. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un très bon service sans avoir à dépenser un budget faramineux.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Exceptional Business Stay at PortBlue Pollentia – A Perfect Balance of Productivity and Relaxation I recently had the pleasure of staying at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa in Alcudia for a business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

We stayed at AluaSun Continental Park for four nights and overall had a very nice stay. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food selection was good — I’d rate it around 8.5/10. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Our first room was close to the elevator and unfortunately very noisy, especially in the mornings because sound really carried through the hallway. After the second night, we were able to change rooms, which we really appreciated. The hotel has clearly been in use for quite some time, and you can notice some signs of wear, for example in the showers and in parts of the rooms. However, this was absolutely fine for us overall. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are soft and comfortable, and considering the price, we felt the hotel offered good value for money. If you are sensitive to noise, we would definitely recommend asking for a room further towards the back of the hotel, away from the elevators and preferably along one of the carpeted corridors, as these areas seemed much quieter. The location is very convenient. The beautiful beach is only about a 6–7 minute walk away, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Lidl is around 3 km away. The hotel does not have its own private parking, but there is quite a lot of free parking available in the surrounding residential streets. Depending on how busy it is, you may have to park a little further away, but even in the worst case it was only around a 5–6 minute walk back to the hotel. The Alcúdia area is also a great base for exploring Mallorca, and we definitely recommend visiting Alcúdia Old Town as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if you are looking for a well-located and reasonably priced base for exploring the north of Mallorca.

“최근 바다 전망 객실에 묵었는데, 꽤 쾌적하고 편안했습니다. 다만, 욕실에는 샤워캡, 헤어 컨디셔너 등 필수 편의시설이 부족하다는 점에 실망했습니다. 수영장 구역에는 휴식을 취할 수 있는 편안한 일광욕용 침대가 있었지만, 하루 종일 시끄러운 음악이 흘러나와서 꽤 방해가 되었습니다. 특히 당신이 뭔가 다른 것을 선호하거나 침묵을 선호할 때 당신을 위해 음악을 선택한다는 것은 인상적이었습니다. 리셉션 서비스는 예외는 아니지만 허용 가능했습니다. 나는 리셉션의 여성들이 더 친절하고 수용적이라는 것을 알았습니다. 아침 식사는 숙박의 하이라이트였으며 다양한 맛있는 옵션을 제공했습니다. 이비자 중심부에 가까워 호텔의 위치는 편리하지만, 호텔이 위치한 거리에는 하층민들의 왕래가 많아 23시 이후에는 불안함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 바다 전망 객실에서는 거리 소음이 들리지 않았지만, 거리를 향한 객실을 예약하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 이중창이 없기 때문에 잠을 이루기가 어렵습니다. 특히 근처의 시끄러운 슈퍼마켓에서 늦은 밤까지 시끄러운 테크노 음악을 틀고 소란스러운 고객들과 함께라면 더욱 그렇습니다. 게다가 식당도 시끄러웠어요. 또한, 이용 가능한 주차 옵션이 제한되어 있습니다. 리셉션에서는 이 문제에 대한 정보를 제공하지 않으며 거리 자체에 주차 공간이 많지 않은 것 같습니다. 이는 자동차를 렌트할 계획이라면 큰 문제가 될 수 있습니다. 요약하자면, 밤낮으로 외출할 계획이 없고 주차가 필요하지 않은 경우가 아니라면 소음과 편안함이 부족하기 때문에 스트리트 뷰 객실은 피하는 것이 좋습니다.”

마요르카의 Hotel Bendinat은 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼는 희귀 보석 중 하나입니다. 수년에 걸쳐 여러 번 여기에 머물렀기 때문에 절제된 럭셔리, 지중해의 매력 및 고요함이 완벽하게 조화를 이루고 있다고 자신있게 말할 수 있습니다. 위치는 단순히 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 팔마 만의 청록색 바다의 멋진 전망과 함께 해안선에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 파도 소리에 눈을 뜨고 바다가 내려다보이는 테라스에서 아침을 먹는 것은 방문할 때마다 기대하는 것입니다. 우뚝 솟은 야자수와 아늑한 라운지 공간이 있는 호텔의 무성한 정원은 완전한 휴식을 취하는 분위기를 조성합니다. 객실은 흰색 벽, 나무 악센트, 자연 채광이 풍부한 대형 창문이 있는 고전적인 지중해 스타일로 우아하게 디자인되었습니다. 그들 중 많은 사람들이 전용 테라스를 갖추고 있어 저녁에 와인 한 잔과 함께 긴장을 풀기에 완벽합니다. 장식은 시대를 초월하지만 호텔은 수년 동안 신선하고 잘 관리된 느낌을 유지할 수 있었습니다. 모든 숙박의 하이라이트 중 하나는 호텔 레스토랑인 Las Terrazas de Bendinat에서 식사하는 것입니다. 바다 바로 옆에 위치한 이 호텔은 섬 최고의 해산물 요리를 제공합니다. 그들의 빠에야와 구운 생선은 꼭 먹어봐야하며 서비스는 항상 따뜻하고 세심합니다. 반짝이는 물과 함께 길고 여유로운 점심을 즐기는 것만큼 좋은 것은 없습니다. 내가 계속 돌아오는 또 다른 이유는 분위기입니다. I came from the airport by bus number 10 to the stop Bar. Fenix AV España 101, and from there I went down the street, literally 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is located on the first coastline, right behind the hotel there is a promenade for walking and the seashore… The girl at the reception quickly processed the paperwork and checked me in. My room was 805, the windows didn't look at the sea, but at the road, and there was no noise from the cars coming. The neighbors were not audible, however, if they spoke loudly in the hallway, it could be heard in the room. But even the conversation of the service personnel in the hallway did not irritate me. But the nicest one was the room cleaner. Unfortunately, she didn't understand English and even if there was a “do not disturb” red card on the door, she still knocked, quickly went into the bathroom and changed my towel and shower accessories 😅 It seemed to me that she did not understand why there was a Red Card hanging on the door 😂. But she cleaned everything so thoroughly that criticism was extremely inappropriate, a very nice woman. Special thanks to the chef. I really liked the breakfasts. Not far from the hotel, literally 30 m walk away, there is a staircase that you can use to get to the castle and to the port, literally 15:20 minutes walk. There are a huge number of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, in a word, I liked everything. P.S. There is one peculiarity: there is a safe in the room. But the key to the safe is at the reception and to pick it up you need to pay for it. I paid 18 € for four days.

We had a lovely short stay here on our first visit to Ibiza. The hotel was in a brilliant location, next to the bus station, Lidl and within easy walking distance of bars, clubs & restaurants. We chose the half board option, and both breakfast & dinner were fabulous, with plenty of choices. The staff were efficient & friendly & we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ibiza!
