기대 이상의 호텔이었고, 직원들이 매우 친절했으며, 모든 문제를 해결해주었고, 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 선택할 수 있는 음식이 무궁무진했습니다. 저녁 식사도 먹었는데 매우 만족스러웠습니다! 최고의 청소와 바다가 보이는 객실, 모든 것에 정말 감사드립니다!!! 꼭 다시 올게요

We had a lovely stay, we checked in late and that was no problem and on the last day they let us keep our luggage in locked storage whilst we enjoyed the beach. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was big and fresh, the toilet and shower was amazing, kettle and tv also there, lovely window to hear beach sounds at night. Perfect location. Cleaners very thorough, reception very friendly! Practically as coastal as you can get, less than a minute to get to the beach!

“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

Absolutely loved our short stay at the hotel. The room was perfect and had an incredible panoramic view. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back again, but for a longer stay.

매우 좋은 경험, 편안한 침대, 모든 것이 깨끗하고 음식이 맛있습니다. 인터넷 신호가 잘 닿지 않는 것이 유일한 문제였습니다. 저는 9층에 있었고 방의 모든 것이 이상적이었지만 연결하고 싶었을 때 연결이 어려웠습니다. 전화와 텔레비전이 신호를 잡아야 하고, 인터넷 신호가 유일한 불만이에요.

장점이 정말 많아요. 해변이 너무 편리하고 호텔 앞에서 걸어서 3~4분 거리에 있고, Spar, Eroski City, Lidl, Rossmann 같은 슈퍼마켓이 호텔 뒤편으로 걸어서 5분 거리에 있어요. 오전 7시부터 10시까지 제공되는 아침 식사는 맛있고 음식도 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 아침 식사 후에는 레스토랑에서 상큼한 레모네이드와 커피를 마음껏 즐기실 수 있어요. 아래층에는 시설이 잘 갖춰진 헬스장이 있고, 옥상에는 작은 수영장도 있어요. 밤에는 아주 조용했고, 불을 끄고 나면 은은한 불빛이 나와서 빛에 민감한 분들에게 안성맞춤이었어요. 객실 에어컨은 시원했는데, 저는 보통 끄곤 해요. 바깥 기온이 35도인데도 방은 시원했어요. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 샤워젤, 핸드솝, 핸드&바디로션 등 세면도구도 아주 완벽했어요. 모두 최고급이었고 향도 좋았어요. 침대도 아주 좋았어요. 너무 푹신한 침대는 허리가 아파서 견딜 수가 없는데, 이 호텔 침대는 정말 최고였어요. 베개는 세 가지 종류나 있었어요. 뜨거운 물도 잘 나왔고, 샤워도 편안했어요. 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않는다는 다른 사람들의 말과는 달랐죠. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 어떤 사람들이 말했듯이 무례하지 않았어요. 프런트 데스크(오스카는 정말 친절해서 7일째 체크아웃할 때 다시 봤어요), 청소 직원, 레스토랑 직원(매일 아침 설거지를 해주는 어르신이 정말 친절하셨어요)까지, 7일 6박 동안 만난 모든 직원에게 만점을 주고 싶어요! TV 아래 수납장은 살짝 밀면 열리고 컵, 금고, 미니 냉장고가 나옵니다. 옷장 서랍에는 헤어드라이어와 큰 비닐봉지가 있어요. 제가 단점을 지적해야 한다면 다음과 같습니다. 1. 중국 호텔들을 본받아서 객실 청소가 안 됐을 때 생수 두 병은 제공해야 합니다. 환경적인 이유로 6박 동안 청소는 두 번만 요청했습니다. 첫날에는 작은 생수 두 병만 제공되었습니다. 6박을 따로 예약했다면 6병짜리 생수 두 병을 받았을까요? 1박에 300유로짜리 호텔인데 생수는 아예 제공조차 하지 않았습니다. 2. 화장지가 너무 얇아서 한 장도 없었습니다. 3. 변기 근처에 변기솔이 없어서 매우 불편했습니다.

Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

Das BG Pamplona liegt in der zweiten Reihe an der Playa de Palma. Der Strand ist in vier Gehminuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich hatte über Trip ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und ein großes Familienzimmer bekommen. Im Fernsehen sind sehr viele deutsche private und öffentlich-rechtliche Programme zu empfangen. Ich hatte nur Frühstück, das ist ok. Roher S*****en, der in spanischen 4 Sterne-Häusern grundsätzlich üblich ist, gibt es allerdings nicht, auch keine Schoko-Creme.

재앙이 있었고, 거의 모든 것이 실패했습니다. 아침과 밤에 열쇠가 작동하지 않았고 그들은 그것을 바꾸지 않았기 때문에 나는 그것이 야기하는 모든 단점을 가지고 다른 곳에서 잠을 자야했습니다. 아침에는 자신의 입장을 요구하고 변명없이 나쁜 얼굴에 새로운 열쇠를 주면 올라가고 뜨거운 물이 없습니다. 샤워없이 일하고 있었기 때문에 늦었고 열쇠를 돌려서 불평하기 위해 떨어졌습니다. 변명과 하나 우리는 매우 차갑습니다. (마치 내 잘못인 듯) 그리고 작별인사를 하라

훌륭한 호텔! 공항은 멀지 않습니다. 내 비행기는 36시간의 기착이 있었기 때문에 호텔의 위치가 중요했습니다. 비행기가 연착되어 자정이 넘어서 호텔에 도착했기 때문에 24시간 프런트 데스크가 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 야채, 과일은 다양합니다. 수영장이 있고 해변도 멀지 않습니다. 방은 크고 넓고 깨끗합니다!
