캐나다 퀘벡 소재 비치 호텔

Everything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.  At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby. I also lost a necklace and although I never found it, the hotel staff was empathetic and made every effort to locate it and communicated effectively with me.

객실에는 주방 시설이 갖추어져 있으며, 대형 침대 외에 성인 4명이 잘 수 있는 소파 베드도 마련되어 있습니다. 아침 식사에는 우유, 오트밀, 요거트, 커피, 차, 해시 브라운, 소시지, 미트 로프, 스크램블 에그, 토스트, 베이글, 봉지 완숙 계란, 다양한 과일, 잼, 버터 치즈 등 다양한 종류가 있습니다. 단풍철에는 빌라 주변 풍경이 정말 아름답습니다.

그런 비싼 호텔은 주차장을 제공하지 않습니다. 주차비는 하루 $35입니다. 레스토랑은 좋지 않습니다. 가리비 리조또에는 가리비 세 개만 있고 쌀 세 입에 32 캐나다 달러입니다. 다른 건 다 괜찮아

7/8/10號房間是地下室，恰好給到了7號房間…… 房間又小又悶，潮濕不通氣，也沒有服務😂 不到4pm不能進，提前到了一個小時被關在門外，酒店大廳都進不去，被迫等到4pm以後～

這家是離翠湖山莊僅3公里的沿湖而建的度假酒店，全實木結構，客房衞生不錯，有爐具和餐具，方便可以做飯。房間正對秋色正濃的風景，客户在入住期間可以免費像酒店租用獨木舟、腳踏船等水上遊樂設施，一家人玩得非常開心。入住期間出現了小問題：入住後酒店説查不到我們的訂單，經過攜程客服的協調，處理好了問題，非常感謝攜程的熱心服務，點贊！！！

직원들은 매우 세심하고 무엇보다도 자전거를 이용할 수 있습니다! 거동이 불편한 사람이나 무거운 수하물을 가진 사람들에게 주의를 기울이면 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 rdc를 요청해야 합니다.

Wow quelle belle place. Très propre et avec une vue magnifique. Beaucoup de chose accessible à pied, le seul petit hic à mon avis, est la piscine qui ferme à 19h00.

Pls note we went to this Hotel for a long weekend gateway with another couple. The check in process was easy and friendly. On our way to our rooms we noticed the corridors could have used some vacuuming, not a great first impression. Our room smelled musty and could do either an update, there was no safe in the room so we carried our valuables with us. The bathroom towels looked really uninviting in a greyish hue that once was white. The hard mini container shower gel was impossible to get out. The grounds and outdoor facilities were great, we used the pool and the Kayak on the lake. We also had a wedding party next door that kept us up till the wee hours, not very considerate at all.
