Lovely place where you have an amazing view from your window I always stay here when we visit Campbell River

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

Subject: Formal Complaint – Front Desk Service and Room Noise. I am very disappointed with the service I have received during my stay at your hotel. Firstly, the noise coming from nearby rooms has made it extremely difficult for me to rest. I approached the front desk to request a room change, as the disturbance was unacceptable. However, the staff member at the desk was unhelpful and informed me that nothing could be done. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and she did not make any effort to resolve my concerns or offer alternatives. I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly. As a paying guest, I believe I deserve both a comfortable room and professional service from your staff. Unfortunately, I have experienced neither. I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly. Sincerely,SURINDER KUMAR STAY DATE 29 August 2025 to 30 August 2025

We had king room for a long weekend vacation and got upgraded to the tent. Muyzz was super helpful and friendly in assisting us with checking in and everything. Tubird restaurant was surprisingly good. I highly recommend the bacon and egg croissant.

Need to line up for checking in- But good thing the female receptionist is fast. I wasn’t able to find the gym. Reception is not answering calls. They don’t offer breakfast. No face tissue inside the room. No dringking water. Don’t expect too much. Otherwise, not bad as we are just there for a night.
