My stay was amazing except that the pool wasn’t ready to jump in . It had a sign on the pool door that it wood be open in May but did not have a date on when it would be available to enjoy. Other than that Hyatt place was amazing I would come back again. I do recommend.

나는 위치가 훌륭하다고 생각했다. 시내는 상대적으로 느리게 움직이지 만 도시의 다른 지역으로 쉽게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 객실은 비교적 기본적이며 업데이트 된 욕실과 그렇지 않은 욕실을 경험해야합니다. 체육관은 매우 황량하고 수영장은 더욱 좋습니다. 직원이 때리거나 놓치게됩니다. 어떤 사람들은 친절하고 세심했고 다른 사람들은 그렇지 않았습니다. 확실히 공사가 진행되어 호텔 전체에서 발생하는 소리가납니다. 그 외에는 말할 것도 없습니다. 부정적이거나 긍정적인 방법으로 눈에 띄는 것은 없습니다.

The cleanest room and bathroom we remember being in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious . Great location walking distance to the center of town.

Sandia is a beautiful hotel, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Trip.com for providing such a great rate for my husband and I to be able to stay at this hotel for the first time. The whole experience there was wonderful!

This is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels.

The lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.

Sage in에서의 우리의 체류는 훌륭했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 체크인, 체크아웃 및 추가 질문에 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 구내에 위치한 레스토랑과 바는 훌륭합니다. 그리고 호텔에서 5-minute 도보 (Vinaigrette)에 관한 훌륭한 샐러드 장소가 있습니다. 토요일에도 농민 시장까지 10 분 걸을 수있었습니다! 위치는 훌륭하고 산타 페에서해야 할 모든 것에 가깝습니다.

호텔에는 조식이 없지만 멕시칸 레스토랑에 1분정도 걸어가서 시식도 가능해요 OK! 호텔은 고대 도시에서 멀지 않아 차로 10분 이상 걸립니다! 모텔처럼 방 밖에 주차할 수 있어요!

리리뷰어A shower is not simply a shower for me. A shower is a way of acclimating myself to the lucidity required to engage in everyday life. It is a way to mentally and physically prepare myself for whatever may lie ahead for me for the day. It's a routine that borders on a spiritual ritual to allow myself to function in the world at my maximum potential.
I am not exaggerating, then, when I say my shower at The Inn and Spa at Loretto was one of the most uncomfortable experiences in my life.
I awoke early in the morning in eager anticipation to enjoy everything Santa Fe has to offer, and as I watched the sun rise over the Sangre de Christo Mountains, marveling at the beauty of the New Mexico sunrise. All that was left for me was to take my shower and prepare for the day. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened next.
I stepped into the bathroom and made my way over to the shower, and turned the knob as I always would to roughly halfway to initiate the process. As I anxiously waited to begin my shower routine, the bathroom quickly filled with steam. After the cool morning air this felt nice at first, but of course I didn't want to scald myself! I turned the faucet back towards the cool side as I stepped into the shower, expecting that I understood where I would reach a ”warm” temperature. Within seconds I was blasted with ice cold water as if straight from a glacier. Pain shot up my spine to my neck as the icy water rained upon me, and I reflexively turned the knob back towards the hot side, thinking I surely had found the ”happy medium”. Within moments I was engulfed in red hot water that felt as if it had just been boiled in a tea pot across my face and neck, stunning me yet again. Frustrated, I moved the shower head directly to the floor, spraying my feet with the same steaming water. I then carefully moved the faucet, one centimeter at a time towards the cold side, gauging the point at which the water would begin to cool. Amazingly, there was no change. After 10 or so careful movements of the knob, the water began to cool, to my great relief. However, within moments the ice cold water returned, once again sending shivers up my spine. After more experimentation and constant discomfort, it became clear that there were only two options for this shower: burning hot or ice cold. The rest of my shower was spent doing a horrible dance of moving between excessively hot and cold water, moving my body out of the water frequently to minimize the pain. I ultimately managed to do the bare minimum necessary to get myself clean, with the chance of a relaxing and revitalizing experience clearly being out of the question.
This is not how I would want anyone to start their day, and I feel this should be unacceptable for a hotel with the stature and reputation of The Inn and Spa at Loretto. While the rest of my experience there was quite nice, this shower left me with an awful feeling for much of my day. I hope they are able to ensure that future guests do not have to go through an experience like this.

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

리리뷰어우리는 KING 방을 예약하고 비용을 지불하고 확인을 받았습니다. 체크인하고 우리 방에 간 후에야 우리는 그것이 2 개의 더블 침대라는 것을 알았습니다. 남편이 스위치룸으로 갔을 때 책상에 있던 한 사람이 왕이 모두 예약되었다고 말했고 책상에 있던 다른 사람은 리모델링이 있고 킹침대가 없다고 말했습니다. 어느 것이 사실인지 모르겠습니다. 분명히 그들은 우리를 돕는 데 전혀 관심이 없었고 우리가 이미 모든 수하물을 내리었기 때문에 우리는 어쨌든 거기에 머물 렀습니다. 당신이 예약하는 것이 당신이 얻는 것과 시설에서 아닐 수 있으며 어디에도 설명되지 않았을 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어We had a wonderful stay at the El Monte Sagrado hotel. We had mistakenly booked an accessible room, and wanted a tub in our room. Amy at the front desk was extremely helpful, and switched us into another room, brought us new keys and escorted us to a room with a wonderful tub. We were there on the last night of our honeymoon, and the staff added wonderful little perks and touches to make our honeymoon extra special. When it started raining, the valet staff had complimentary umbrellas on hand for our trip into town. In short, The El Monte Sagrado is a wonderful place with great service!

호텔 근처에는 많지 않지만 주요 도로에 쉽게 접근 할 수 있습니다.
내가 체크인했을 때 나는 내 뒤에 많은 사람들이 있었는지 ...처럼 그 과정을 서두르고 있었지만 나만이 아니었으므로 프론트 데스크가 왜 그렇게 서두르는지 확실하지 않습니다. 또한 프론트 데스크에서 금고를 사용하고 싶었지만 두 번째 열쇠가 없어서 귀중품을 관리자 사무실에 두었으므로 다음날과 완전히 같지 않아 직원이 귀중품이 어디에 있는지 알고 있었기 때문에 약간 바빴습니다. 결국 모든 것이 잘되었습니다.

Room was spacious and bathroom appeared to be updated though wallpaper was pealing. Nice touch: most lights on dimmers! Refrigerator was missing temp control knob and in need if defrosting. Most of our items froze within 24 hours. Our workout in fitness center was interrupted by a mechanical mishap that filled the room with smoke!. Luggage racks only for use by bellhops so bring some currency to tip! No EV charger in garage.
