Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

리버풀에서 묵었던 곳 중 최고는 아니었습니다. 장점은 방이 깨끗했고 호텔 위치가 훌륭했습니다. 반면에 방은 매우 작고, 샤워 문이 새고, 에어컨 장치가 매우 시끄러웠습니다(장치에서 공기가 거품을 내는 것처럼 들렸습니다). 소음을 보고했더니 모든 방에서 같은 소리가 난다고 했습니다. 호텔에서 식사를 하지 않았기 때문에 음식에 대해서는 말씀드릴 수 없습니다.

경기 전날 호텔 가격이 매우 비쌉니다. 미리 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 앨버트 독이 바로 앞에 있고, 대형 버스 정류장도 바로 옆에 있습니다. 경기 전후에 안필드로 직행하는 926번과 927번 버스가 있어서 오가기가 매우 편리합니다. 바로 이 이유 때문에 앞으로 이 호텔을 꼭 예약할 것입니다. 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 냄새나 시설에 문제가 있으면 방 변경 요청을 하면 응대해 줍니다. 경기 당일 방이 꽉 차서 방을 업그레이드하지 않고 바에서 음료 두 잔을 주었습니다. 유일한 단점은 침대 머리판의 가죽 냄새가 약간 강하다는 것입니다. 아마도 머리가 침대 머리판에 비벼지는 냄새 때문일 것입니다. 모든 방에서 마찬가지입니다. 머리를 거꾸로 하고 자야 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 냄새를 제거할 수 있다면 더 좋을 것입니다.

하지만: 1. 샤워실 물 조절에 문제가 있습니다. 2. 욕실 수도꼭지에서 물이 빠지지 않습니다. 3. 침대에서 TV를 보기 불편한 위치에 있어서 다른 방법이 없습니다. 4. 비누나 스펀지가 없어서 설거지를 할 수 없습니다. 5. 6층에서 세탁을 하면 건조기 하나가 작동하지 않고, 건조기에서 물을 빼낼 수 있는 수도꼭지도 없습니다. 6. 창문 방음이 효과적이지 않습니다. 7. 호텔 리셉션 직원인 필리핀 출신 마리안은 훌륭했지만, 다른 리셉션 직원도 마찬가지였습니다. 8. 만난 다른 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 9. 다시 방문할 예정입니다. 사소한 거부 사항들이 해결되기를 바랍니다. 자미 벤 초린 606호

호텔은 라임 스트리트 역 바로 길 건너편에 있어서 도보로 1분 정도면 갈 수 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 제가 묵었던 방은 유난히 더워서 선풍기를 요청했는데, 침대 옆에 콘센트가 없어서 큰 영향을 주지 못했습니다. 에어컨은 외부 온도에 연동되어 있어서 방 온도를 낮추는 데는 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 주변 소음과 교통 소음이 심해서 새벽까지 꽤 시끄러웠습니다. 음식은 맛있었지만 가격이 좀 비싼 편이었고, 아침 식사에 신선한 과일이 많지 않았습니다. 헬스장은 넓었지만 러닝 머신이 하나밖에 없었습니다. 방이 너무 더워서 다시 묵고 싶지는 않습니다. 호텔 규모도 적당했고 엘리베이터도 빠르고 직원들도 친절했습니다.

As a massive Beatles fan we were really looking forward to staying as we were in town for a gig. Front desk staff were fantastic and really helpful! No complaints with them at all. The room was really big however was missing its basic necessities like a bin and toilet brush. The pillows and bed were generally quite uncomfortable. It was so noisy at night. Great location with being next to the cavern club however that meant the bars keep you up until stupid o clock I think it finally went quiet around 3am. The next morning I was shocked to see the state of the duvet we had been sleeping with. Overall a great location with great Beatles connection.

이번에 리버풀에 왔을 때 이 호텔에서 3일간 묵었습니다. 위생적인 측면에서 보면 베갯잇, 시트, 목욕 수건 모두 더러운 얼룩과 노란 반점이 있었습니다. 5성급 호텔과는 정말 어울리지 않았습니다(물론 요청하면 즉시 교체해 줬지만). 둘째, 웨이터가 방을 청소한 후 수건을 방에 두고 가는 일이 일어났습니다. 우리는 사과도 하지 않고 수건을 돌려주고 가져갔습니다. 해외에 갈 때는 시트와 베갯잇을 직접 가져가는 것이 좋습니다. 5성급 호텔의 품질을 보면 많은 품목의 청소 또는 허용 기준이 표준에 미치지 못함을 알 수 있습니다. 하지만 u1s1 호텔 로비의 식사 환경은 매우 아름답고 로비의 서비스와 태도는 매우 좋습니다. 잘

나는 최근에 리버풀의 베스트 웨스턴에 머물렀고 정말 좋은 경험을했습니다. 직원들은 내가 도착한 순간부터 환영하고 도움이되었고 체크인은 빠르고 쉬웠습니다. 내 방은 깨끗하고 편안했으며 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 위치는 완벽했고 도심과 가까워서 리버풀의 주요 명소를 쉽게 탐험할 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하고 맛있었고 전반적으로 호텔은 돈을 위해 큰 가치처럼 느껴졌습니다. 나는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것이다.

길 건너편에 종일 주차장이 있는데 요금은 8파운드입니다. 당일 자정까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 심야 주차 시에는 8파운드가 추가되며, 동전만 사용 가능합니다. 경찰이 한밤중에 나와서 주차 위반 딱지를 발부하는데, 정말 꼼꼼합니다.

SSqrz_96Great stay at the Knowsley. The staff were friendly and there is parking which is a bonus. The rooms were generally clean but the dining area could have been cleaner - some crockery needed re-cleaning. The fire alarm went off mid way through the night but was quickly dealt with. The breakfast was OK - a good selection of food but the ingredients were of low quality and quite greasy. I'd stay here again however but would go elsewhere for breakfast.

KKennedy83Firstly the bad points- *The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked, *The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018. *tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms. *There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it. I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3. Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us The upsides were- *Staff were pleasant, *breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for, *hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe. * . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

리리뷰어우리는 크림 필드 전날 밤에 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 좋은 점부터 시작하겠습니다 .. 직원 10/10 매우 도움이되고 매우 좋은 고객 서비스 기술 .. 청결은 최고 수준이었고 아침 식사는 풍부했으며 침실의 매트리스는 실제로 내가 머물렀던 가장 편안한 호텔 매트리스 중 하나였으며 축제 전에 멋진 밤 휴식을 취할 것이라고 생각했지만 나쁜 포인트. 우리는 우리 인생에서 최악의 밤잠을 잤습니다. 우리 방은 길을 향하고 있었습니다. 이제 이 길은 밤새도록 분주합니다. 그것은 논스톱입니다. 모든 자동차, 모든 트럭, 모든 오토바이, 모든 경적, 모든 엔진이 밤새도록 스케치하는 소리를들을 수 있습니다! 우리는 간신히 윙크를 잤다!! 우리는 다음날 산산조각이 났습니다. 우리는 직원에게 매니저가 우리가 예약한 앱을 통과하라고 말했고 그들이 우리에게 문제에 대해 무료 아침 식사를 제공했기 때문에 20%를 돌려받을 수 있지만 우리는 이미 하나를 샀다고 말했습니다. 매니저와 접수원은 너무 사랑스러웠습니다. 그들은 이것이 문제라는 것을 알고 있으며이 문제를 해결하기 위해 회사에서 무언가를 구현하려고 노력하고 있습니다. 불행히도 문제가 해결될 때까지 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것이며 소음을 줄이기 위해 세 개의 유리창을 얻었습니다. 그렇지 않으면 소음 문제 없이 다른 호텔을 예약하여 숙면을 취할 수 있습니다. .

JJanieLizNegative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

리리뷰어When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this
