Excellent location by the waterfront & walkable into town. Lovely room with small kitchen & huge walk in shower. Reception area very welcoming &
nice sofas to sit on with huge windows. The free breakfast was excellent with everything you wanted. Staff were so friendly & nothing was too much trouble as it was very busy, being a weekend & difficult at times to find a table & food had to be replenished often. However the staff were always courteous & kept very busy clearing tables & topping up food.,

깨끗한 호텔과 센터에 접근 가능. 옥상을 예약하려는 경우 더블룸이 발코니에서 그렇게 멋진 전망이 아니었기 때문에 스위트룸인지 확인하십시오. 아침 식사 공간의 친절한 직원과 2024년 7월 10일(수요일) 15:00에 우리를 도와주는 안내원에게 그는 접근하기 쉽고 수용 적입니다. 나는 그의 이름을 잊어버렸고 문신이 있습니다. 그러나 약간 실망했습니다. 서둘러서만 먹을 수 있는 유럽식 아침 식사. 그러나 따뜻한 아침 식사를 위해 메뉴에서 주문해야하며 준비하고 당신을 위해 봉사하는 시간입니다. 모든 것이 준비되고 호텔 손님이 스스로 얻을 수 있다고 제안합니다. 두 번째는 2024년 7월 11일 오후 12시 30분 교대 근무하는 접수원이 그렇게 좋지 않았습니다. 2명의 여성 접수원입니다. 나는 그녀에게 열쇠를 건네주고 그녀는 단지 감사하다고 말했습니다. 다른 여성은 인사 없이 우리를 쳐다본다. 프론트 데스크 접수 원은 수용해야합니다. 모든 호텔 서비스 직원에게 표준이어야합니다. 접수원은 귀하의 비즈니스를 홍보하는 앞의 사람입니다. 제 생각에 할리아드일 뿐이므로 그들에게 알려주는 것이 더 낫다고 생각합니다.

Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

멋진 테마의 좋은 호텔. 아침 식사는 좋으며 놓치지 마세요. 접수 원은 도움이되고 전문적입니다. 이 호텔은 라임 스트리트 역(Lime Street Station)에서 몇 걸음 거리에 있으며 세인트 존 몰(St. John Mall)과 리버풀 원(Liverpool One)에서도 가깝습니다.

직원들은 친절하고 효율적입니다. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 메인 스트리트와 크리스마스 마켓의 멋진 전망을 감상하실 수 있습니다.
리버풀 라임 스트리트(Liverpool Lime St) 역 바로 옆의 훌륭한 위치.
오후 3시까지 방이 준비되지 않았기 때문에 오후 2시 이후 레스토랑에서 늦은 점심을 먹었습니다. 우리는 점심 메뉴를 더 이상 이용할 수 없다는 말을 듣고 실제로 ”오후 5시부터”라고 적힌 저녁 메뉴에서 주문해야 했습니다.
음식의 질과 서비스는 모두 좋았지만 저녁 메뉴의 선택도 매우 제한적이었습니다.

It’s presented as a Marriott hotel but it’s not up to the Marriott standards. Rooms are really outdated. Service is ok.
It needs a renovation.

SSqrz_96Great stay at the Knowsley. The staff were friendly and there is parking which is a bonus. The rooms were generally clean but the dining area could have been cleaner - some crockery needed re-cleaning. The fire alarm went off mid way through the night but was quickly dealt with. The breakfast was OK - a good selection of food but the ingredients were of low quality and quite greasy. I'd stay here again however but would go elsewhere for breakfast.

*The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked,
*The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018.
*tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms.
*There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it.
I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3.
Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us
The upsides were-
*Staff were pleasant,
*breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for,
*hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe.
* . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

GGareth WiddowsonNice hotel with big rooms. I was on the front and the music \ people enjoying a night out in the nearby bars was loud at night until 4\5am... Luckily I can sleep through it but it wouldn't have been good for a light sleeper.

RRondo(HK)아델피 호텔의 객실과 로비는 오래되었지만 매우 화려하고 얼핏 보면 3성급 호텔처럼 보이지 않습니다. 합리적인 가격에 조식이 포함된 더블룸입니다. 라임스트리트 기차역과 가깝고 중앙에 위치해 있어 기차역 근처에 세인트존 쇼핑센터, 박물관, 극장을 방문할 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 나와 차이나타운 메인 스트리트 방향으로 왼쪽으로 걸어가면 베트남 음식점, 중국 음식점, 홍콩식 찻집, 푸드코트 등이 있습니다. 호텔 정문으로 나가면 부두 관광지역으로 바로 갈 수 있어 매우 편리합니다. 마지막으로, 호텔은 3성급이므로 객실 시설에 대해 너무 많은 기대는 하지 마세요. 하지만 1박 또는 2박에는 꽤 적합합니다.

Please make the carpark cheaper for motorbikes as they are using less space, but we were great full that it was safe. Totally recommend & would use again. Thanks 😊

NNormanWhenever I stay in Liverpool I always stay in the Hope Street Hotel. Having tried alternatives, it is by far the best, and the best value for money. The rooms are to a high standard, the food excellent and the service of high quality. There is nothing to fault.

CCharlesI personally found the hotel exactly as described on it's website! I shared one of their deluxe twin rooms with a friend and it was way bigger and more comfortable than most I've stayed in! No complaints whatsover! All the Beatles pics and memorabilia was exactly as stated and was a great supplement to a great hotel in my opinion as a big Beatles fan! The fact that it's so close to the Cavern Club, and therfore is situated right at the heart of Liverpools ”Musical” centre, and ”elelectic” atmospheric nightlife, was exactly what I was looking for! But round the corner, back into the hotel and it was back to a quiet, chilled atmosphere! Best of both worlds! Live music in a cool bar at weekend nights, delicious buffet breakfast, pretty much with everything you would want! Can't complain one single bit! That was my experience honestly! Quick, simple checking and check out! Cannot understand the negative reviews I read before I booked, which admittedly nearly put me off booking! All I can say say is, either those negative reviews were unusual or by very fussy people, or exceptional in the extreme! 10 out of 10! Keep it up all you staff in the hotel! You are the one's who make it work so well! Chic Canning, Motherwell, near Glasgow !

DDavidHanyilmazLovely big rooms, however can get cold due to this. However could have been a fault of our own as we didn’t alter the thermostat. Bathroom was nice but if you have the option don’t choose a bath in the room and the shower is not the best. I have stayed here previously in a shower room and they are superior. We missed out on the spa if you want to go you now have to pre book which we weren’t informed about potentially Trip.com’s fault and not the hotel.
