호텔 엔칸토 데 라스크루시스 - 헤리티지 호텔 앤드 리조트(Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces)

We have stayed here probably 100 times, always reserve with pets and quoted appropriately. Our stay is after 12 hours of driving and consist of sleep and taking our well behaved pug to the potty area. We leave by 4 am to finish our drive. THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL 75 dollars pet fee upon checking in. That will be our last stay there. At least inspect it when we leave and cancel the pet fee!

Gorgeous property, especially the stunning pool and surrounding area. Wish that my room would have had a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was not included which was disappointing.

The hospitality from everyone at the front desk exceeded my expectations. They were all friendly and very helpful. When I asked how to get to a store, they immediately printed out a map for me. When I asked the security guard where the ice machine was, instead of merely telling me where it was, he came up to my floor with me and took me to it. It was very reassuring to see him (same security guard) out in the parking lot at 10:00 p.m. checking every car with his flashlight. I really liked being able to request a fridge and microwave. They brought one up to the room within minutes after I checked in. It's so nice to be able to enjoy a stay at an upscale hotel that is so pet friendly! I will definitely stay there again. The only downside was the traffic noise from Telshore and the interstate.

Second stay. Located close to hospital, mall, Target, restaurants. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi. You get good pictures with the palm trees, really pretty. It would be great if they would offer poolside food and drink service in the summer. Tried the restaurant last trip, it was good. Did not try the breakfast because the hours were unclear. The rooms and bathrooms could be upgraded. Rooms are clean and a good size.

As always, the hotel was wonderful in their service and their amenities. I like their summer menu better than the winter one though.

The overall experience was good. The room was clean but we had to have someone come up and fix a lamp. The text thing did not work, had to ask a person. Was very surprised that there was no fridge. Also, no booklet about the hotel and its amenities. Don't think we will be going back.

Great stay. Other than hearing everything! You could hear cars and sirens all night from the street. And people knocking on doors. And housekeeping vacuuming. The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were nice. But terrible lighting! The rooms were extremely dark!

Great hotel and staff ! Only issue we had was with one of the restaurants being a little slow to hwt our food but overall great stay 👌

Well-kept property and rooms. Courtyard and grounds were exceptional. Loved the ambience of entire property. A great experience. The staff, dining facilities and lounge were excellent.
