바 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 센트럴 비사야 호텔

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

보홀은 헤난 계열이 좋대서 타왈라에 묵었습니다 위치도 좋고 가성비도 좋았어요! 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 필요한 거 있으면 바로 챙겨주심👍 조식은 딱히 이렇다 할 맛은 아니고 걍 포함되어있어서 먹기는 했는데 쏘쏘... 날마다 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀝니당 조식 먹을때 있는 아아가 젤 조았음😀 객실도 깨끗하고 걱정했던 개미 같은거는 욕실에서 한두마리 봤음 첫날에 개큰 모기 잡았는데 그 뒤론 없었어요 (일부 가족들은 저층 이였는데 벌레 많이 나왔다고 함) 방 위치 따라 좀 다른데 제가 묵은 방은 주택가 방향이라 밤새 오토바이 소리랑 개 짖는 소리, 사람들 소리에 새벽에 잠들려고 하면 깼었음😭 (남편은 잘 잠ㅠ) 아무튼 호텔 위치도 딱 번화가여서 어디가기 좋았고 편안해서 좋았습니다! 만족만족!ㅎㅎㅎ

이번 숙박 경험은 정말 기대 이상이었어요. 3박 내내 호텔 밖으로 나가지 않았는데, 정말 나가고 싶지 않을 정도였습니다~! 호텔의 모든 직원분들이 너무나 친절하고 세심하게 배려해주셔서 서비스 태도가 정말 좋았고, 머무는 내내 너무 편안했어요. 룸서비스도 응답이 빨라 어떤 요청이든 신속하게 처리해 주셨습니다. 레스토랑 서비스는 더욱 세심했습니다. 아침이든 저녁이든 식사하러 가면 직원분들이 먼저 커피나 다른 음료를 드릴지 세심하게 물어봐 주셨고, 커피는 무료로 제공되는 경우가 많아 정말 감동적인 디테일이었어요. 조식으로 망고스틴과 망고가 무제한 제공되어 과일을 마음껏 먹을 수 있어 너무 만족스러웠습니다! 토요일과 일요일 조식은 종류도 풍부하고 맛도 좋았고, 월요일은 상대적으로 조금 부족했지만 전체적으로는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 전반적인 경험이 최고였어요. 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다!

저희는 코론 섬, 세부 섬, 팔라완을 거쳐 매우 험난한 여정을 거쳐 늦은 오후에 이 호텔에 도착했습니다. 삼륜차를 직접 운전해서 왔죠. 호텔 직원들이 매우 친절하게 맞아주었고, 피곤했던 저희는 서둘러 체크인을 했습니다. 체크인 후 리셉션 직원에게 식사할 곳을 추천해달라고 했는데, 마침 그때 통신이 안 되는 상황이라 직원분이 호텔 셔틀로 이탈리아인이 운영하는 레스토랑까지 데려다주고, 그곳에서 정통 이탈리아식 화덕 피자를 먹는 동안 기다려주겠다고 해서 정말 기뻤습니다. 다음 날 아침, 호텔에서는 푸짐하고 맛있는 아침 식사를 준비해 주었습니다. (호텔은 오전 8시부터 10시까지 유럽식 4가지와 필리핀식 4가지 정도의 메뉴를 제공합니다.) 아침 식사 후 보니 호텔에 다른 투숙객이 아무도 없었습니다. 확인해 보니 전날 태풍이 몰아쳐서 세부에서 오는 페리 운항이 취소되었기 때문에 저희밖에 없었던 것이었습니다. 남편과 저는 이 호텔에서 잊지 못할 5일을 보냈습니다. 혼다 클릭을 하루 500페소에 렌트해서 팔라완과 보홀의 명소들을 둘러봤습니다. 직원들은 모든 요청에 ​​신속하게 응대해 주었습니다. 객실에서 와이파이가 작동하지 않는 사소한 문제가 있었지만, 객실 밖에서는 연결이 아주 잘 되었습니다. 이 문제는 금방 해결되었습니다. 객실은 아늑했고, 에어컨과 대형 천장 선풍기, 냉장고, 차와 커피를 끓일 수 있는 시설, 그리고 음료수와 맥주가 채워진 미니바가 갖춰져 있었습니다. 욕실에는 세면도구, 샴푸, 샤워젤, 헤어드라이어가 비치되어 있었습니다. 호텔 부지에는 만개한 바나나 야자수로 둘러싸인 아름다운 수영장과 산책하기 좋은 푸른 잔디밭이 있었습니다. 떠날 때 도시락을 준비해 달라고 요청했는데, 페리에서 깔끔하게 포장된 도시락통을 열어보니 마치 아침 식사처럼 푸짐한 음식이 들어 있었습니다. 정말 맛있고 즐거운 식사였습니다. 호텔과의 연락도 신속하고 친절하게 이루어졌습니다. 호텔 주인분께 훌륭한 서비스를 제공해주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다. 또한, 저희를 도와주신 모든 직원분들께도 깊은 감사를 전합니다. 멋진 호텔에서 잊지 못할 5일을 보냈습니다.

왜 신용카드로 결제한 디파짓이 4주가 넘도록 취소처리가 안되는 건지? 일처리가 왜 이런건지?!!??? 이해할 수 없고 떼먹을 목적이라면 가만 안둘꺼야 . 뭐 대단한 호텔이라고 2000페소나 디파짓 받는지 모르겠지만 내 돈 빨리 돌려내라. 체크아웃에 아무 문제없이 리펀된다고 해두고 아직 취소처리가 안된건 분명이 문제가 있다. 어영부영 외국인 관광객 등처먹을 요량이라면 한국인을 잘못봤군 ^^.. 11월까지 취소처리 안되면 11월에 다시 세부갈 예정인데 직접 찾아갈꺼야. I can’t understand why the deposit I paid by credit card hasn’t been refunded even after more than four weeks. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable. If this is an attempt to withhold my money, I will not stay silent. I don’t understand why such a large deposit of 2,000 pesos was even required in the first place, especially when I checked out with no issues and was told the refund would be processed immediately. It’s clear there’s a serious problem here. If this is an attempt to take advantage of foreign tourists, you’ve chosen the wrong person. If the refund is not processed by November, I will be visiting Cebu again — and I will come to the hotel in person to resolve this matter directly. Please handle this refund immediately.

호텔은 막탄 뉴타운 중심부에 위치해 있어 주변 상권이 아주 좋고, 레스토랑과 쇼핑 시설도 매우 편리합니다! 호텔 서비스는 친절하고, 위생 상태도 깨끗하며, 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다! 인기가 많아 투숙객이 많아서 체크인과 아침 식사 시 줄을 서야 했습니다!

세부여행 마지막 숙소는 필리에서 3박을 하였습니다. 잔체적으로 청결하고 로비나 침실도 넓고 특히 욕실도 최상 이었습니다 수영장도 넓고 잔망좋았으며 가장깊은곳도 약1.3m정도였고 1층에 ***도 있어서 잼있게 즐기다 왔습니다 옆건물에는 더몰이라고 해서 복합몰이 있어서 아이들과 오락실에도 놀고 식당가들이 있어서 편했네요 그런데 딱 한가지 마지막날 조식중에 상한음식이 있어서 가족4명중 2명이 상한음식이 있었는지 돌아오는 비행기에서 내내 위 아래로 지속적으로 힘들었어요 12월 10일 조식이었는데 2명만 공통적으로 먹은 음식은 수박 우유 오믈렛 초콜렛 쌀국수(맛있었음) 이정도 인거 같은데 저희처럼 똑같이 증상 있으신분 없었나 궁금합니다 실수는 할수 있지만 호텔음식에서 상한음식을 서브할줄은 몰랐어요 음식에 좀더 신경쓰셔주셨음 좋겠습니다 돌아오는날이 아니라 여행중간에 그랬으면 가족여행이 중단 되었을수도 있었는데 이것또한 다행이라고 생각되네요 큰아이는 조금 좋아졌지만 4일이지난 아직도 고온과 설사증세가 남아있어서 내일도 학교를 보낼수 있을지 모르겠습니다. 속상한마음에 적어보며 호텔측에서는 음식에 대해 답변부탁드립니다

객실은 국내 빌라와 비슷했지만, 편의시설이 부족했습니다. 수영장은 예뻤고, 음식은 단품 메뉴 외에는 다소 단조로웠습니다. 스노클링은 좋았지만, 스노클링 가이드가 적어 미리 예약해야 했습니다. 바다는 정말 아름다웠고, 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다!

직원분들이 모두 친절하고 좋았습니다. 막탄 내 마트에서 사온 망고를 컷팅 부탁드려 방까지 잘라서 갖다 주는 서비스가 너무 고마웠어요. 숙소도 청결하고 방도 깨끗했고, 욕실이 넓어 좋았어요. 인피니티 풀장도 환상적이었어요. 프라이빗 비치는 생각보단 규모가 작아 아쉬웠지만, 30분간 무료로 빌려주는 스노클링 장비로 바닷 속 물고기 보는게 즐거웠고,비치 베드에 누워 한가로이 지내는게 좋았어요. 조식도 만족 스러웠어요. 아쉬운점은 숙소 내 티비가 있었으나 수신이 안되어 작동되지 않는점, 실링팬 소음, 막탄 마리바고 시내에서 비교적 멀고 리조트 바깥쪽에 나가도 아무것도 없어서 그랩타고 가야한다는거. 그래도 리조트 안은 너무나 좋았습니다.

가성비로 즐기기에 좋습니다 세부 구석이라고 하나 중심까지 15~20분이면 갑니다 내부 수영장이랑 초등학교 저학년까지 즐길수있는 슬라이드를 갖춘 키즈 아쿠아풀이 있어서 놀기 좋습니다 객실도 크고 침대도 크고 샤워기필터 썼는데 3박동안 깨끗했습니다 10만원대 가격대에서 적극 추천합니다
