바 시설을 갖춘 영국 웨스트요크셔 호텔

아름다운 위치. 환상적인 전망이있는 모퉁이에 멋진 방이있었습니다. 제기된 유일한 문제는 화장지가없고 핫 초콜릿 한 봉지와 비스킷 한 팩 만 있었기 때문에 밤에 끔찍한 초콜릿과 비스킷 한 팩을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 다시 머물고 스파 시설을 이용할 것입니다. 수영장과 한증막과 사우나는 완벽했습니다. 음식은 5 *였습니다

돈에 대한 가치가 좋습니다. 첫날 밤 이후로 우리 카드가 작동하지 않아서 20분 동안 줄을 서서 다시 활성화해야 했습니다. 다른 사람이 이 문제를 처리하거나 작동하는 카드가 있으면 좋았을 텐데요. 오후 4시에 방에 도착했는데 방이 청소되지 않아서 실망스러웠습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮았고, 좋은 거래라면 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

열악한 고객 서비스. 객실에는 리셉션 데스크에서 택시를 예약할 수 있는 정보가 있습니다. 우리는 리셉션에 갔고 직원은 전화 번호 만 지적하고 우리가 직접 예약할 수 있다고 말했습니다. 그녀는 의자에서 일어나거나 우리를 돕기 위해 오지 않았습니다. 방만 괜찮습니다. 욕실 환기 통풍구에 먼지가 많습니다.

좋은 호텔이지만 나쁜 경험이 있습니다.저는 오후 10시경 호텔에 도착하여 조용한 밤을 보내기 위해 스위트룸을 예약했지만 새벽 4시경에 큰 소리로 문을 두드리는 소리에 깨어났습니다.그가 얼마나 오랫동안 거기에 있었는지는 모르겠습니다.저는 문틈으로 바닥에 회색 블라우스를 입은 취한 남자가 있는 것을 보고 매우 불안했습니다.그는 계속 비명을 지르고 제 문 앞에 분홍색 치마를 입은 사람 옆에 문을 두드렸습니다.저는 매우 무서웠고 프런트 데스크에 급히 전화했지만 프런트 데스크는 그를 내쫓았습니다.하지만 저는 정신적으로 큰 타격을 입었습니다.저는 오전 4시에 문을 두드리는 소리에 깨어났습니다.저는 여성으로서 호텔에 혼자 있었고 제 개인적인 정신 상태가 심각하게 손상되었지만 호텔에서도 아무런 피드백을 주지 않았습니다.이 밤은 제가 머물렀던 동안 최악의 밤이었습니다.

The room is a normal-sized one, equipped with 2 British twin bed (Width: 130~140cm), and it was prepared in an acceptable condition. Air-conditioner is available, but you may find that it need to be turned on for 2~3 times a day, as the system had been set in an economic mode by the hotel. The breakfast is a typically British one, whilst baked mushroom is not provided. Nevertheless, the breakfast tastes good, and you could serve yourself with chocolate croissants, cheese, hot tomato mush, vegetarian-friendly sausages, honey, tinned peaches and coconut yoghurt. Toothpastes and toothbrushes could be ordered with a fee (￡2), thereby you'd better rake your own's. The location is reasonable, since the hotel adjoins the John Lewis shopping mall, and there's only 10-min walk way between the hotel and Leeds coach station. Meanwhile, you may walk to the Victoria and Trinity shopping centres in 15~20 minutes from the hotel, though it might be a bit inconvenient to travel to the nearby downtown by bus, given the lack of bus stops next to the gate of this hotel. Overall, it's a foolproof option for someone who anticipate a lodging experience surpassing the average level there.

This place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired. Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us. The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt. The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

이 호텔은 주유소에 있어서 예약하는 데 약간 주저했습니다. 제가 얼마나 틀렸는지. 정말 멋진 곳이었고, 호텔 객실은 사랑스러웠고 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 무료 주차장이 있고 리즈까지 차로 15분 거리입니다. 주유소 바로 옆에는 스타벅스, 레온, 피자 익스프레스, 난도스, 그렉스, M&S 등이 있습니다. 꼭 다시 머물 것입니다.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, very clean. I wish I had more time to have a bath, etc! The staff was friendly too. A couple of hiccups: my card didn’t work, and another customer had the same issue at the same time, so it must be common. Also my shampoo pump didn’t work so I couldn’t shampoo.

Really nice hotel. Arrived very early and had both rooms ready which was a wonderful welcome and really appreciated! Friendly check in and a really clean, nice looking hotel. Car park is small and really tight to get out of so don't take a big SUV! Only issue was with pillows not being firm enough for our preference but that's a personal sensitivity. We usually take ours with us. Overall, a lovely hotel and will defo stay again.
