Amazing! This is a spot where you are getting a lot for what you’re paying for. Incredible room. Very comfy bed. Super close to the station. Delightful customer service. I’m coming back.

이 호텔에 몇 번 머물렀지만 이번 숙박은 예외적이었습니다. 리셉션의 Courtney는 우리에게 사랑스럽고 따뜻한 환영을 주었고 남편의 생일을 축하하기에 좋은 방이 있는지 확인했습니다. 좋은 밤잠. 매우 조용하고 편안한 침구. 샤워는 단순히 충격적이었습니다. 우리는 10월에 돌아올 것입니다 :)

I booked as I wanted a hotel near leeds first direct arena fantastic location for this purpose was a 5min walk away and I'm a slow walker due to a bad knee. I booked a twin room the beds were bigger than a standard single bed very comfy and dont get me started on the pillows they were just perfect! The staff on each shift were lovely and welcoming, I got a great surprise as didnt realise the room included a complementary breakfast, it was buffet style so wasn't really expecting much from it I couldn't have been more wrong it was lovely and plenty of variety even down to a machine to make your own waffles! I will definitely book there again on my next visit to leeds

Lovely hotel and a pleasure to stay at... I'll definitely be booking in here again on our next visit to Bradford later this year.

Great place to visit. Vibrant, lively good places to eat and drink. Easy to get to from Preston by Train. Loved the corn exchange. Can recommend Cheesy Living Co. Fondue!

엄마와 함께 리즈 대학교를 견학했습니다. 위치는 좋고 모두 친절했지만, 방에 냄새가 너무 심한 기계가 있었어요. 프런트에 말했더니 창문을 열라고 하더군요. 냄새가 전혀 안 나요. 새 방을 달라고 계속 설득해야 했어요.

Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

장소는 가장 중요한 버스 정류장과 매우 가깝습니다. 매우 정중하고 좋은 직원, 수용하고 무언가가 필요할 때 항상 책상에 누군가가 있습니다. 장소는 깨끗하고 약간 낡았지만 여전히 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 방문 내내 비가 내렸지만 내 아이는 매우 행복합니다. 유일한 단점은 뜨거운 음료를 원할 때 뜨거운 물을 담을 주전자가 없다는 것입니다. 그러나 우리의 체류는 여전히 우리에게 즐거운 경험입니다.

Fab hotel, great location from train station. Lots of places to eat and drink outside and by the canal. Great room, very clean, comfy bed, lovely views, quiet. Love the Sky Lounge, staff are really helpful and friendly, my favourite hotel in Leeds.

호텔은 전략적으로 좋은 위치에 있고 기차역과 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 뒷문에 기차역으로 이어지는 특별한 통로가 있습니다. 기차역은 호텔 바로 밖에 있습니다. 호텔 **트 맞은편에는 많은 사람들이 커피 바에서 음료를 마시는 광장이 있습니다. 우리는 모두 리즈의 주요 명소로 걸어갔는데, 모두 10분 이상 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔 로비는 우아하고 복고풍으로 장식되어 있습니다. 프런트 데스크는 작은 구석에 비교적 작습니다. 프런트 데스크의 여성과 삼촌은 매우 좋은 서비스 태도와 사랑스러운 미소를 가지고 있습니다. 영국 백인의 서비스 태도는 정말 좋습니다. 다만 객실의 시설이 비교적 단순할 뿐입니다. 객실은 매우 작고 가방을 위한 선반조차 없습니다. 물건을 가지고 다니기에 매우 불편합니다. 다음날 아침 일어나서 침대 베개에 연한 분홍색 피 같은 물질을 발견했습니다. 정말 역겹습니다! 다음날 아침, 방 문이 열리지 않았습니다. 방 문과 프런트 데스크를 오가며 찾아봤지만 열리지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원이 위층으로 올라왔지만 역시 열리지 않았습니다. 직원이 다시 전화를 걸었고, 전화 상대는 아마도 도어 카드나 자물쇠가 고장났다고 말했을 것입니다. 마침내 직원이 아래층으로 내려가 문을 여는 열쇠를 가져왔습니다. 직원이 방 문 앞에서 기다리고 있었습니다. 저는 서둘러 짐을 챙기고 체크아웃을 해야 했습니다. 수십 년 동안 호텔에 머물면서 이렇게 창피하고 어색한 상황은 처음이었습니다. 이번 리즈에서의 숙박 경험은 끔찍했습니다!
