피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 비콜 호텔

”사소한 딸꾹질이 있는 즐거운 숙박” 나는 최근 The Marison Hotel에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈으며 전반적으로 긍정적인 경험이었습니다. 깔끔한 시설과 친절한 직원, 시원한 어메니티가 오래도록 인상에 남았습니다. 위치도 편리했어요. 그러나 리셉션에서 안전 보증금 요구 사항을 처음 접한 것은 약간 놀라운 일이었고, 이로 인해 즐거운 숙박에 약간의 실망이 더해졌습니다.

The hotel was generally good clean, comfortable, and with friendly staff. However, I was quite disappointed that there was no water supply during our stay. We had to call reception just to get a bucket of water, which was very inconvenient. Hopefully, this can be resolve soon because everything else was nice.

우리는 Legaspi City에서 1박을 하기 위해 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. Opun 체크인 리셉션 직원은 호텔 프로토콜에 따라 300페소를 요구합니다. 나는 무엇을 알지 못하지만 예약에 명시되지 않았으며 우리는 2개의 방을 예약하여 600백페소를 지불했습니다. 나를위한 방은 너무 깨끗하다 유일한 문제는 화장실에 자물쇠가없고 비데도 히터가 제대로 작동하지 않는다는 것입니다. 그러나 더 저렴한 호텔을 찾는 사람에게는이 호텔은 하룻밤 만 휴식을 취하기에 괜찮습니다.

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

Thank you for the warm and accommodating hospitality during Dr. Jonathan's stay. He mentioned that the food was excellent and that they thoroughly enjoyed their time there! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Definitely this hotel will be our family favorite from now on. Good location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.
