Nice location, all money is valued to its location. The room had no air conditioning, room was generally clean, bathroom like the showering place was just ok, the room had a weird smell (like something left wet for a long time). The fan in the room was dusty. The fan in the bathroom takes a while to be silence as it’s attached to the light switch, cant even being bothered turning on the bathroom light during the night. The breakfast buffet was ok… coffee are from the machine, didn’t like it. Scrambled egg was almost like smashed eggs, bacon was hard to cut.

Fridge and kitchenette was shared in corridor outside room. We booked a family room and was a double and two singles and private bathroom. Was no photos available at the time so had not realised there was no sitting / kitchen space - but fine for one night driving through and bar / restaurant was open. Tea and coffee available in rooms.

Solid and good hotel in Fox Glacier township with very friendly staff and spacious rooms.

Our rooms have a breathtaking view of Franz Josef. The staff was friendly and helpful. The premise has no lift, but the staff was ready to assist with our luggage as we were on the second floor. Breakfast was excellent in a restaurant with a view. Highly recommended.

가족 휴가에 적합한 열대우림 스타일의 호텔입니다. 아쉽게도 산사태로 도로가 막혀 퀸스타운까지 갈 수 없습니다. 그래도 추천할 만한 호텔입니다. 서쪽 루트로 퀸스타운으로 가는 길에 들러도 되지만, 약간 미로같고 도로표지판이 별로 명확하지 않고 주변 쇼핑도 매우 편리합니다.

The unit was spotless and well-maintained, with a spacious, comfortable bed. The lady at the motel was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.
