The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and professional. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return to this hotel.

호텔 직원들은 친절했습니다. 호텔은 좀 오래되어 보였습니다. 청결은 확실히 개선할 필요가 있습니다. 객실의 커피잔과 숟가락에는 얼룩이 있었고, 침대 주변 깔개는 너무 낡고 보기 싫었으며, 심지어 벽에는 죽은 아기 바퀴벌레가 붙어 있었습니다. 무료 세면용품 세트와 로션 튜브는 필요 없었습니다.

정말 좋은 숙박입니다. 우리는 2박을 예약했습니다. 3일 내내 웰빙을 이용할 수 있습니다! 환상적인 호텔과 매우 친절한 직원. 스톤월드 거리에 있는 발켄부르크 시, 이상적입니다! 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다!

This hotel is very well located, very close to the train station and walking distance to everything that the beautiful town of Maastricht has to offer. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Overall a nice stay. Highly recommended.

The hostel is really nice for the price and the area. We stayed in a pod, which provided adequate privacy. Not all the bathrooms were always very clean. Given the constant amount of people coming through it's understandable, but slightly inconvenient. The staff were a bit difficult to find and absent. Would be nice to be able to control the AC in the pod as it got quite cold during the night. Overall nice stay and will recommend!

性價比很高，酒店屬於典型的歐洲小鎮特色，房間不多，但是房間裏面面積很大，衞生間設定非常舒服，衞浴房間都有單獨房間設計。小鎮風景特別美。
