Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Well located. Would stay again. Only thing that would be nicer is having a fridge.

The was very good size, the shower was nice, hot and powerful. The room didn't clean 100% clean however was ok. Location is very good, close to town and the Pier, the hotel bar was cool/chill (forgot take a pic)

Overall very good, and the sea view rooms are worth the extra cost. Food excellent, and although a little pricey no more expensive than other good restaurants nearby. One oddity is that the pool bar (the pool is slightly detached from the hotel) has no coffee facility, although the main bar in the hotel serves very good coffee and cake.

내가 본머스에있을 때마다 우리는 Hampton에 머물려고 노력합니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 객실은 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 넓으며 아침 식사는 잘 요리되고 제공됩니다. 검사는 매끄럽고 주차 시설은 훌륭하며 하루에 £ 13.50의 비용으로 호텔에 머무르는 경우 합리적입니다. 다양한 상점과 레스토랑에서 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 해안가는 호텔에서 도보로 약 20 분 거리에 있습니다. 햄튼에 도착하기 위해 가파른 언덕을 오르는 것을 명심해야 할 한 가지. 힐튼은 바로 옆에 있지만 오르막은 가파르지 않습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 신선했습니다. 샤워는 강력했고 침대는 잠자기 좋았고 베개는 좋고 푹신했습니다. 이틀 밤에 아주 잘 잤습니다.

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect

방은 깨끗했고, 욕실도 멋졌으며, 욕실 용품도 무료로 제공되었습니다. 다만 방에 전기 문제가 있었어요. 도착했을 때 TV, 스탠드, 욕실 조명이 켜지지 않았습니다. 직원이 배전반을 확인해 주니 전기가 다시 들어왔습니다. 그런데 저녁 늦게 주전자를 사용하려고 할 때 또 전기가 나갔습니다. 영어를 잘 못하는 야간 근무 직원이 배전반 스위치를 다시 켜주고 다음에는 주전자에 물을 적게 넣으라고 했습니다. 그렇게 해 봤지만 또 전기가 나가서 방을 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 직원은 마지못해 방을 바꿔주면서 열쇠를 주었습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었지만 전기 문제 때문에 아쉬웠습니다.

아침 식사는 숙박의 실제 요구 사항, 숙박 당 인원 수, 주차, 바다 및 예상 명소를 메모하는 것이 더 편리합니다.

Swanage Grand Hotel은 본머스에서 20㎞, 본머스 기차역에서 14㎞ 떨어진 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 호텔이 언덕 위에 있어 창밖으로 보이는 전망이 좋습니다.
