주차 시설을 갖춘 영국 스털링 호텔

原本預訂含的早餐內容與提供的不一樣，反應後飯店有補上

호텔 설비는 조금 오래되었지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 호텔 앞에는 넓은 잔디밭이 있어서 보기에 매우 편안합니다. 주변에 아무것도 없지만, 운전해서 가는 건 여전히 편리합니다. 스털링까지는 차로 약 5~10분이 걸립니다.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Stirling by foot, can't beat it! It's a basic hotel but has all you really need, with no frills. Staff were fast and helpful, parking on site. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower pressure isn't great. But rooms were quiet, bed comfortable.

Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 넓었으며 따뜻했습니다. 침대는 편안했지만 샤워는 끔찍했습니다. 수압이 약하고 온도가 계속 바뀌어서 예고 없이 화상을 입을 수 있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 위치, 직원 등 모든 것이 훌륭했기 때문에 다시 방문하고 추천할 만한 곳입니다.

酒店是古老建築物，從前台走到房間是行樓梯，小小的房間尚算整潔，早餐是即叫即做，非常可口美味。 在那裡認識了一對來自北愛爾蘭的夫婦，他們倆非常健談，還交換了聯絡方式。

clean rooms great staff excellent food and good safe parking

Staff are very,rooms very comfy as is the bed. I enjoy breakfast and think the choices are perfect for me. Plenty of free parking onsite what more do you need when visiting the area.

방은 충분히 크지 만 여름에도 집은 춥지 만 이것은 스코틀랜드의 관계입니다. 호텔은 방음이 좋지 않습니다. 위층의 사람들은 걸어 다니며들을 수 있습니다. 주변 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 자신의 식당을 먹는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 약속을 잡으십시오. 그렇지 않으면 기다려야합니다.
