주차장 시설을 갖춘 영국 스털링 호텔

약간의 에피소드이지만 laura는 매우 친절하고 긍정적이며 친절하며 우리가 그것을 해결하는 데 매우 도움이되었으며 다른 동료들도 훌륭했습니다. 환대에 감사드립니다. 서비스는 매우 표준적이고 공식적인 호텔, 권장

호텔 설비는 조금 오래되었지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 호텔 앞에는 넓은 잔디밭이 있어서 보기에 매우 편안합니다. 주변에 아무것도 없지만, 운전해서 가는 건 여전히 편리합니다. 스털링까지는 차로 약 5~10분이 걸립니다.

Me friend and I, along with his very large dog, stayed here as a stop-over while walking the John Muir Way and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The room was clean and very comfortable with a powerful shower which was appreciated after a long day walking. In particular, all the staff were superb, so kind, friendly and helpful. We bombarded them with requests - Can we send luggage ahead? Can you collect the luggage from the taxi? Is it OK if we arrive quite late at night? Can we change from a double to a twin? Can you help us order a taxi for a large dog? etc - and everything was handled as if it was no problem whatsoever. We were also very happy to find the bar still open and buzzing with friendly locals when we arrived knackered at about 10.30 pm!

스털링 여행에 좋은 호텔입니다. 객실은 괜찮았지만 예상대로 오래되었습니다. 수영장, 사우나, 온수 욕조가 그 단점을 보완해 줍니다. 수영장은 붐비지 않아서 좋은 경험이었습니다. 가격 대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

스털링 대학교 내에 위치해 있어 조용하고 쾌적한 환경이지만, 시내 중심가까지 이동해야 합니다. 호텔 내 레스토랑 외에는 저녁 식사를 할 수 있는 곳이 없습니다. 처음 배정받은 1층 객실에서 심한 악취가 났는데, 하우스키핑팀이 청소를 해도 사라지지 않았습니다. 프런트에서는 처음에는 객실 교체를 거부했습니다. 저희가 강력하게 요구한 후에야 2층의 다른 객실로 옮겨주었지만, 그 과정에서 거의 1시간 30분을 기다려야 했습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 훌륭했고, 특히 아침 식사는 최고였습니다.

Easy check in, plenty of parking, pub nearby for dinner and plenty of shops nearby to get other stuff required. Great location if you have a car.

The hotel has an old world charm but does need some updating with more accessible showers for people with mobility issues. One double  room in the whole hotel is hard as it was already taken when we arrived after emailing our request on booking. The waiter, whose name we did not get was great 5 stars to him.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who travel by train. Stuff do not mind to give me me the new room as the first provided room smells a little weird, making me and my friend feel uncomfortable. I have never seen any hotel using the heater for the towels. I like it

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Stirling by foot, can't beat it! It's a basic hotel but has all you really need, with no frills. Staff were fast and helpful, parking on site. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower pressure isn't great. But rooms were quiet, bed comfortable.
